Today is the second time ( same person)I have had the rudes interaction with an employee at any Misters in the central valley. There is an employee there that has a superiority complex and needs to be told to not be rude and attempt to refuse serves just because someone doesn't want to buy something.

Stopped by the car wash today and got a mediocre wash that left streaks everywhere. I went to vacuum my car and multiple vacuum hoses were not functioning. After informing the employee they disregarded me and told me to move. Very poor interaction and experience.

300 dollar car wash. Customers beware, I drove through there on Friday thinking I can get a quick wash in before the weekend. The machine punctured my tire. Halfway through, I started losing air. I barely made it to America Tire Co. The tire could not be repaired and cost me 297 for a new tire. It wasn't in stock, so I had to leave my truck overnight. I filed a claim with Misters and got a call back from the manager, on Monday. They denied liability, of course. If you google this, it's what the company does. I just got a we are denying it and have a nice day. Wow, so beware that next wash could end up costing you hundreds of dollars.

Don’t even want to give a one star. but there the equipment rip off a pice of our car and they won’t take responsibility for it will never bring any of my cars to any one of there locations ever again there trying to tell me to go throw my insurance and nope I will not they should take responsibility for the machines and equipment damaging people cars

After years of being a loyal customer this car wash caused damage to my car and when I made a claim they instantly denied liability. When asked to see the video I was denied. I know the machines caused the damage and they refuse to show me the footage that would prove it. Now my insurance company AAA will take it from here. Garbage

So I would have given a 5 Star, the reason I didn't is because I went to the Riverbank Location located at 2369 Claribel Ave. instead of the much closer to My House located at 4120 Dale Rd. The Dale Rd location is literally only a ½ Mile from My House & the Riverbank Location I went to is 6.1 Miles away. The reason is because the Dale Rd Mister's Vacuums are SUPER POOR, when You Guy's purchased that Carwash (Dale Rd) the Vacuums weren't changed out with New One's or the New Systems that are over the head that one big compressor controls. Also the Riverbank Locations Carwash is longer so it washes the Cars a lot better. But yeah with all the $ Mister is making these Day's I believe that every Location should be comparable, obviously a completely New Carwash is going to work a little better but it shouldn't be a major difference.

Do you care about your car leaving a carwash all in one piece? If your car has been damaged by said carwash would you want the owner of said carwash to take full responsibility and ensure all proceedings are dealt with after an initial claim is made? Then don't visit this location. We took in our grandmother's Lexus for a wash and left with a Lexus without a grill and window trim. We didn't realize the damage until the next day. We went by to make a claim (around the holidays) and when filling out the claim an employee literally walked out with the grill saying they found it in the back. After some back forth with the carwash insurance company we had been told: 1. One employee of the claim insurance told us our car was already damaged coming in. (Then how come their employee literally walked out to hand us the grill?) The owner: 2. Stated the damage did not occur on their property and said he would reach out to our grandmother's insurance which is a $ 1,000 deductible out of her pocket. We are so upset by this whole ordeal, this location's car wash literally damaged a car and did NOT take responsibility. They should be ashamed, avoid at all costs if you value your vehicle!

Do not come here! Came in today for a car wash, when I got home I realized my car looked way dirtier than it did before and was covered in streaks, tried calling several times and no one answered, came back in where the manager just said it’s dirt, and no one else complained today, didn’t offer me a refund but offered an upgraded wash which I honestly didn’t want bc I don’t know if there’s any damage from these streaks or not. Went through the wash a second time and manager walked through it and looked at my car after and it was exactly the same. She explained a brush isn’t working properly and that’s probably why but they are replacing it soon. That does me no good today, and why are you operating with faulty equipment. After the second wash still wasn’t offered a refund just another wash. If the first two didn’t work I won’t waste my time on a third. If the streaks don’t buff out I’ll be contacting the BBB.

It’s A Beautiful Sunday and decided to go through the Mister car wash in Riverbank on Claribel Rd. So glad it wasn’t crazy busy. I was in & out only two cars in front of me. Helped myself to their Free vacuum stations & now my car is clean and ready for the week for me! Friendly Employees is a plus!
