*Very disappointing experience.* The vacuum area is always muddy and dirty — not what you'd expect at a place you’re supposed to clean your car. The vacuums on the right side are almost always broken or have very weak suction. The brushes inside the tunnel left scratches on my car, and more than once, the vehicle came out still dirty. We had to go through the tunnel twice, and instead of fixing the issue, they *flagged our account* — as if it’s our fault their wash didn’t work properly. We don’t have time to keep circling through the wash tunnel. This place needs serious improvement in both equipment and customer service. Not recommended

Sometimes when I come there doesn't seem to be enough soap applied to the vehicle when going through the wash. I have the package to just drive through after the bar is scanned from the windshield .

Definitely a very nice car wash. It’s very convenient to stay in your car during the whole process and not have to get out and have one of the employees get in. Being that it was my first time here, I was a little worried about the track pushing my car through, because I thought I may bump the car in front of me LOL but that did not happen. When I got there the line was long, but it moved very quickly. I like that there is a separate line for cash and for credit/debit card. I also was a bit worried because it was giving me a code and I didn’t have time to print a receipt or write it down. Thankfully, you don’t need any of this because the system knows what you purchased as you approach to go through the car wash. Overall, this was a great first time experience and I will definitely return. Another plus, when you vacuum your car, you have unlimited time compared to a gas station where it only goes for a few minutes and you have to rush.

Really great experience at Cruizers Express super fast service, you can do a self help check out or if you prefer assistance from the cashier you also have that option. They offer a free vacuum and their vacuum does not fail. Really powerful stuff! They have a vending machine with items for care of your vehicle. Enough space for you to tend to your vehicle after the wash. Really great experience overall.

My entire back end/trunk was clearly untouched…while the rest of the car is clean. I don’t even know how that is possible. I guess the basic/normal wash only includes 3 sides of your car! You must pay more if your want the whole car cleaned? Hahahaha 😂🤣 absolutely ridiculous. Will never go back.

One of the worst locations in the entire network. Other branches have carpet cleaning machines — this one used to, but management removed them, apparently deciding customers here don’t deserve the same level of service. Half the vacuums are often out of order, and maintenance seems like an afterthought. I run a business with a fleet of 15 vehicles and had memberships for all of them at this location. I’ve since canceled and taken my business elsewhere. It’s clear that management is focused solely on profits, not on customer experience. There are better options nearby — ones that actually value their customers. Now they’ve even banned going to the bathroom

I’ve been coming here for years, but since the new owner took over, this place has become terrible. My wheels were still filthy and covered in black dust after a “full wash” — they didn’t even bother to clean them properly. The vacuums are a joke: zero suction, two bays, same problem. This is a complete waste of money. If they don’t fix their equipment and start caring about the quality, they don’t deserve any loyal customers. I won’t be back.

The vacuums don’t have nearly as much power or suction. If they even work at all. I had to switch vacuum spots 3 spots because they weren’t working. They raised their prices to $12 when it was $8 last year. I miss when it was Cruizers car wash.

Everyone at my regular location is great!! The members line is generally empty so I can drive right in. The Gentleman that guides you into the automated track is super enthusiastic and makes the whole waiting in line worth it!! Exceptional value as well!

I really enjoyed it going to clean my Car.the people there are very friendly. I personally recommend this car wash. My husband's and my 2 adult kids we all have the membership.and I really recommend it. They are not like the old owner. Sometimes I use to go at 7:30pm and they were about to close.they don't let me'last week I went to do my car wash with you guys and I was able to get in and it was already 7:45 pm..very good y really like it. Good job.

Don’t believe all the reviews from before when it used to be “cruisers car wash” now they changed to mister car wash and they keep trying to sell you triple priced subscriptions. My car ended up being just as dirty as it was before I got the wash. Waste of money, I had to end up washing my car again on my own and still paid $23 (they were asking for $28 for the top wash).

Me and my wife went to Mister Car Wash a couple of days ago for the first time, and Stephanie made it such a great experience! She helped us get a car freshener when the machine wasn’t working, fixed a vacuum that wasn’t suctioning, and even checked if we needed anything else. Her energy is contagious, she’s super friendly and sweet, truly amazing customer service!

It was so late to even try to get another car wash … I was charged my unlimited pass and a one time charge , plus now I have to go get my car detailed without a single phone call I caller 2x both times it just hung up without response . Definitely wish I would have taken a picture of the aftermath but I hesitated and I went to another car wash but the windows still look like there is glue stuck in them it’s so unsafe to drive like that … the car a purchased 3 months ago . I don’t see why I have to call and see what’s going on with this situation. Definitely hopping on here and writing this review is not something I expected to be doing .

Ready too cancel my membership have been using this car wash and their machines are damaging my car very badly i know this is from this car. Wash because I don't wash my car anyplace else. Maybe this is why they're losing business. This place used to be really crowded. The line would be wrapped around Imperial. Now you can drive right up. Not to mention, I paid full price for my membership. Next thing.I know, they have the same membership.Half price off I wonder why i know they change ownerships because the name has changed, things have changed. I need to find me a good hand car.Wash that won't damage my car .

09.05.25 This place charges too much for low quality vacuum cleaning equipment I bet they didn't upgrade when they bought this location and low quality wash. It took me over 30minutes to vacuum my SVU paid for platinum to get regular quality wash and nothing what I paid. My tires and wheels were filthy after paying to be cleaned. I feel I do a better job at doing it by myself. For less than what they're charging I do believe almost $30 max. At least the place that was here before had a better wash and charged just as less, but I had more quality. And seems like less workers to help when assistance is needed. Overpriced and the nerve to have a membership is a joke. I want my money back horrible. Update 10.6.25 Paid $16.00 to get the same similar non clean experience bird crap still on my car. Went to another area to vacuum same problem vacuum sucks. How do you charge so much to give poor quality service. The gentleman who was "acting manager" didn't catch his name poor management. Told me to notify them when car isn't clean but I shouldn't have to do that at all. He also mentioned that base and base plus gives poor quality washes good way to sell your business and that the vacuum machines are always clogged so good luck! I had to laugh this generation is failed.
