Such a great location! The manager, Alexis, is always very attentive whenever I go to the car wash and recently helped me open up a membership. Yesterday, I decided to go to this location, the young lady was very nice, explaining the membership packages. Although, I have a membership with 5 Star, I recently had major surgery and didn't want to get out of the car. I paid for the Ultimate car wash, drove a short distance to my parents house, I noticed that the rear window on my SUV was completely dusty. I returned to the carwash, explained to the young man, that the window was dusty. He told me that their "Criteria" had changed they no longer allow rewash. He basically argued the fact of water spots, I wasn't concerned with the water spots, but the dust! I literally had to wipe the dust with my only good hand to show him the dust. He stood firm of their policy changed. I asked for the manager, he replied, " I am the manager." I said, I didn't pay for the Ultimate to receive the Basic. This is why, I will continue to go to 5 Star ⭐ on Oakdale Rd, I highly recommend 5 Star ⭐, you get what you pay for Quality Wash and Quality Services! Please promote the young lady to Manager, she has better Customer service and Support!

I’ve visited many car wash locations and this one by far is my favorite! The team is super nice and my car gets fairly clean even when it’s really dirty. They’re also very attentive and resolve any issues I may have. Ive spoke to the general manager Alexis a few times regarding some concerns, and he’s always very communicative and provides great resolutions. Overall I’ve had great experiences with this location and will continue to bring my car here!

I had an incredible experience at Mister Car Wash thanks to Alexis and the manager working in the AM. 9/26/25 who went above and beyond to help me. During my visit, one of my AirPods accidentally got sucked up by the vacuum. I figured it was gone for good, but the manager immediately stepped in with a positive attitude and determination to help. Alexis personally took the time to search through the system, checked every possible place it could have ended up, and reassured me along the way. It’s rare to see that level of care and commitment to a customer’s concern, especially for something as small as an AirPod, but it showed how much he values people and their experience. His effort and his teams professionalism turned what could have been a stressful situation into a truly positive one. I left feeling not only grateful but also impressed by the outstanding customer service. Thank you for going above and beyond—it really made a difference Alexis!! You and the other manager deserve a raise!

Good Morning. We give it a zero but had to give one start to post our review. After using the Mister Car Wash in Riverbank, CA we were not impressed! There was tire black all over the chrome rims, on the paint near the tires & along the running boards. We are out today cleaning off the tar like substance, not something we planned on today. We won't be driving our vehicle through that again!

The Mister wash in Riverback is Awesome I love it. Their was is better, their brushes are better and their vacuums are so much better, they have the two styles of wands which is awesome 👏 for vacuuming cleaning the inside of your vehicle. I leave 6 miles from the Riverbank wash and 4 miles from the Oakdale was and I will drive to the Riverbank every time! Way to go Riverbank, Ca thank you Tina Meyers

Mister car wash on Patterson road I have found to be very consistent in their wash, between the politeness of the workers and the cleanliness of my car everytime is some of many reasons for my weekly visits. I have been to car washes where the walls have been dirty, which says a lot about the wash, but never this one and that shows a lot in my opinion of how the management and the crew all take their job seriously in providing customers like me with a great wash.
