After being a member for years and frequenting this location, a lady at the gate refused service because my truck was "too dirty". Drove to the Waukee Mister Car Wash and they welcomed me with a smile. Happy to see a same-day reply from the owner. I sent the requested follow-up email with more details. If it goes well, I may revise my review. I'd always rather give good reviews.

I absolutely love this car wash, it’s a little out-of-the-way, but I make a point to come to this one before the other ones in our area. The staff is incredibly friendly, and definitely helpful. Prince is one of my favorite people here, he always has the best attitude and is definitely hard-working and helpful. Great customer service all around.

Always great service ! The lady at the West Des Moines Mister Carwash really goes above and beyond. After going through the car wash she noticed I still had bug residue on the front of truck. Even before I noticed and came over to say please come back through we should have put some bug wash on let us do it better for you . Not gonna lie I was pleasantly surprised! Then Today same lady (wish I would have gotten her name) was so though while going through wash . The AJ the new manager comes over while I’m vacuuming to ask how my service was & if I was good with how my car washed up ? Introduced himself & asked if there was anything they could do better .of course I am happy with this carwash . Everyone at this one seems to do a great job ! Oh & the vacuums are awesome!!!!

Rolled in with my farm truck that has just been through at least four rounds of snow and close to 1,000 miles of driving over the past weeks. My truck wasn't dirty, it was filthy. Coated with weeks worth of the best Iowa winter has to offer, like I I had to do fancy footwork when entering and exiting the vehicle so I didn't contaminate my clothing...Finally, get to a car wash and roll up and I swear they saw me coming for this review, but the car wash staff nailed it. The prewash at entry was longer than I've ever seen them do. They got all the sludge off. Front gate guy caught me after the wash, at the free vacuums and air nozzle to ask for a good Google review. Normally I just brush it off, but not today. This location nailed it. Wish I was close enough to buy a membership. Great job, Mister staff at Jordan Creek.

The location is clean, well-organized, and has high-quality equipment. Plus, it’s right next to the Jordan Creek Town Center, which makes it very convenient. Definitely a place I highly recommend to keep your car looking spotless. 🚗✨

Damaged a car I had just purchased not even 2 months prior. Horrible customer service experience when setting up an account- double charged, never reimbursed and only allowed to cancel my membership after paying for a month in advance and not being given a refund. Worst experience with a car wash I’ve ever had. I had the platinum package and multiple times I didn’t get the hot shine but then sometimes I did, very confusing and annoying. Cancelling my membership and never signing up again. Especially after being basically told the damage (which occurred on 3/4 wheels) to my car was my own fault for a car I literally just bought from a dealer with no prior damage. Insane experience. Only good part was the nice employees on the field. The manager was not very apologetic, said the brushes couldn’t have done that but I believe the conveyor belt pull system did.
