I’ve been going there for 2.5 years now. After today I will never go back. My dash wasn’t wiped down, my windshield still had bird poop on it, my side mirrors muddy, & my seats had crumbs. When I said something to the guy outside he had someone else come over & “wipe” down my dash...I looked at it after he was done before pulling out & decided to grab a towel & spray bottle myself to finish the job. I had no problem doing this. I spent about 5 mins wiping it down-NOT once did any of the workers come over & ask if there was an issue, if I needed some help, or if I wanted to talk to someone. They acted like I wasn’t there. Even went so as to pull cars around me because I had not pulled out of the garage/wash area yet. Then after I finished I decided to go pull around back out front & go inside to say something & the lady at the front desk immediately changed her attitude & basically told that isn’t what I paid for. But the gentleman inside who had helped me the first time offered to come outside & wipe the dash down for me. He was awesome. Everyone else- wasn’t. I’ve never had a bad experience here. My car is always done right. But after today- with the way the situation was handled I won’t be returning. I also wouldn’t recommend this car wash to anyone.

After upgrading to the "Ultimate" package ($24+) and tipping $3, we were thoroughly displeased upon finding that no interior cleaning or vacuuming whatsoever had been done. Having seen a sign stating to contact a Manager if not completely satisfied; we did exactly that... only to be told that that didn't do that. So, crumbs in the seats, dirty mats, dusty dash & door panels etc. are not part of the cleaning you get at this car wash. I rate quality of product and service far below satisfactory and assure " management " of the fact we will not return and share this unpleasant experience with family, friends colleagues and customers at our hotels in Cedar Falls, Waterloo and Waverly.

Having used the Miracle Car Wash in Dubuque on my last assignment, I knew I couldn't go wrong using the one in Waterloo. And, I have not been disappointed! The owners are very personable. The car is spotless every time. Well done!

I recently moved the the Waterloo area, and I was looking for a decent car wash. When I pulled up to Miracle, I was a little sticker shocked because their cheapest wash is $11.95. I figured I'd get that and see how it is. The employees at the beginning of the tunnel acted as if they hated their existence, but they did their job effectively. The only thing I wish they would do is open their eyes. There was clearly a lot of fuzz on my front passenger seat that they could have vacuumed, but they didn't. They just kind of go through the motions and don't go the "extra mile", and for $11.95, I feel they should. However, I was very pleased with the quality of the wash. I had a lot of bugs on my bumper and windshield and they were all removed in the wash. Also, the potholes that another review mentioned are being fixed. That whole area of University Avenue is being repaired. Overall, I would recommend it, but I do think they should either lower their prices or do a little more for you.

Daughter took my F150 there for Ultimate Plan... inside windshield still dirty even though she ask the person to do it again. Dash is still dirty... Place needs to hold employees accountable or go out of business. Guess I drive across town to Waterfalls Car Wash from now on

Not satisfied with this place! Paid for underbody flush, got car home and looked underneath and evidently I didn't get the underbody flush because it is still dirty, wheel wells still dirty, and all the door jams and tailgate jam not wiped down either, they are still dirty.

Most employees were very nice. I wish the interior cleaning was done with a wet cloth/cleaner and was more detailed. A shoe print was left on back of seat, the windows were smeared and the vacuuming was not thorough. Driver drove car into vertical exit flaps & parked, so front could not be wiped down. Exterior wash looks nice, but interior cleaning needs more attention to detail. Overall price was not worth the results received.

I went to This place for the first time' just Because my go to car wash closed down. And I hate that they closed. My truck came outta the wash when it came to wiping it down *OMG it was 3of the laziest workers doing it' then the person who actually got into the truck to clean' he left a horrible smell' it was so Ridiculous. Management i guess do not believe in there employees having a Proper hygiene. 🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾 I will Never ever GO BACK!!!!

The staff is friendly and personable, I appreciate them making a point to get to know their customers. The car wash is great. I appreciate the hand drying to ensure everything gets wiped down and cleaned out.

TERRRIBLE Paid almost $30.00 INSIDE was still dusty and dirty. They DIDNT DO very good on the OUTSIDE Either. When I Told the kid to wipe the dirt out of the Door jams he hardly wiped it up. DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. They will tell you come back we will make it right , WHO HAS time to go through a car was 2 times over a lunch break???? I will NEVER AGAIN WASTE my TIME or MONEY HERE!!! I have a BRAND NEW CAR A 2025 and I should have just done it MYSELF!!! I SHOULD HAVE NEVER GAVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE ESPECIALLY on MY NEW CAR!!!

Granted my truck is terrible but paying $25 and change to take it home and detail it myself is ridiculous. I’ve taken my truck places in similar condition and had a clean truck when I left. I’ll NEVER return. I spent an additional hour or two actually detailing my truck.

Paid 30.00 to basically get a streaky outside and they didn't vacuum well at all..called was told in order to have the back of the van done I needed to ask. The lady at the front was rude as hell. Will never go back

Manager is insulting and why should anyone comeback to give you another chance! And my car today is a 2025 brand new and your team couldn’t wipe the dash and console! Why do I need to tell them what looks dirty and should be cleaned! Also had the guy at the end wipe the dirt out of the door jams and that seemed to be a lot to ask ! Your customer service and communication back is insulting at the least! As for the last time I came there you were insulting and rude to say the things you said to me ! I should’ve NEVER tried to give you a second chance ! Too bad your cashier is so nice that’s probably the only reason people continue to go there.

The staff is super friendly. I go here often and they always do a great job. However the last few times my insides aren't wiped down, my windows are still dirty and not very well vacuumed. I don't know maybe I caught them on bad days or something but I know they can do better than this! I'll probably give them one more try and if it's still bad I won't return.

I paid $31 for rain x complete to have my car vacuum and washed and it was not I was just there at 12:57 pm on my receipt and It’s currently 1.07 pm this was not done correctly I will not go back very disappointed for the money I paid. Guess if you want things done right do it your self lesson learned. (I would not pay these works again). I have been going here all winter never had this bad of service before sad you just lost a customer.

These folks do a great job. Do a nice job on the interior cleaning---vacuuming & windows. Dry it off and take care of your tires as well.
