they are pretty good, but think for the price they could upgrade the car washes for what we pay especially for the all out one! Never gets my hubs completely clean and sometimes it hits and misses spots on my car. But I do like this car was it's fast and convenient!

I've taken my stars to 1. We have 2 vehicles on the top monthly plan. The West battlefield location is terrible! The customer service is a absolutely joke! They always ask for a tip when I bring the only one I pay for each visit. I told him I will tip you well if you just please spray my windshield.( it never gets clean) The bearded man who was in the wash bay sprayed a couple spots around the car and totally missed where I asked!! Then as I rolled my window down to politely ask for a certain part of the windshield he started arguing with me say he did it.. I said please just get this area and he still proceed to argue! At that point I was so angry I just told him great customer service buddy, just send me through! I will never be back! We'll be taking our memberships elsewhere!!!!! Unbelievable!

I've been a member of mister car wash for 5 years now and I don't know why I haven't reviewed it yet as it's one of the best buys and most budget conscious costs I have monthly. You're going to wash your car, in the warm months or wet months certainly more than once. One time, even in a do it yourself place, costs over $10 with vacuum each time. So let's say that $20 a month plus your time and work. I pay $25 monthly and don't have to get out of my car and can get my car washed 30 days a month, 31 in certain months. Think about how much your time and your car are worth to you... I'm spoiled for less money than people who don't have a membership spend. And there's no contract. It's monthly. You don't want it, cancel it. You want it just for summer? No problem. Think about it.. it makes too much sense not to do it!

Beware!!! Scammed! Whoever got the unlimited package for $9.99 each month. It's not! The salesman lied! $9.99 is only for a month. Then, after that, it automatically turns into $39.99 without your agreement. And their excuse is sorry you "misunderstood" no refunds. 😡😡

My wife and I took our cars up there this morning. The person (guy) that helped her pay said there were only two choices, Platinum and the next one down. I'm on the other side and the lady that helped me showed all the different carwash options including the lowest 8 dollar one. My wife told the guy all she wanted was a basic wash but he said the top two washed were all that was available. Just be careful, they have at least 4 different levels of car wash. We are not going to return, but wanted to warn others. They obviously get a commission if the can talk you into spending more money.

I have stopped going to this location because of the terrible service I have had in the past, but unfortunately yesterday the car wash I usually go to was down for maintenance and this is closer to my house. I got the same rude salesman like last time, who gets so upset that you say no to the subscription service. I did interrupt him during his sales pitch, not trying to be rude, but I’m not sitting in at a register to listen to something I already know I do not want. I have a newborn in the car that I have to get home to feed. I just want a car wash! He got a little huffy because he keeps pitching and I keep saying no. Then he has the audacity to ask for a tip, which I never give to anyone before a service is rendered and I decline. Good thing too, because as soon as he figured out he wasn’t getting a commission or a tip, he turned from rude to completely not conversational at all. You should always be at your best, incentive or not! Absolutely ridiculous behavior. Anyone who reads this, Glide Express. They sometimes ask if you want an upgrade but it’s a two second conversation and they don’t hold you hostage and treat you like you don’t actually know what you want like this place does. And they are still super cheerful and happy.

We've visited most of the locations in Springfield, but this is by far our least favorite. The gentleman waving us into the wash was rude and tried to rush us in behind another vehicle, which couldn't have been more than a couple feet. The wash itself wasn't horrible, but it felt like it was moving at super- speed, therefore not thoroughly cleaning my vehicle.
