Went today after 3 p.m.. not busy. The only thing is going north on mountain and turning West on Holt, you can't turn left right into their driveway. They put up a median do you have to go pass that flip a u-turn and then you can turn into the car wash. I get that $15 wash and then that gives me 14 days to bring my car back and get the same wash for half price.

Love this wash. It's simple and FAST! Hence the name. Staff always helps with inserting your payment or card in machine so you're not overstretched, and they guide your vehicle so you don't damage your tires. The process is simple. You pull up, pay, you enjoy the wash. Kids always get a kick out if it. No vacuum. No Drying. If you're looking to detail your car this place is not for you.

I honestly don't understand most of the complaints? There's no parking?....if I was paying $20 then maybe. The prices are great for how the machine washes your vehicle. It's not a pressure wash...it has brushes. If you want a detailed service or want the blower to remove all the water....go to a hand carwash, pay more money and wait a good 30-40 min. This is an "EXPRESS" car wash....and a good one.

Have been going here for a number of years. started out Great, but in the last 2 years, the car wash has gone down hill, We paid by the mouth and now when we went in they wanted us to use our debit car, I don't think so. We ask for a Manager or a phone # for the manager, We were told they can't give out phone #'s, Wanted to cancel our membership, told that who was there could not do that. So we went to the bank and Canceled our debit card, and Got a new one. Something is not right there. Tried calling a number of time at the office at the Wash. No Luck... Beware of Scam's.

I went to the car wash this afternoon and had a really bad experience, once the car wash was done , my car wasn’t washed properly. It had soap/foam around most of my car, and I told one of the employees about it, and she completely ignored me, and avoided me. I ended up taking my car to another car wash, I will definitely not be coming back here.

4 stars because I dont give 5 stars to anyone since no one of perfect, haha. Anyways, I live out of state but come to Ontario to visit friends/family and whenever I'm in town I visit this wash because man, for $10, this is the best carwash in town! The people who work here are friendly and accommodating. I took my moms car to that crappy carwash on San Antonio and Foothill and for the love, go to So Cal Wash instead because that other one sucks! The brushes didnt even touch the car and barely any soap was used and they were more expensive. Go to So Cal Express Wash and you'll be a lifelong customer!

My wife recently ran her car through your car wash like many times before and there are always people who pull over to dry their cars before leaving. The driver in front of my wife decided to stop in front of the car wash exit so she couldn't get out and proceeded to take his time drying his truck. She didn't want to make a scene by confronting him, so she called the office to have an employee ask him to move, but nobody answered. Please make a point of reminding customers not to block the exits while they dry their vehicles!

On 7/8/25 I came here for a $10 car wash. This is the worst wash I've ever had. My husband couldn't belive I had it done. The hood and the trunk were still really dirty. And I do have my receipt.

Worst car wash worst customer service there is no manager to speak to and the owners will not be contacted if you have complaints i have never been yelled at by a person that worked at a car wash me and my family will not be returning so many other better spots to get a car was like the one on Ramona my advice is go to that one

I always come here since it’s right around the corner from my house, I’m not sure what happened this time around. My car came out worst than when I went in. Definitely not coming back now. Save your money and time!!
