James, the assistant manager, was very friendly and on top of asking customers how everything turned out. I can't remember the girl that brought me into the tunnel, but she was great as well. Over all, the Judge Ely crew is awesome and exceeded expectations more than the other stores.

Quick moving line, big enough for a crew cab, long bed (single wheel) to turn comfortably. Extremely friendly service (pre-spray windshield). They also guide you in and pre-spray whatever needs a bit more attention. Be careful of impatient customers, though - 3 lanes going down to 1. Some people just don't understand traffic flow.

Getting the monthly premium wash is worth it! You can go everyday or every 2 minutes to wash your car for just $20! The customer service here is stellar! They have multiple locations in Abilene as well as other cities. 10/10 recommend.

Coming from the newest member of Mister car wash, I had a great first time experience. Gene, the Assistant Manager was a huge help getting started. He was knowledgeable about the member plans, prompt in getting me set up, and explaining the entire process from start to finish! The car wash is like a Disco with all the colorful lights. It did well washing my fleet truck with my mirrors folded in. I really like the drying feature at the end. I highly recommend a membership with Mister Car Wash! Go see Gene at the one off Judge Ely Blvd in Abilene!! You won't be disappointed!

This is the friendliest car wash I have ever been to. It doesn't matter what day or time you go through the wash, the workers are smiling and waving. If you're in a new car and still learning how it works, they are so patient and kind in helping you get through the wash. We are so impressed with the promptness and professionalism we have experienced. I always feel welcomed and the wash does an elite job! These are the hardest workers and they are awesome!!

Came to this car wash and specifically asked if it would take off these bugs from my grill. If not I said I would go somewhere elsewhere. The attendant said yes they would get it all off and they would have somebody at the entrance pressure washing. The guy at the entrance was no more in pressure washing my car than the Man in the Moon and this is how it came out. $26 down the drain

Every time I go to my car wash by my apartment complex I get the very kind and caring experience that everyone should get, and they don't hesitate to say anything about your car, truck if it isn't clean and will let you run it back through again and won't charge you again on your tag and when your car or truck comes out it is spotless and shiny clean, and I love it. Went to the car wash on Judge Ely Blvd at 7:15 pm. Website said open until 8:00pm. Paid for Basic Plus. Attendant barely sprayed front grill. Went through the wash and headed over for my husband to vacuum out the car. No vacuums worked so he walked inside to get help. 3 young attendants walked out the back door while he was looking for help. On his way back to the car he asked the young man who said “we just closed.” Car isn’t very clean. Didn’t get to vacuum inside. No apologies.
