I stopped in because my change-oil light popped back on only a week after my last service, and I’ll admit, I showed up frustrated. Albert greeted me with real courtesy and said, “Let’s take a look.” Within minutes, he spotted the issue and it had nothing to do with the oil change. Albert and tech Cam J. fixed the problem fast, explained everything clearly, and had me back on the road feeling relieved instead of annoyed. The whole experience turned my day around. Their diligence, service, and professionalism were exceptional. I highly recommend this location.

We have used this location before. Another great service experience. Informative regarding services available. Reset my oil light for ‘98 Silverado. Very respectful and pleasant. Will continue to come for my 3 vehicles. And recommend to family and friends. Applied coupon and put service sticker reminder. Was able to check 1 vehicle and service 2 trucks today. The customer service that I received at grease monkey on airline in Corpus Christi today was remarkable! The gentleman that assisted me, his name is Kevin G. He was so kind, so polite, always smiling and was really genuinely concerned about my well-being. If everybody in this world could be treated the way he treated me today when we go to restaurants, oil places, or anywhere this world would be a better place. We had a great experience at the airline rd. location in corpus christi on 12/5/25. Went in for an oil change. Customer service was excellent. The employee was very detailed when explaining what they were doing. He was very nice and well rounded Grease Monkey offered several additional services for free that were included with the oil change just like minit man did. However, Grease Monkey goes above and beyond. For example, we told them the hood doesnt stay up. He said no problem...when you get ready to buy your hood jacks, bring them here and we'll put them on for free! Whoa!!! They make you feel like family because they strive to be great at what they do. We were heading out of town, and boy did we go to the right place! I have read their reviews and as long as they keep up with the excellent customer service, they will be top dog for oil changes!

Thier credit card machine messed up and asked if I can go back to pay tomorrow. It's ok cus the service was above and beyond. They showed me futures on my car I didn't know of so I can check stuff for myself. As a single momma now I really appreciated it. Definitely recommend the one on Airline over the Staples/McArdle. It seemed over priced but it all needed to get done and customer service was great. Thank u
