Not a great wash :-( First time I used this car wash, Employee was nice and explained types of washes, I got the Ultimate and this is what I ended up with when I got there. Just a 2-3 minutes drive thru wash and this is how it looked when I got out. It was not at all what I expected. Underbody near the foot step, Mirror, and bannet were still dirty, tire shine was inconsistent on all 4 wheels. Probably try a different car wash next visit.

It’s was my first car wash today with them. They have like 9$ basic car wash which leads to 20$ ultimate car wash. Thry have like 14$ and 16$ with different choices. The washing takes place in not more than a minute. I would say a good place to wash ur car but u don’t get feel of ur car being washed. Also they have like vacuum set with 1$ for 4 mins.

Can't believe they charge for using their vacuum! No air freshener either. 2 stars compared to the others that let you use their vacuum. $29 wash and still have bird droppings. I suggest you stop charging to vacuum!!

The wash is just ok. However, we were scammed and it seems to be a regular thing with car wash places. I guess I expected more from Mike's. My husband went through several months ago to get the car washed. They told him they were running a special and for the price of one wash he could get unlimited washes for a month. Never once said it would be a recurring charge. Never once told us how to cancel (of course not because they didn't tell us it was a monthly charge). We didn't "sign up" for anything. We didn't realize we were being charged monthly until several months after we initially purchased "a month". They refused to give a refund. They HAVE to know this is scamming people. They are making great money off people who unknowingly are being charged monthly for something they thought they were buying once. Shame on you. We will no longer be supporting Mike's Car Wash. I hope we are able to help someone on here with this information. Edited to add: When we attempted to call customer service to get this resolved they refused to refund us. They said they could cancel the monthly billing for our next due month, but it would be active until then, so of course we used it since we were already charged (without our consent) and had been charged several previous months WITHOUT using it! We decided to dispute it with our credit card and Mike's responded to the dispute saying we used the service, so therefore we lost the dispute!! Snakes!! The only reason we used the service at all after that first month is when we called to cancel and they said they weren't crediting us, so we decided we should use it since they already charged us against our will!!!

I have a really great (very legal) hack for saving serious $$$ on Mike's carwash. I won't post it on here because I would hate for it to disappear. But, if you're looking for a location that is consistently courteous and does a good job, this is it. We've rolled through here with some really dirty rides and they have gotten them to sparkle and shine.

Terrible wash. $20 and this is what I ended up with when I got to the mall. Which is a one minute drive to. This is what it looked like when i got out to go in the mall. There was a hazy film all over. My tires had this black residue all over the rims as well. It was not at all what I expected. Disappointing bc my daughter went the same day in her truck and reported similar issues.

Would put 1 star but the girl to help me find my part was very nice but I don’t recommend going through the car wash unless you want your parts ripped off 😭 mind you my car is bought brand new

I was able to drive through a second time due to having my car cleaned properly, only for it to still be a problem. The attendants were kind and respectful, the job just wasn’t done well especially for the ultimate ceramic plan, twice. Also paying for a vacuum for it not work well is disappointing as well.

Bought the $19 wash and the car is still dirty. Car hasn't been out much just sitting for a few weeks so no real bad dirt build. But the wash didn't get down into the small grooves of the hood nor did it wash the dirt out. Will have to go somewhere else.

If I could put less than one I would give it a -10! This is the worst car wash I have ever been through in my life. I went to the one in Beavercreek, Ohio for the price I paid. I expected them to at least use a brush and clean the bugs off the front of my car and my windshield and do my tires before driving through .Then the person that waited on me inside had headphones on listening to his music and when I wanted to ask him a question, he didn’t hear me and kept putting my car through and of course I got sprayed in the face with soap and wax. I would never go back there again if you paid me to get it for free. The car wash in Xenia is five dollars less they use a brush and actually scrub off the bugs from the front of your car and they clean your tires good and they use the brush on the windshields in the windows and it’s five dollars less.

Don’t go here they will damage your car. I took my car here to get a car wash, been there several times but this time when I got my washed it had gotten some damage on the hood of the car and sides as well. The paint of my car had gotten chipped off and when I went to go in and see the manager few mins later while wiping the access water off the car we noticed the damage the manager took photos and said they would take care of it. Took photos to send it in. But we got a reply from mikes car wash saying they won’t do anything about this and their machines are not at fault. Don’t want anyone else’s car to get damaged so save your money and go else where. They could care less and don’t care.

I brought in my Tesla in twice once doing the top selection and the next time the ultimate. Both times my car was not cleaned completely and then as it dried, you could see the product leaving white residue all over the car, I tried to wipe it off, and then it just shows the streaks. I will be trying somewhere else.

I have a Ford F250 which is difficult to get into some other local car washes. Not Mike's. The whole lot is extremely easy to navigate and they always get my truck clean. I definitely suggest at least investing in the wash books. If I drove more, I would do the unlimited monthly wash pass in a heartbeat.

The actual was is good and I would rate it as a 4 star. But tje overall experience is nickle and dime you on everything. Vacuums are $2 for a couple minutes and no towels to wipe down like the other car washes. Every additional add on is a fee. So overall just an average wash experience.
