Not a good experience at all for a Sunday morning wanted the front of the car sprayed for bugs and they said that was on there discretion. Even thought I ask since I was doing alot of highway driving. Manager at least that who he said he was was very confronted on the matter even though I am the customer. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY OTHERS THAT I HAVE VISITED I would NOT go to this one again.

Avoid Mister Car Wash at All Costs - Negligent, Dishonest, and Legally Questionable Seriously, avoid Mister Car Wash on Liberty Park Dr in Cape Coral if you don’t want your car damaged and your time wasted. Here’s the rundown: I took my car in, and because the technician—despite having a visible cast on her hand—failed to deactivate specific machinery, my car got seriously damaged. I talked to the general manager right after, and he seemed decent, promising they’d cover the repair costs. That promise went nowhere fast. When things started to look sketchy, I tried to get the necessary legal information to pursue compensation. The site manager, Desiree, outright refused to provide this info, not even to the police officer I had to bring in to file a damage report. Yep, it got that serious, and they still didn’t step up. So here’s the proof you need: Mister Car Wash at this location not only fails in customer service but blatantly disregards legal standards and customer rights. They caused significant damage to my car, made a promise to fix it, then did a complete 180 and hid behind inadequate excuses. Rating: 1 star – Avoid unless you want to deal with damage, deceit, and a total disregard for the law.

Machines caused damage to truck, manager said it had previous cracks…..from camera footage. Interesting to know how they can see cracks from camera footage. Anything to save a buck I suppose. Judging by other reviews doesn’t seem to be completely uncommon either. Avoid them. You can see in the first photo not a single crack, picture was the day of 3 hours earlier.

Staff is Friendy Knowledgeable! I lost a small panel on the passenger side front door and they replaced it no charge. $45.00 a month for unlimited washes is a wicked good deal! Normally it would cost me more than $500.00 + or some really hard labor on my own! There are multiple locations convenient in Cape Coral. My only problem is why I didn't investigate investing?;) Peace

Big shout out to the team at Mister Car Wash on Pine Island. They’re always welcoming and friendly. When I went overseas recently, my billing method was temporarily suspended and I didn’t find out until I was in line at the gate. One of the Mister Car Wash teammates promptly fixed the issue while I was in line and did so with a smile. Thanks for your assistance and thank you to the team for always being incredible!

I took my 2015 Nissan NV200 work van through the Mister Car Wash at 2474 Liberty Park Dr. and their wash equipment cracked my valve stem, which broke my OEM TPMS sensor and ripped off my GUTA TPMS system. After filing an incident report, the general manager admitted the issue but said they wouldn’t cover the damage because the sensor was aftermarket — even though the valve stem itself was broken by their machine and my OEM sensor was also destroyed. Instead of fixing the problem, they offered me a free month pass worth $35 while I had to pay $248 at Firestone and lost valuable work time waiting for repairs and swapping tires in their parking lot. This is my work vehicle, and their negligence cost me both time and income. I expected better accountability from a national company. Extremely disappointed and will not return.

We have a membership and have been to many locations, but the Liberty Dr in North Ft Myers is absolutely the best. Allllll the workers are kind, friendly and take their time helping with so much patience. They always make sure to leave space and ensure the car is on safely. We recently switched vehicles and they were so kind to explain how to operate the car wash mode. The smiles we get always makes mine and the kids day! Highly recommend and commend all the workers here!

Halfway through the car wash my passenger mirror was ripped off my car, they had to stop the car wash to retrieve my mirror for me. When I was handed my mirror back I was handed back 2 pieces, one piece was my mirror and the other was a piece from a different vehicles mirror. Employee helping me was nice and took an incident report but made promises they ended up not keeping like them being at fault and helping repair the damage. After a long time of waiting I was told after they reviewed footage they were deeming themselves not liable for any damage that occurred IN there car wash because a different piece of trim on my vehicle was slightly lifted before entering the car wash(that piece was not part of the mirror that was ripped off). When we made an appointment and asked to watch the video footage they made an appointment with us then did not allow us to watch the footage.

First, let me say that the young men who work at the Mister car wash on liberty Park were all very nice and polite. That being said I came in a Jeep Wrangler Sahara to have it washed. I just bought the $15 one car wash went through and could not believe how dirty my jeep was only from the bottom half of my doors down was clean. The rest of the Jeep was still dirty. I went back around. They sprayed something on the front of my hood and then told me that they’re not allowed to wash the front, the hood, the windshield, the roof or the back of your Jeep. I said maybe they should’ve told me this before I paid to come through because I’m not coming for a car wash to have the lower sides of my car washed. Because they had sprayed something on my Jeep. They had me go through a second time. This was a platinum wash and still only midway down on my doors and below were clean, even my rims were not clean. Let alone the rest of my jeep. They did refund my $15. Beware Jeep owners

To be a car wash they sure do not wash cars well. Left tons of dirt on the vehicle, even added some due to the “tire shine”, charged more than the competitors and do not offer the same level of service as other local providers. Sadly a waste of 25 bucks.
