Terrible job cleanin the inside. I had to go vacuum a bunch afterwards and wipe down a lot of dust that they missed. Waste of money. I thought it’d save me some time from havin to do it myself, but I still had to do it myself afterwards because they hardly touched it with a vacuum or a rag. I do not recommend comin here for an interior cleanin.

I have been a customer for years and going to several locations in Springfield and have been disappointed for some time with their interior services. I keep thinking it will get better but it’s actually getting worse. I have my car washed and detailed inside, but I will not be doing this anymore as it is a complete waste of money and is getting worse every time I come through. I am not sure their vacuum is even working and not sure what they use to wipe anything done, it appears to be a dry cloth as you can see in the pictures that my car is not clean. See pictures below for after I paid to have my car washed and detailed with their platinum service.

I paid $30 for a basic wash and interior vacuum and clean, mainly because my wheels had brake dust and my back window had bugs I couldn't reach. Here are my results. And my back window still has bugs. I'll have to drag my vacuum out to the garage. I washed my wheels myself. Maybe I just got this treatment because I'm an 86-year-old woman.

Came here for a wash & detail. Told the guy at the beginning that I wanted to have the best clean I could get for the interior. He pressed some buttons on the kiosk for me and I was on my way. Gave a $20 tip to the person who was doing the detailing, asking him to do his best work. Attached photos are what my car looked like coming out. Doesn't look like they use anything to clean, only a very bad dusting. Lots of dust on the dash, water deposits on the radio console, and floors still dirty. Seriously disappointed to have this be their "best" work for the price I paid. No credibility, no quality. To their credit, the exterior looks good, but you can get the same exterior quality for half the price elsewhere. If I wanted someone to only spray Febreeze in my cabin, I would have gone to Walmart. Seriously disappointed. EDIT: I emailed the email the owner provided three months ago with no reply. Absolutely terrible customer service on top of terrible services provided. No wonder Blue Iguana is expanding so rapidly in town

Exterior and interior purchased. Highly disappointed in the car wash and interior details. Windows were not cleaned see pictures and the back of the vehicle was not vacuum all the way they did not move my backpack and work bag (I asked them do I need to take the bags out in order to have the back vacuumed and was told no they would handle it). The exterior still had mud and bugs on the vehicle as well as the windshield. I paid for the top package and definitely did not get the service I paid for. I did do a walk around and had them go/do over multiple things however, I missed the windows and vacuuming issues until I got home and started wiping down the vehicle. Will not be returning not worth the $46 dollars. Already vacuumed and wiped the vehicle down before finding more misses otherwise I would have posted those pictures.

I took every up charge for the interior clean, including every row of mats being taken out and washed. Tipped because I knew it was a big job. The whole thing was incredibly bad. Looks like every review is the same and I should have saved the time and money.

Love the convenience and the service on South Campbell. Easy to get the truck cleaned inside and out before long road trips. Interior clean for an extra $15 with the membership, definitely worth it.

Went for my first time today after ordering the top tier interior/exterior wash online. I'm honestly curious what they did for the interior? I watched through the window and it seems like they just wiped it with dry microfiber cloths and vacuumed? I already prevaccumed before I went, so there was really nothing to be vacuumed. As far as I can tell nothing was "washed" on my interior, including my mats. It looks exactly the same, except with air freshener spritz. Won't be back. How are you going to to charge for an interior wash and not actually clean anything?

Extremely disappointed with this service. We paid a lot of money for a full interior clean, but it looks like they barely did anything. The seats, dashboard, and doors were still covered in dust and smudges they didn’t even bother to wipe anything down. It seems like they just ran a quick vacuum over a couple of the floorboards and called it a day. For the price we paid, this was a complete waste of money. I honestly could have done a better job myself in 10 minutes. Absolutely not worth it.

Paid $35 for inside and outside cleaning. As soon as I get back into my car I realize the inside is still a nightmare. I turn around and pull back into the interior cleaning area and show it to the guy working there and say this certainly can’t be acceptable? He said “we just vacuum we don’t wipe anything down” THE VACUUMS ARE FREE WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DONT WIPE DOWN. $35 is crazy to begin with, but you just get a regular car wash and some halfway vacuuming? Keep your money and look literally anywhere else. Don’t fall for this scam.

The last person did a good job, and the man at the pay station was super super kind, but the guy who accepted my car for the detailing I paid for was very short to me and didn’t want to listen to any requests I wanted to make. Had it been any additional charges I’d been happy to pay, but his attitude made me just want to get my car done, and gone. I felt very much like a bother to him. Maybe don’t ask for the tip at the pay station, and let someone tip after services are rendered. BTW.. I did tip. But might not have as much, based upon the overall experience today. Oh well…. I don’t come that often, maybe this is why I dropped my monthly payment for services.

Keith was so friendly and showed courtesy and kindness. Excellent customer service showed by his professional personality. He took his time to help explain the options for inside detailing. I do wish they would include the inside of the doors when paying extra but they don’t. Fortunately they were kind enough to do the doors and shine them up this one time. It’s really not much more time to spray and wipe the inside of the door panels. They normally just vacuum the door part. But they really should spray and wipe them down. Also around the door when you step into the car, that part gets so dusty. Anyways, their kindness won me over today. Please consider adding what i recommend.
