Could not commit to a date for a job. Kept telling me one day, then kept pushing it back and back and back, and eventually stopped contacting me with any updates. Instead of being upfront about not being able to do a job or not wanting to, kept stringing me along when I could have used that time to go with another detailer. Might be able to provide a good service, but the reliability and communication just was not there at all for me.

Rene really helped us out in a last minute bind. Called on a Saturday night and he was able to get us in first thing Sunday morning. He was extremely quick and thorough and our car ended up looking like when we took it off the lot! Passed VPC inspection easily because of his work! Turns out, finding Rene has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. His work is next level. He does a better job than I do — and I’ve got OCD when it comes to my cars. 💯 recommend Double R Mobile Detailing. I worked with Rene to get a VPC (military) Detail. Rene completed the detail a lot quicker than I expected, and was 100% perfect! He was able to clean the engine bay,undercarriage, and get the pet hair out. He offered to come to the VPC and touch up if it did not pass inspection, but he did such a great job, he didn't have to. The location is convenient for those members shipping a vehicle OCONUS...only 2 miles down the road. I don't live in LA, but if I did, I'd go with Rene for all my vehicle Detailing needs.
