Excellent people to work with at Mr. Car Wash on EAST SUNSHINE IN SPRINGFIELD, MO. 65804. Just spoke to an employee in main office about my payment method to be changed. She did a great job in being friendly, very helpful, solved my payment method issue and I so appreciate my clean car inside and out at this particular one but those in Springfield area are very accommodating! Since your renovation, the blower drying the car as I exit is so much better! Keep up the good work!

TL;DR bought a membership online and canceled it within the hour. Poor service all around. Bought a membership online here and went to get the RFID sticker placed on my car. They placed it on the exterior of the windshield, which was unheard of to me (as a former KC Uber driver that got their car washed every day for 2 years). Went through and got our sticker from the staff who promptly placed it on the exterior of our window, right in the path of the wiper blades. After our wash, I decided to circle back around and question the staff as to why it was on the exterior to which I was told that it was just the way they did it. Didn't want to make a fuss over it, but it just didn't seem right. Pulled into a gas station down the street to see if I could move the sticker inside the vehicle like the other 3 car wash subscriptions had placed theirs years before. Unfortunately, I was unable to successfully move the sticker and opted to just throw it away. From there I reached out to customer service who assured me that it was indeed their protocol. Opting to not want another exterior sticker on the vehicle I had the rep cancel and refund our membership. We'll be looking at alternatives in the area that aren't so careless. As for the wash itself, like many other users, our car was left with little improvements. A $40 monthly package ($24 for a one time wash) shouldn't leave your car looking the way that it did. If we're honest I don't think the wash is worth even $5. Two experiences here both left a lot to be desired.

We spent an average of 200 a week there. Owning a carlot, we run a lot through there. A month ago we asked to have wheels sprayed before going through. The guy would not do it. I thought he didn’t hear me so I asked him again. He still didn’t. The manager came over and asked me to take my foot off of brake. I told her I need the wheels sprayed before. She still would not. It was a very weird situation. She would not do it or tell me why. I called headquarters three times. They assured me someone would call. Never did. Horrible customer service. Switched to another company. Saved money plus so much nicer individual s and have no problem spraying wheels!

The employees act professional, and friendly. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The car wash does a good job washing our vehicles. There’s not a whole lot more we could ask for in a car wash.

Overall the car wash is decent. However, every time I come here, I have to redo the inside of my windows after leaving. It may be hard to see in a picture, but if you look next to the mirror, you can see where I have wiped off the grime vs where I have not. For the price of the Platinum wash, they should be able to use clean towels to actually clean the windows. I would consider using the subscription plan if this was not the case. Instead I only use their service when needing my car clean in a hurry about once a year. Edit - I was so upset about the windows, I didn't notice the dash had a similar problem, see second picture. I usually do not have this problem at other locations, just the Sunshine one.

I tried this car wash for the first time and am very unhappy. The whole reason I tried the car wash is because of the fact I thought staff were supposed to ensure my vehicle was clean following the wash. When I first exited the bay a staff member had me pull around to go through a 2nd time so they could try to get it more clean. When I exited the 2nd time around I pulled up to that same staff member and asked if they got it that time. He said yes so I trusted his word and left. I wish I would've had time to get out and check myself because there were many places it looked still untouched. It makes me sick to know I wasted $18.00 on a very bad wash.

This car wash does a nice job. I am a patron plan member with this organization. This car wash is conveniently located on East Sunshine just east of Glenstone. I have been going there for years. In the past, they had a nice older man who would shine your shoes while you waited for your car but sadly he passed away. The one glaring problem with this car wash is that it’s very difficult for trucks. Once you go through the pay station, you have to make a hard 90° left turn, which is very narrow and most trucks have to pull forward and backward a couple times to get in the car wash. One other negative is that used to have people who towel dried your vehicle off as you exited the wash tunnel. Now the people have been replaced within automatic circular towel machine that doesn’t do a very good job. It goes over the top of your hood, but once it gets to the cab or the center of your vehicle, it goes back up in the ceiling. So it doesn’t dry off the sides of your car or the top back half.

Always great service and friendly employees. I mainly use the one on Chestnut Expressway since it is close to home. I just wish it either dried the glass better since it always leaves spots if I don’t air dry after washing.

This wash is the only place we will take other people's vehicles for a quick detail and outside wash. Kieth Johnson does a great job at getting us set up with the right type of service. His public attitude, spiritual nature with customer service, and positive outlook are positive attributes of what quality employees can look like working for this company.

We just bought this car and brought it in to get it cleaned up. We spent $40 on a carwash and the interior of the vehicle is worse after they washed it. We were there for almost an hour. They used dirty rags to wipe out the car. They left crumbs and debris in areas that were not dirty before because the crumbs and dust came off the rags. It was not vacuumed, if it was then they did a very terrible job. But I asked the guy why none of the interior was done and he told me they only wipe off the dash board. So $40 for an interior clean for them to dust off the dashboard with a dirty rag? I got a damp paper towel at the gas station and did a better job cleaning the interior than they did. I did let them know that the car looked worse and they 100% did not care. The guy offered me his dirty rag to clean it myself and when he did the debris fell out of his rag onto the seat. I would not recommend going here. You spend a lot on a car wash and then you have to clean it yourself afterwards. Cashier was nice. Everything else about this place was terrible.

Don’t expect much if you go here!!! The only reason they get even a one star is because the person that took my payment was polite and nice. This is by far the absolute worst car wash I’ve ever gotten. I paid for the titanium car wash. $24 for my tires to still be filthy, dirt still on the trunk and chrome, stuff still on the trunk and hood. And NO my car was not a disgusting mess before taking it. It was dirty but not unusually dirty. I would expect for that kind of money, the wash to have been MUCH better. Especially for a “newly remodeled” location. Top of the line wash yea RIGHT! And yes I’m aware there’s water on the car still HOWEVER, proper car washes like this that have people spraying the car down before it goes in, water left on the car doesn’t matter. They asked if I wanted to tip the people when I paid. Well of course I did because silly me, I assumed that people would be involved! Nope. I tipped them for literally them to PUSH A BUTTON. Not to pre spray the car or ANYTHING.
