First time there they had a special promotion for a whole month half price which was $15.99 (not bad) and you can go as many times as you need too (loved that) during the month you have self serve vacuum air pressure hose oh and clean moistened towels to either dry or clean the inside of your which I loved as well very convenient incase you do t have any or forgot yours they have some available for you so I pretty much loved everything about it except one thing that can happen to any business the vacuums went out in a sense a good 95% of all there vacuums had hardly to none of pressure to suction your carpets (ugh just my luck smh! Of course) but it really didn't bother me only because I had purchased the monthly pass so I'll just go back next day or w.e I want too so I ended up going back not the next day but day after that and got another wash 😁 and went to dry and vacuum my car and vacuum still weren't working properly i was like whatever at this point I just used the air pressure hose opened all my door and blew everything out 😬 sorry! But it was much but still didn't like doing that but vacuums not working good so there you have it my review my experience would I go back and or recommend this place absolutely all the employees are pretty young and helpful good attitudes I had no bad experience with that so go try them out

I came through the Luv Car Wash in Inglewood expecting a quick rinse, but I left seriously impressed thanks to Andrew and Alejandro! Even though it’s a drive-thru wash, the customer service made it feel like so much more. From the moment I pulled in, Andrew and Alejandro greeted me with positive energy and professionalism. They were both super friendly, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed before going through. Their great attitude and attention to detail made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I’ve been coming to this car wash for years. The name changed and ownership. The new LUV Car wash it’s mind-blowing! The staff is friendly and helpful. Denise helped me last time. She is very professional and polite. She gives great customer service. The vacuum cleaner is one of the best. They’ve also installed air compressors, which it’s a game changer. They also offer window cleaner liquid and towels to dry your car! The new upgrades made it my new favorite car wash in town. Great place to wash your car. Highly recommend! A+++

Great prices. Excellent customer service from all their employees. Love the air hose to blow out water from crevices especially around windows, side view mirrors, and gas tank. Towels available to dry off spots not reached by air blowers in wash rack. Although they have time limits by vacuums, I never really feel rushed. Although I don't have monthly membership it has real value for people that wash frequently, I don't.

This was the first time I went let me start with the good stuff The staff was very helpful and professional, and they provide you with clean towel. Now they’re not so good stuff I paid for the 1799 wash my Ford Explorer didn’t get fully cleaned to the back and one side of the vacuums didn’t work. That’s all I can say about the place.

LUV carwash on LaBrea is my favorite car wash in LA. In love the drive thru carwash. Luv Car Wash provides free dryer vacuum and glass window cleaner with every wash. The workers were super friendly and informative. There is lots of great amenities like air, glass cleaner, & clean towels to use. I went around 11ish and it was pretty packed to vacuum my car so I would suggest going earlier or checking for open spots before getting the car washed so you aren’t just waiting around. I took advantage of the membership promo so I will definitely be going back.

I love it. They used to have a card you used to have to hang on to I could never do it. But their new system is great I paid one some money I get as many washers as I like all the equipment here is brand new works perfectly I have their own towels for you towels to clean great it's a great service I love it

Finally went to Luvs Carwash been wanting to go since the new renovation. I am so glad I went. I had the honor of dealing with Andrew the assistant manager. He was great prices are perfect. Even the monthly passes or ideal. Definitely might purchase that monthly plan when I come back there. Don’t forget to take advantage of the towels and free air fresheners they give you they smell great!!!!!

If my picture after wash my car helps you much better. But as Uber driver, my rating is that my passengers expects to see my car clean 100% not 50%. I believe that LUV company at first day opening did amazing, but after they see many costumers like me who paids 44$/month we comes frequently, their service with the carwash machine started change. The machine doesnt leave the car clean as other cheap car wash does. Better hand wash on S Central they leave the car 100% clean and dry and is more cheaper. Why we need to help a company who just offers amazing job for short but long? If my opinion counts get it or leave it. That is why I canceled my membership. Dont waste your money. Look around on Florence or S Central 64th st 100% clean car with hand wash. Pero no pagues mucho por menos. Ve a QuickQuack es barato y hace excelente trabajo su maquina no hay muchas pero son mas eficazes
