Mark, Brenda, and John were extremely helpful! It had been may be over a month that I had washed my vehicle and it was completely full of dead bugs on the front. They were extremely kind to let me go through a couple of times, and to spray on the bug spray and let my car sit for a couple of minutes. Totally worth the titanium wash! Very great service recommend it. Thank you guys very much. I appreciate it. Have a great rest of your shift!

We have a Mister Car Wash pass and we always make it a point to go to this particular spot. The staff is the most friendly and we have never been disappointed with the service! Plus, the actually car wash ride is such a vibe if you turn on some fun music🪩✨

It was my first time going through the wash and I was a bit nervous but the manager assured me that I would be fine and even offered me extra space! And! I got the platinum and I’m thinking about getting the membership I’ve never seen my car so clean before! Thank you Juan for the great experience!

On this hot day Johnathan went above and beyond my whole visit here. I purchased a cute little microfiber towel and I forgot about it and he came all the way to the last vaccum I was at and brought it to me. Then he noticed there was some droppings on my hood still after my initial wash and offered for me to go through again. He explained to me that with the rack on top of my car makes the top arm not reach because it could possibly get stuck. He then MANUALLY pulled the brush up after it got my hood nice and clean. That’s a 10 star employee and man for going above and beyond! Thank you Johnathan for being awesome despite the terrible valley heat because I know it’s so hot it can make anyone mad >o<

I had an excellent experience at this car wash thanks to Jonathan. I had a concern with my initial wash, and Jonathan went above and beyond to address it. He not only listened carefully but also offered a free wash to make sure the issue was fixed. Great customer service and a true professional—thanks for making it right, Jonathan!

Great people & great attitudes with a little smile. Always clean facilities. My only complaint is that I wish every location had the same exact type of dryers that blow off the water other than that everything else is awesome!!!

Your vacuum usually work really good but they’re always clogged up when I get to your place in Modesto and it’s hard to get help because usually don’t have enough employees working especially on a busy day the one on Dale Rd., Plaza Parkway

I like this Mister Car wash in particular. Not only is the location prime, but the staff is always friendly. They have plenty of vacuums, including the ones with the skinny nozzles to get into the hard to reach spots. I also really appreciate the space they give between each car.

Olivia is the BEST. THE VERY BESSSST. They made me a dedicated customer at this site exclusively because of their dedication and customer service. This is not just the BEST Mister Car Wash I've ever been to.... it's the BEST CAR WASH I'VE BEEN AT IN MY LIFE. I know that sounds cliche and forced but I promise its not! THAT is your tldr but if you wanna know why this place rules the let me explain. So, I went to a different site in a different town and asked to get the monthly sub (which is worth it imo considering how much pollen and dust gets on my car here) and I ended up getting the sticker, paying, etc etc. I come to this site and the sticker reads as blank--no account, no file, no nothing. What happened??? I have no idea. I had the paystub on my bank statement?? I was charged for it! Olivia did not even HESITATE, they immediately said "dont worry. Im gonna get this figured out for you." Took my info and let me get a Wash for free. Olivia was the one that went above and beyond to get it all sorted out and even reached out to me to let me know it was fixed and working! Instead of getting a customer service link, they went out of their way to help a girl in need and I am so grateful. This place is 10000000000% worth your time and money. Aside from here, i have never been to a place that has given me nothing but CONSISTENT quick, sincere, friendly service. Never going to any other Wash EVER. THIS is my place.

Went here on Sunday 8/3 early evening and got the titanium wash. I manage expectations about the actual wash given past experiences, but I'd just driven up to BC and back with no problems whatsoever, returning on 8/2. I go through the THIS car wash and within seconds my check engine light comes on. Coincidence? Nah, I don't think so. I thought I'd give it a few days to see if drying out would help, but no, it didn't help. There are more cost-friendly and customer friendly options around town - I will be using them in the future.

The young man at the entrance al let me know I have a lot of leaves in the back of my truck that I did not realize I said OK I will empty it. He said no sir. I got it and he did it for me. That’s very nice of him.

On Thursday, Sep 25, 2025. I went to get my car wash at this location and my rear wiper blade got pulled off by the big blue brush in the car wash. When I got out after, and informed the employee he went to retrieve it and it was nowhere to be found. He told me to come back the next day and file a claim and no need to file with AAA. Next, day after work I came by and the girl took photos of my car and got my statement. I heard back from them today, Thursday, Oct. 2, 2025 only for them to tell me they do not replace the wiper blades. If your car wash damaged my car, you should pay for it! I am very unsatisfied. I canceled my Titanium membership and filed with AAA. I just signed up to Quick Quack carwash. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I like the way the this car wash location washes my vehicles. It removes the majority of all the dirt from my vehicles. I never have to rewash twice. I also like to add that their workers are very nice, respectful people. The only thing I wish they would improve on is, the vacuums. I feel that they don’t have a powerful suction. The power is not strong enough to really pick up all the smaller pieces of trash. I usually have to use my hands to pick up those pieces of trash that the vacuum hose didn’t pick up. Other than that, I do recommend this Mister Carwash it is the one that is located at the corner of Briggsmore and Prescott, in Modesto. Let me know when you install new vacuums! Keep up the good work!

1 star - Damaged My New Car! I recently took my new 2020 Ford to this car wash and was shocked to find blue material from the equipment stuck underneath both sides of my vehicle. The machines clearly lifted the sides, causing damage. The general manager took photos and said they would make a claim, but I never received a email about the claim. When I followed up, they claimed my car had previous damage, but refused to provide proof. Unacceptable customer service and clear negligence on their part. Would not recommend.
