I asked for Raw cones and they don’t sell any. The cashier gave me a bad attitude and spoke terrible English. She was also inefficient about checking every customer’s ID when adult only items were being purchased.

Their hours say they close at 10pm but they are closed earlier than advertised, usually around 8:30 they close the store and there is no employee in sight, I suspect they are understaffed or possibly don't want to be bothered by customers.

Poorly trained clerks. This new black guy had difficulty turning on my pump. Once he figured what he did wrong; i wanted to buy $20 of lottery tickets..he tells me "Uhh..the machines broken"..i looked at him suspiciously like he just didn't know how to get it working!lol!

Several broken pumps, I drove up to 3 different pumps here, all broken with no sign. All the terminals are slower than snails too, I had no idea if it was working or not because it took so long. The pumps never let you buy a car wash and they never print out a receipt so you can't get a discount on a car wash if you go inside to order one. This gas station is kind of a joke.

I went there to wash my car and Vacuum out my car. I payed for the vacuum and the Vacuum machine hose was missing the top. Making it impossible to suck anything up. I went inside to let the clerk know and they both said the machines weren’t part of their store and they couldn’t offer me a refund. If the wash station is part of your store I’m assuming the Vacuum machine are as well.

I'll be blunt... DO. NOT. POOP. HERE. Legitimately the worst bathroom experience I've had in my whole life and that's saying something. 2 stalls in the men's room. The first had a homeless man taking care of business with the door wide open. The second stall didn't have toilet paper... Like not even a TP dispenser. What happened here? Something bad no doubt. Outside of the Stalls there was a second man VIOLENTLY throwing up into a close to overflowing sink while on the phone with someone in the process. Insane experience. There's a Wendy's down the road with a decently clean bathroom. Good luck out there, friends!

!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!! Stopped by Davis Street shell around eleven pm after work got gas and paid for a carwash. The receipt didn't print out with my carwash code which unfortunately is common at this gas station. So I walked over to tell whoever was inside at the register I needed copy. Another customer was already waiting for help at the microphone box at the window, nobody was around. Ok maybe they were in the back room busy at the moment, we waited a few. The other customer mentioned they had been at the window for about ten minutes already, with no help from anyone inside. I start tapping on the glass and ringing the button on the mic box, for about five minutes straight. I paid for the extreme wash and now was out of luck, so I needed some kind of help. Finally I see an older balding man pop his head out the back closet looking door that's inside against the back wall, he looks at us then just shuts the door to I guess ignore us even better. I don't ever do reviews but this is a special kind of circumstance. I am advising all my friends and family and anyone who reads this to never get gas or carwash here again this pushed me over the edge.

Like others have said, the establishment is rude. Don't buy a car wash. They changed out their system and I had to exchange my receipt. That was last year during the pandemic, maybe October. My receipt was good till December 21, 2020. I got surgery on my knee December 12, 2020, which I can supply documents to prove. I just started driving again and realized I had my car wash receipt, which the car wash expired. I went in with my receipt to get it exchanged, and the guy was rude, even though I have a brace on, a swollen knee and a big old scar, which looks pretty fresh. I even told the guy "I can bring back documents to show I had surgery." I had paid $8, which isn't a lot in the scheme of things, and when I asked if I could get a refund, since I bought a product and due to circumstances beyond my control, didn't get to use it, the counter person was like "NO!" It's expired, that's it, too bad." Really? So not only did I pay for the product and not get it, I couldn't even get a refund?? It's not like I'm returning a product I had used or even taken off the property, it's a code you can simply change and at least give your regular customers that much credit and respect for being a loyal patron. I've bought lots of gas and car washes over the years and it was the first time I requested something like this. The service here has really degraded over the past year. This is not the first incident with this station, but it'll be my last. There's a Costco gas right behind it, which charges less and yes I'm a member so I WON'T be getting gas here anymore even though I had been a regular customer here for the past 5 years. Shell, you really need to take a thorough look at this place and consider a managerial change and some serious retraining! P.S. I have 3 cars at home, my neighbor has 2... AND NOT ONE WILL BE GASING UP AT THIS SHELL EVER AGAIN!

Carwash credit card reader is currently broken so you either have to pay in cash but only in $1, $5, or $10 bills or pay cashier inside ahead of time and enter a code; however I didn’t see any sign at the entrance to carwash line to alert customers so I waited in line for 20 minutes only to find I had no way to pay so had to just drive out through the wash tunnel and decided to go to a different location. Waste of my time. Management needs better communication with customers.

Do not use the car wash kiosk to pay! You will not be provided a receipt. When I pulled forward to get the car wash, the machine did not activate and I didn't get a car wash. After a few minutes of sitting in the car, I parked and went inside the gas station. The cashier couldn't really understand anything I was saying, other then there was a problem with the car wash. She went to get another employee that proceeded to be extremely rude to me. He said, "Lady there is no proof you paid, and I tell everyone to come inside to pay". They refused to give me a car wash even though I paid with a credit card and I'm sure they could look it up. He then said that the Manager's number was on the front of the gas station. Of course no one is ever going to pick up, as I've called repeatedly. The last thing I wanted was to argue with them about a $10 car wash inside during a pandemic.

I don’t like to do this, but I have to so yesterday afternoon I went inside and I noticed that the store has changed to 7-Eleven. I purchased a tall cans, Coke and two chicken wings. It was one of the spicy one and when I went and check out the guy at the cashier we’re trying to charge me $28 and I know that is not the right price and I put in my number and to get discount and he gave me back all my change and I told him that I know that it’s not the right price that he was trying to charge me because I bought them before at a different location and it wasn’t $28.

Be aware. Cashier is either overcharging or was just not trained properly. I asked for $50 on pump 4 & an express carwash. (When you buy both, a 20 cent discount is to be applied to the gas purchase) I swipe my card. Then I was asked "what carwash did you want?" So I had to swipe my card again to pay for said careash. While pumping gas i realize I'm being charged full price when I should have a 20cent discount for buying a car wash with the gas. I walk in to notify the attendant that the discount was not applied. The Cashier tells me it was applied automatically. I say "I don't think so, due to how you charged me. I ask for a receipt that clearly shows no discount was applied. Still the attendant will not make an adjustment. I then ask for the manager or managers number. Attendant does not give either. He just calls his boss. While standing around while he takes care of other customers ( 5 or so ) he finally just hands me 2$. No apologie or anything. He will do again, I am sure of it. Be aware getting gas/car wash here.

2pm on Christmas Eve, they are out of gas! The gas sign was turned on, all the pumps on and accepting cards. I had to walk into the store to be told “No Gas!” No explanation whatsoever and nobody seems to be able to speak English at this gas station. I guess they can’t even put up a simple sign, instead they had 1 or two cones to let everyone know there’s no gas. Good going guys!

I mainly came here because I knew they had a car wash. There's also a Burger King on the other side of the building. I went inside to purchase my $9 express car wash. But they do have other options. It was nice to see that even if you wanted to pay for the car wash before you drive inside, you can pay with paper money instead of only credit card. I like how my car was washed and dried by the machine. No problems.

Cash only the machines are down. The gas pumps dont take membership for fuel rewards so you have to do it inside. Inside even the shell system is down. I could not even get a car wash. Everything here is down and even on a good day the pumps dont take membership like most other shells do. Drove here for nothing wasted time and gas. Please dont support this kind of service. Do better
