After searching around the bay for motorcycle detailing services, I stumbled upon Mike's website. After giving him a call, we promptly scheduled a detailing for my Triumph Thruxton. Mike took the time to explain his approach and the tools he was going to use, and was welcoming, courteous, and professional. The entire process took around 6 hrs, price was in line with what was listed on his site, and was done curbside. He did a fantastic job, and I could not have been happier. A few days later, the smoke and ash from nearby wildfires got on my newly detailed bike. I unexpectedly received a follow-up call from Mike, who offered a complimentary cleaning to remove any ash that was on the bike. Suffice to say, Mike went above and beyond. It's difficult finding motorcycle detailing in the area, but I am extremely glad that I found Mike. If you're looking to get your motorcycle cleaned/detailed, give him a call!

Awesome guy! He was really nice and informative. He cleaned the inside of my car due to it having an awful smell. And he cleaned my headlights. They look brand new! Definitely recommend giving Mike a call and having him do some work on your car!

Mike’s Craftline Detailing has to be the only detailing service I can trust in the east Bay Area. I recently purchased a new all black SUV and detailing a black SUV has to be the most tedious and precise detailing one could ever encounter. Mike makes detailing my car seem seamless but if you know anything about detailing an all black car, you’d know the process is very labor intensive. Mike takes extreme care of my vehicle and every time I come back at the end of the service I’m so happy, my car looks brand new all over again! He’s a mobile service so he’ll come out to your house or apartment, which makes my life so easy as I’m always busy. From the first phone call from getting a quote, all the way to the end of the service, he was very communicative, friendly, and very professional. I’ve booked him a couple times already and won’t be going anywhere else, I’m super happy with the quality and service. Book with him and you won’t be disappointed. He’s an extremely honest small business owner and if anyone deserves business, it’d be Mike!

I wish I could give Mike higher than a five star review. Well worth the price! Wipe down all interior surfaces, wet vac and removed stains on carpet and cloth seats. My interior looks like I just drove it off the new car lot.

I had a scratch on my front right bumper from hitting another vehicle in a parking lot. Mike was able to buff it and clean it so well there are no visible marks. He is an incredibly diligent and professional business owner and I definitely recommend him after this positive experience. Thanks Mike!
