Went today because I needed a clean. Staff was rude and unhelpful and then the machine asked for a tip… when I was pressing all the buttons and they refused to take cash. I started vacuuming and the vacuums just shut off before I could even finish the front side of my car. How can you charge so much for a quick clean if you treat customers like this?

I went for a wash today at Mister Car wash in Richland, MS. and received a free wash and the attendant was nice and courteous! He had a smile on his face and that just made my day so much better! Love the friendliness of the people who work there, some car washes just rush you through and never say a word to you.

It’s sure worth the 36.99/mo for unlimited car washes cause it actually cleans the exterior very well and the way it makes the truck shine after each wash makes it all so worth it! I definitely recommend

I have visited this location many times and have had Unlimited Car Washes on both of my vehicles at various times. The car wash has been excellent but today the manager really ticked me off. I took my Equinox into the car wash and purchased the $10 wash. I left, went to Wendy’s and as I walked out, I went to remove the tape on the rear window and noticed that the rear of my vehicle didn’t get washed very well at all. It was like the spinners weren’t reaching it and barely touched it. I went back to see if they would rewash it. The first thing I did was show him. His first question was did I wait until the light turned green before I pulled out. I answered yes but it’s not washing then, it’s drying. Then he asked how long it had been since my last wash (a couple of weeks) and had I been down any real dusty roads lately (have y’all been down Hwy 49 lately, duh. That’s why I’m at the car wash). Then he said our policy is I have to go the brushes and wash it myself then they would rewash it. WAIT. WHAT? I have used the brushes before when I had a lot of bugs on the front of the car but I just PAID for a car wash so I wouldn’t have to wash it myself. Now your telling me because your car wash missed the rear of my vehicle I have to wash it manually then you’ll rewash it. What did I just pay for?!? That’s when my Dad’s temper came out. Then he said I’m mic’ed up. I hope corporate goes back and listens to it as you try to blame everything except the fact your car wash missed it. Actually upon further inspection I have realized the the driver’s side of the vehicle is basically clean while the passenger’s side isn’t. Try to explain that. It must’ve been exceptionally dusty on the right side of the road?

Upgraded from the basic package and my car Is horrible Next time I will do it by hand still had bugs all over it top of my doors where it meets the roof wasn’t gotten any and the back window was still dusty and spotted up the back of the tailgate Was still dirty front grill looks like it didn’t even get washed Gave the man the money and he puts it in his pocket and put In code Of course no receipt never again will I visit the car wash Vacuum was not very good it was approximately 11:45 Today when I visited Front windshield I had to go to gas station and wash off after I just got a car wash will never do business here again I told the guy that worked here today about it and he just walked off

You're employee Teykeilia is very unprofessional , and unknowledgeable and should NOT work in customer service anywhere, she is causing you to lose business. Very Rude! Take your business elsewhere!! I'm going to corporate with my horrindous experience of this employee. Hopefully she will find employment elsewhere and I can continue to use you guys services. As I have done years, if not I and several of my constituents will be taking our business elsewhere.

The area manager took it upon himself without permission to unload a full 65 quart cooler from the bed of my truck. "It's our policy" I was told. Nowhere did I see that a 90 pound cooler was against the rules. That situation saved me 30 bucks a month. Canceled my subscription right then and there.

I pay for the 36.99/mo unlimited washes and considering I use it several times a week it’s sure worth it and it’s only worth it because the car wash actually cleans the vehicle very well & makes the whole truck shine! Especially the wheels! This place is great!

I had such a great experience at Mister Car Wash in Richland! The service was fast, friendly, and my car came out looking spotless inside and out. The vacuum stations were well-kept and easy to use, which made the whole visit even better. I especially want to thank Ms. Amber — she was so kind, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. It’s not every day you come across customer service that stands out like hers. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to friends and family!
