Exterior part of the car wash was good. The drying and interior cleaning of the car dressing not so much. I didnt see my trunk even opened to dry and clean that part. They do have good prices for their car washes and options just not as thorough with the drying and interior cleaning as other places.

Used to be, for several decades, THE ABSOLUTE BEST CAR WASH IN TOWN...Sadly, this morning , I was the second customer in a row of customers that had to speak with the Manager/Owner about the shortcomings this morning.. the vacuum guys left what was clearly trash in the side pocket of my door.. no excuses, as when I got out of the car I pointed it out as trash to the guy writing up the $24.00 charge!!! 😢 Sad, because the family who has owned and operated this business for many years, seems to be at a loss to a maintain their quality service...

The owner of this carwash is a great guy. He's very nice and polite. I got the diamond package which included a clay bar and wax. My car came out looking better than I ever thought it would. Suprisingly it didn't take too long to finish either. I would recommend coming here for any kind of wash.

The 5 stars are for the ladies that finish the details of the car after it went thru the washing belt. These ladies really show pride of their work in comparison to the males counterpart who just pass the rag and missing the full cleaning of the details just because the vehicle looks clean inside they dont even touch it.

Had my gold necklace stolen from the middle storage console. Very upset. Owner convinced me to get a wax and polish since my car was too low to go through the washer. The wash was pretty basic for being a wax and polish still had a lot of debris inside of my car and my mirrors were not cleaned properly.

I brought my car to this carwash and they had a special to wash and hand wax for 45.00 dollars. Unfortunately I arrived shortly before closing. When I got home I realized my car wasn't shining and felt rough to the touch. I work during most of the week and haven't had time to take my car back . I wouldn't recommend this place.

Amazing! I got a hand Wax after a long, dead bug filled road trip. It came with a car wash and it looked better than when it went in! They managed to buff out some damage and scuffs from a car accident that happened over a year ago. I can't recommend them enough!

The guy that helped me get my car washed and pick the right one was amazing. The only bad part was the front of my car and side mirrors were not clean. It had bugs still there. I didn't really walk around it, which I probably should have for almost $30 for a car wash. It kind of expected the bugs not to be there. If I use this car wash again I'll just make sure I walk around before getting in.

I’m new to the area and have visited several car washes since December. Overall this car wash is slightly better than mediocre. The cleaning staff is pleasant and welcoming and decent wash for the price. Pros: The average price for a truck or SUV is around $26 which includes the tire shine. You don’t really have to wait long and there’s indoor seating with many comforts such as refreshments fridge, video games for the kids, and nice reclining seats. Cons: I am always weary of car washes adjacent to alleyways for the simple fact that your vehicle can always get stolen. This is a concern and you mitigate this by waiting for it as the attendant vacuums it all the way through and goes into the tunnel. The locale itself it’s dilapidated but clean. They can get pretty busy since on average they’re about $5 to $8 less than other hand car washes. They only do a basic vacuum and exterior wash; it would’ve been nice if they washed my rubber mats. I gave it a four-star overall because although it’s a basic wash you can’t beat it for the price and proximity to a major thoroughfare.

This place is over rated if I could give it a negative 5 I would... got the silver package and suppose to clean inside and trim on outside...well as I sat and watched I noticed the guy was doing a half ass job and when he finished I asked if he could follow up on a few things he had over looked..and he started to get an attitude ...it took all my being to not let this guy steal my joy so I said d ont worry about it sir thanks and I left....they do sloppy work and dont seem to care about peoples vehicles...all I can say is it's your choice.

I sent $50 on a hand carwash. When the car was ready there was still a lot of grime on the outside of the car, little spots of sediment stuck to the paint. Inside the seats weren’t wiped down. I would give 0 stars, the first and only job of a carwash is to deliver a clean car.

Decided to get a car wash while i have 1 hour spare time before pick my son up from school. So got there like around 11.45 and got help right away. They will ask what kind of service do i want. I picked the bronze one for 19.99 , and they also ask whar kind refresher you want. I asked the lady how long is the estimate time, she said 40minutes since its like 4 cars ahead of mine. Which 40 minutes its not bad. She said will be done around that 40 minutes or faster. After all that we handed them the key. And go to counter to pay. I checked in yelp and see there a $5 off for the gold package.($24.99) So i decided to upgrade to gold package. And paying the same amount. Yay that was a good deal! The waiting area is clean, there are 4 massage chair, and some arcade game as well. Thats pretty cool. There was 2 people clean each car, so its pretty fast. And they did really well. I took one star away because i saw they forgot to wipe my glove box area, there was a little bit dust around that area. Other than that, they did good... They also finished everything excatly in 40 minutes. I would come back again when its time to clean my car...

Worst experience I have had at a car wash! My car is low so it does not go through the machine and they have to hand wash it outside which i understand but the fact that the man writing the information got mad because I didn’t want a wax on my car then tells me that air freshener is not included in my wash because my car is too low to go through the machine makes no sense what does my car going through the machine have to do with the scent you put in my car? I’m paying the same amount as a gold wash it’s just not going through the machine! And then I get my car and my rims are still super dirty! Worst experience I have ever had if I could give ZERO stars I would definitely do not recommend this car wash !

Since moving to Ontario in January I've taken my SUV here twice. All three times I paid for the $80 wash that focuses more on the cleaning of the interior. The first time I took the car here I wasn't really satisfied by the interior cleaning done to my car, so I had to vacuna it the next day. I returned a second time due to it being behind the street that I live on plus I don't mind giving a business a second chance. The second time I took the car for the $80 interior clean up I was really impressed and thought to myself ok I have a new car wash. They were able to adequately vacuum the interior of the car, armor All the wheels and the plastic mats on the driver side and passenger side of my car. It was an excellent job and I gave the young lady that did this a $20 tip. Then came this week, I took the car on Monday April 12, 2021 again for the $80 wash to focus on the interior of my SUV because I had gone on a road trip and I took my dogs to the vet. I get severe headache due to Dog Dander when enclosed in a car with dog hair. As you'll see in the picture I don't even think that they even bothered to vacuum the back of my car. The back passenger and the rear seats were not vacuum at all. The driver side and passenger side plastic mats were not armored all at all or cleaned, one of the wheels wasn't cleaned properly and neither was the back bumper. Unfortunately when I saw that the plastic mats were not even cleaned I couldn't complain because I had to run to a doctor's appointment. I talk to myself okay it's not a problem I could clean them but I didn't get the big surprise I've seeing that the car wasn't even vacuumed until after the doctor's appointment. I think the fact that I paid for a service and didn't get at least a decent vacuum will be the reason I'm not returning back. I really wanted to like this business and supported because it's in my new neighborhood but I really can't take it to get another wash when they've done a really poor job at cleaning my interior two times out of the three visits.
