Convenient Enough with friendly ' Night Crew ' who are ' always helpful'. Esply. Mr. Qamar. I gave 4 Stars as ' Their Carwash ' that I used - post ' fill-up ' last evening :. 1) Didn't ' successfully' remove ' birdie do' off of my Car Roof '. Rather ' disappointing ' as I used the $10 ( Top of The Line Wash )... 2) It's a ' great convenience they ' do offer a Carwash Option ' at ' that location. Not to mention - I've been told Chevron ' is the Best Pick' for Gas .... However - there are ' few issues ' I do wish they'd resolve with the Carwash... Firstly - End of Transaction ' gives 3 options for wash Top, The Works and yet another lowest level. However ' No Description ' posted anywhere that I could see. Secondly and ' Most Importantly ' - As one ' pulls into' the Wash ' No Clear Big Neon Signs Like at Most Washes ' with Instructions !!! Car in Park etc. Usual Stuff..." Parking Brake Position ' not mentioned ' at all '.... Of Course - It's ' not one of those on Rails that moves your Car - ' Back 'n Forth ' - thus ' just maybe Safe ' In Any Position ' ..... Terribly frustrating ' Once You're In The Wash and Water Starts ' ... trapped in Car without Proper " Detailed abd Standard" Instruction on ' Neon Panel ahead of You as " Expected " .... Hope the " Owners " update this feature to render Wash ' more user friendly ' ...... Am Sure they'd Earn More Carwash Business !!! That's it Folks !!! :- ))) !!! Hence ' Three Stars ' ....

Very rude service. I came to fillup gas here with my dog and was standing with my dog until my husband can finish with carwash the person from gas station-came out to say if i could take my dog and stand somewhere else coz his customers will not like it!

All the folks who work in this establishment from dusk till dawn have uplifted attitudes all the time and are actually happy to see and greet you when you come in. Good customer service is rare these days. Thank you Chevron for always being so friendly. 😊

So I am from San Francisco and my car was a mess so I was going down San Pablo and don’t know any place to wash my car so I stop at this gas station and the guy had a lot of energy, so polite and helpful and also handsome I had to write a review next time I come and viait I am coming back hear

I don’t care what the price of gas is. I stop here on my commute every other day. Store is the most organized I’ve ever seen. Everything is where it needs to be and the selection of drinks, snacks and food are an abundance. Not to mention the phenomenal customer service by the staff and the best touchless care-wash in the east bay.

If someone is doing a good job or going out of their way to give great customer service, I like to tell others in hopes of supporting a good business. This may just be a gas station but I’ve never seen a station that has the owner....not an employee, the OWNER come out and pump gas for an elderly woman. Like literally just as a courtesy he did it. The girl working the register was nonchalantly like “oh that’s just Ak.” As if it’s a regular thing. The guy was super sweet, came in chitchatting everyone in the store. Organized store with a huge selection of snacks I didn’t even know existed! Best part... newer looking pumps that pump fuel quick and don’t take forever to process. It may just be a gas station but considering how many times a week I’m at one, I’d go out of my way to come here for a good experience.

This morning I was having a really bad day, just feeling stressed and anxious. I stopped by the Chevron @ 13065 San Pablo Ave, San Pablo, CA 94806 for a car wash. I realized I had to go inside to pay for the wash and I was honestly dreading human interaction. I was greeted with a “good morning” and a “how are you?” from the most delightful woman. We made small talk and it turns out her daughter is due with a son in January, just like I am. We both got excited and talked about how we each wanted boys and got our wishes. It really turned my day around. Here in Richmond you just don’t get interactions like that, this woman is a true diamond in the rough. An angel! Thank you for this warm, so needed conversation. It may seem like nothing, but especially in these times, small acts of kindness really go a long way.

I recently visited Chevron I must say, they have everything I need and more! Their selection of candy is impressive and caters to all my sweet tooth cravings. Additionally, I appreciate their well-stocked refrigerator, which is perfect for grabbing a quick snack or drink. Their Car Wash service is second to none in the area. My car has never looked better!
