Can we like just have a station where I am not trying to be sold something? I just want a car wash and not to have to talk to someone and asked for a tip bc they picked the buttons on the screen and trying to sell me something. Car wash itself was good.

This location has assembled a team of highly qualified personnel. I joined the Car Wash Club shortly after the location opened and I have never had a bad experience. The service technicians are pleasant and consistently professional. There are 3 car wash locations within just a few blocks on this stretch of road, but I remain loyal to this location. Please let them know they are doing a fantastic job.

Was a customer at Mister Car.Wash had an issue on Friday 8-15-2025.The General Manger told me he viewed the video and my car came in and left with no damage.But the manger would not show me the video of my own car. Sounds fishy. So I have no choice but to take his word so you decide if you want to take the risk of using Mister Car Wash. Since I did not notice the damage till I got home. This review is for the Mister Car Wash on Kansas Express Way and Kearney in Springfield Mo. Update on my previous post. We met with Koltin Rumley Regional Manger, he showed us the video and also had us run the car through the carwash as he walked along side of it taking a video with his phone, none of the rollers that were low enough to damage the bumper got close enough to damage it. I am truly thankfulto Koltin for removing any questions about Mister Carwash causing the damage. After I get the bumper fixed I will reopening my membership.

I love this place. I had a really stubborn pile of bird doo on the hood of my car and after my second pass through I could see the associates had radioed one another. As I was marshaled into the wash bay, a second employee came through a side door with a sponge and scrubbed the uncooperative blob off my car. Thank you so much, all. This really meant a lot ❤️

Scratched my truck trnt baker was very rude and said did not happen there after rrading reviews I guess this happens alot. Update Trent baker called me today 1 2 26 at 310 pm says there video shows the damage on .you truck when I went in I asked to se the video he refused I said I was t Required by Missouri law he said he did not care and he was not sending it I bet its because he is lyeing
