This facility is close to my home and used to be great. For the last year or so, however, it won't always take my card (I try multiple cards on multiple bays.) It doesn't seem to like MC. Additionally, the dryers don't work on each bay, and my last time going on 11.12.23, my car didn't get clean. I had to go to Hy Vee for another wash. I've tried to see if it would improve as I've wanted to support this place, but I won't be going back. I even tried calling to let them know about my challenges with their card readers and dryers, and no one has returned my call.

If you want a thorough car wash, go elsewhere. If you want a car wash to wash off your dust, this would be acceptable for you. The credit card machine on the North Bay is hit or miss whenever it works. The rocker wash used to be able to get your whole side clean, but now it stops halfway through. When doing the tri-foam, the rinse only goes around one time and leaves the foam still on your vehicle, I'll attach a picture below what it looks like after the wash made a pass around my truck, foam still all over the glass. The drying at the end is inefficient, the dryer's no longer move to help dry your vehicle as much as it can. If you have any feedback, don't bother using the app because they don't respond to it, don't bother texting either, only way to get a hold of somebody is by calling the number at the location, and even when they answer they have to call another company to fix the issue as they don't do maintenance themselves, they also don't offer any discounts or coupons for the inconvenience. Other car washes if you by chance have a problem, they take the feedback seriously and even give you a coupon for the inconvenience. 12/2024 Update, 1 year since my original review. Decided to give this car wash another try to see if they made any improvements or fixed any previous problems that I and many others have reported on. It's disappointing when they don't listen to feedback and don't fix the issues, everything I reported on before is still the same, rocker wash is weak, the tri-coat protectant does not get washed off during the rinse cycle, the dryers still do not move to thoroughly dry your vehicle. It's also unfortunate there is no other touchless washes in the Jordan Creek area, my recommendation is still the same, if you can go elsewhere.

I used to come here all the time and will never again. I stopped by here and noticed that the signs and pay kiosk looked different. The prices for the washes went up a dollar, not too sure about the pricing with the vacuums as I didn’t stop by. I had a lot of grass on my car and it really needed a washing. The wash was over very quickly and as if it was never even cleaned. The owner gave me a free wash code to make up for the poor wash. I had to wait a few days to receive the code after texting the number on the receipt. I made sure to ask how long it was good for, as they told me 30 days. I tried using the code after two weeks and just my luck, the code doesn’t work. Such a shame as I used to go here all the time. I guess I should have listened to my gut instincts since the car wash always looks abandoned now.

I started to pay the month fee of $41, however it’s not cleaning my car at all! It still has dirty on it:/ I wanted to support a small business, but they also need to take care of their customers…something they aren’t doing

I tried to buy a monthly subscription on site but it said the purchase failed. My credit card was charged repeatedly for months for a membership I didn't use . It never recognized my license plate and I was also paying for single washes. Half the time the overhead dryer doesn't drop down to do a good job drying. I called management and have yet to be credited back for the 4 months of unused charges to my credit card. Manager says he can't authorize the credit 🙄 Tried the car wash again. The foam brush bay wouldn't process a credit card and doesn't accept cash. Move to the bay next to it and the nozzles that spray your roof weren't working. I will not be returning to this joke of a car wash 😒

Really a sorry car wash. I’ve worked at a wash before, so I really pay attention to the detail of the wash and final product. First, the location screams high class. It’s in a nice part of town, lots of higher end shops and hotels in the area. This should be a really great place to wash your car, right? No. First, I don’t know what kind of detergent they are using, but it doesn’t do a very good job of pulling dirt off the paint, let alone even dissolving bugs. I’d say it’s watered down so much, that the pH of the detergent has been all but neutralized with water. Wax option. When your in the wash, the wax looks like it’s going to stay on your car, there is even really nice beading of water on the FIRST rinse. After the second rinse, the beading is gone. They’ve washed the wax off the car. Spot free rinse. It’s not really spot free. After finishing the wash, you go through some blowers. The don’t move enough air to dry your car. At best, it just loves the water around a little bit. The wash I worked at had blowers that literally dried your car. What a concept! Back to the spot free. It’s not mineral free water. So when you start having their water dry on your car, it leaves mineral deposits. You either need to get a new DI water system, or overhaul your current one, because it doesn’t work. At the end of the day, if you value the look of your car and have a high expectation of cleanliness and proper rinsing, don’t come here. However, if you don’t care what your car looks like, and enjoy water spots, this is the place to come!

This used to be one of my best monthly expenses for car cleaning services (monthly membership). Unfortunately, as of late the camera has not been recognizing my license plate and the car dryer was not working the other day. Thank you for the service. I hope it gets figured out soon.

Do NOT waste your money at this car wash! Have been multiple times through both the touchless and non-touchless and every time it leaves the vehicle mostly dirty. It doesn't remove any bugs at all. I'm pretty sure the foam brushes are destroying the paint too as my front end is covered in long scratches. I'd attach photos but google is giving an error when trying to attach. I usually do the middle priced wash so it's not the cheap option or most expensive. This is probably the worst car wash I've ever been through. A complete waste of money.

The wax and the sealant only go on the top of your car it doesn’t get the sides or back. And the dryer starts before it’s even done rinsing. Don’t waste your money here.

I evidently parked under the wrong tree and got hit hard with bird droppings. I got the best carwash option offered. Given how bad it was it did a pretty decent job but I’ll need to let this soak in a rain and wash it again.

I drive pass this carwash everyday going to the gym. Just so happen to stop today after working out and the owner was so awesome! He came over to my car explained what was going on an informed me of the free wash if I didn't mind the inconvenience of waiting. On top of that the wash was the top of the line! Now that's fantastic service at its finest! I'll only go here from now on.

Bought the lowest package as we actually have a membership elsewhere, but were away from any locations. It got two stars because it had nice friction of the brushes, but not once did we get any soap. Just water. And no blow dry. For $10.00 I would expect to at least get soap. But yeah, not impressed.

just ok. i went all the way to the left to have the soft brush wash but the screen froze and i had to back out and go to the touch free even tho that’s not what i preferred. my rental car was very dusty from the dirt roads and had a lot of bug guts on the windshield. the process, once in the working spot, was very easy. i watched as the machine circled the car and did its thing. it mostly cleaned the car well but the back of the car still had dirt and the blow dryer didn’t do the best job drying the car. in a pinch, i guess it’s acceptable. i wish there were places like this in los angeles everywhere. two stars off for the brush screen freezing and for the dirt and water left.

Stopped at this car wash on Sunday, June 9th and wish we found a different car wash. It barely cleaned the back of my car. The sprayer wasn’t spraying correctly (see pictures) as it left streaks. Paid for the platinum (highest level). $15 down the drain

The car wash we got was outstanding. Our vehicle was cleaned under and around thoroughly. All the salt, grit and other stuff that had accumulated on it from the previous week's snow and rain was completely washed off. We are very pleased with how our vehicle looks.

It’s cheap for a reason. I go here when I just need a cheap wash but unfortunately my car never seems to get completely clean, even using the highest wash package. I also don’t like that the dryer starts during the spot free rinse cycle, so about 20 seconds go off the dry time when it’s not actually drying my car.
