I went through their carwash and I know I got the basic but I would expect them to not scratch up the car and they were resistant to help with the manager claiming that the carwash couldn't have done that even though there is very clear evidence of damage that could only be done by a car wash, and to add insult to injury the wash didn't really clean the vehicle all that well with bugs still covering the grill

Long time customers. My husband went to upgrade his membership for his Chrysler 300 and the attendant assumed he wanted to drop down to a lower membership and was very rude about it. When my husband pulled forward he noticed the attendant flipping him off in his rear view mirror. When confronted the guy said he had something on his finger. Not cool Mister Car wash.

Just bought the most expensive Interior/Exterior “Platinum” plus power wash car mats for $40. That’s 5 of their employees pay for an hour. They spent 3 minutes on my car with pathetic results and no follow up from management who was unavailable. See the pics and receipt attached. Never again and you’re a lazy fool if you use this place after this?!

When I pulled up to the wash this morning, I jokingly said to the guy at the gate that I might need to go through twice because my car was so dirty from gravel. He looked and said it was good I had the monthly membership, and I definitely could if I needed to. Then I see him come around the corner and help the wash attendant. They both took extra time to spray my windows, tires and wheel wells. To me, it was beyond them taking extra time; it was the gesture and thoughtfulness of taking pride in what they do and wanting a customer to be happy. Superior customer service! I hope the two gentleman working at Merle Hay this morning are recognized - they certainly deserve it!

i am a loyal customer for several years, i even have the unlimited wash. When i go though the car wash, and my car is not clean nor dry. The next day I went back through the car wash, and it's not clean. I live around the corner from Mr. Car Wash, there are other car washes that are opening. if Mr Car Wash can not get my car clean, then I will have to go elsewhere.

Quick and efficient with no water spots. In addition, If you have Premium Membership you don’t need a “rain -check” because you can get a premium wash whenever and how much you wish during the month. The beauty of this top of the line membership is that during the winter months you can put your membership in layaway for X number of months (deactivate it) without the monthly fee until you start washing your car again-especially in the toxic winter months. Now that’s a great amenity. Check it out!

Paid $26 for the titanium wash and after the taxes that we didn’t know they charge it comes to $27.82 Once inside the car wash I spent less than 2 minutes inside! Maybe a minute and 30 seconds and it cost me $27.82 and didn’t even clean my vehicle. I just moved down the street and thought I’d try this place since it’s local and close and I won’t be going back. The amount of time spent inside the car wash was a joke! I’ve paid $10 at the little drive through car washes and gotten more time and a better wash than this place. Maybe they just had the speed for the conveyor belt that you drive on turned all the way up and water shut off the day I went. Wouldn’t recommend and if you go you have been warned.
