1st time customer and will not be returning. I payed $49.00 and had to go home and clean my windows myself. They also vacuumed very poorly. Very disappointing that the "manager" let me leave with my vehicle looking like this. Waiting for a return call from a general manager, as I am requesting a full refund!

If I could give this place NO stars I would. I went through their car wash and after paying $54 all I got was a cracked windshield from top to bottom. They are not willing to fix it and you call the store and no on picks up. Please, please do not take your car here.

Mister car wash is the absolute worst I paid $42 to have the inside and out of my car cleaned only to get in and it look like they didn’t even try to vacuum or wipe anything down this is the 2nd time it has happened to me I won’t be coming back

Do not ever take your vehicle here! I’ve had radio antennas get broke off. Half the time some part of the car wash is broke. Not to mention the membership cost has been going up and not getting any more services in return. The last straw was when the last the drying brush ripped off my wiper blade. I tried to call the store manager to get reimbursed for the wiper blade. Was not ever able to talk to anyone. Sent an email. Same thing. No response! Their sign at the entrance to the car wash should say Enter At Your Own Risk. They will never take any responsibility for any damages to your vehicle!!

The staff here is fantastic. I’m so bummed Mr Carwash is eliminating full service here. There will now be one location in Des Moines with full service. One of the reasons I have never looked at the other monthly programs was because of the interior service option. I’m sure Mr Carwash competitors in Des Moines are pleased they made this decision. I understand labor costs but they’re eliminating a key differentiator as well.

14 dollars for "basic plus". The wash was fine. Machine broke when I got to entrance, they told me to wait. I waited a few minutes for them to restart it. They never signaled that they wanted me to move forward until some guy comes around the corner all grumpy to say "go". Kinda rude, I'll probably go somewhere else.

Cleans good. Drying could use some work. White spot form on your car if you don't dry it right away. Been to at least 3 different locations and it's the same. Wish they had touchless wash. Seems like my car has more fine scratches to my clear coat since washing here 🙄. The Ultimate package is nice but it sucks that if you want to wash your car after 7pm you're going to have to pay at a different car wash. Overall I am pleased with the service but slightly less inthused with the quality.

This is the worst location for Mr Car Wash. The employees are too lazy to actually guide u into the wheel guide. Seems like there always missing the wax or the blow dryer. I'm getting tired of paying for a platinum service and receiving basic service... Try to avoid this location if u have a membership.

This was the worst service I'd ever had, normally I get a $8 car wash. But I upgraded and paid $14 for a car wash they did absolutely nothing, normally they spray your car off to kind of help loosen the dirt that was not done this was a day there was a lot of cars in line for service. So I watched as the cars rolled in and out I didn't get out and check my car when I got home the front of my car and the areas below the doors look like nobody had ever touched them. I called the car wash service to let them know and to this day have not got a return call back I will not go back again. There were people just standing around who worked at the car lot on the outside but it just doesn't do the service it used to do. You can't see it really well but there's just dirt all over the front some of it I wiped off myself because my car looked kind of awkward but they really did a lousy job this day.

I went to the MCW on Ingersoll first because it’s right in my neighborhood, but when I wanted the interior cleaned and mats cleaned he said they haven’t done that for over a year. However on your post it shows interior cleaning. So I had to drive to 22nd St to get it done. Maybe post that you don’t clean mats then?

They no longer use a cleaning brush on the rear of your car before you go through, nor do they dry your windows when you get to the end. The center of the rear of my car is still covered with salt, and my windows have water drops cause the air dryers are lousy. Never going back. A bunch of people lost their jobs. Pretty sure they changed management. There was a delay when I got in line of 6-7 minutes also where the line just stopped. I’m never going back.

I’m disappointed with the lack of basic safety consideration at this car wash. Despite having enough employees standing around on a regular basis, the sidewalk is consistently left unmaintained after snowstorms. Snow and ice have been left in place after every storm so far this year, making it unsafe for pedestrians along Ingersoll. On top of that, there seems to be no effort to control or slow the speed of vehicles exiting the building. Cars frequently come out quickly, creating an unnecessary safety risk for both pedestrians and other drivers. Together, these issues show a concerning lack of care for community safety from a business that operates in a high-traffic area. I would be more than willing to reconsider this review in the future if they at minimum maintain their sidewalk during winter conditions and take steps to slow down exiting traffic.
