I don't typically write reviews, but I love this place. I'm a ride share driver and have a monthly subscription and it is well worth the $19.95 I pay. They are always busy, the vacuums have great suction, they provide drying towels in the office, the staff is lovely and even when they are busy the line moves quick. The only thing that I wish it had was a machine to clean my car's upholstery and that the car wash cleaned my tires a bit better! Other than that I am pleased as punch! Thanks for your great service!

Ripped the mirror cap off and they did everything possible to avoid trying to replace it. Tried buying cheap Chinese replacements but they were the wrong color and they refused to buy the correct ones because they were kind of expensive.

It's a great car wash; however we need more tire shine applied to the wheels!

I did not feel like it’s up to 4.8 rating, my car came out of the wash with scratches and paint chips

“Our equipment doesn’t scratch paint… blah blah blah” yeah, yeah it does. The only reason I use this car wash now is because I bought a much older cheaper car where I’m not worried as much about damage and it saves me time from hand washing. I detailed my vehicle when I bought it, including a polisher to correct all of the small issues there were. Since using this car wash I have FAR more scratches than ever before. I refuse to take my wife’s new vehicle here. If you care about your vehicle HAND WASH IT or TOUCHLESS WASH!

At Beavercreek you have created a traffic nightmare blocking off half your tenant's parking then you park a corporate vehicle in one of the few remaining spots. Really inconsiderate. Update June 2023: you're still allowing your associates to park in what little parking you've left uninhibited for starbucks and you haven't answered any attempts to contact you.

Until last week my experiences with Flying Ace have been great! For a couple years, I have had 2 cars with monthly subscriptions, and I just purchased a 3rd subscription for my truck. The first (and only) run through, the tire shine machine caught on the driver side running board and ended up shearing the running board off the vehicle. Due to all experiences leading up until last week being positive, I didn’t even request a refund or cancel the truck’s subscription. However, the home office called back today denying any liability, blaming me for having the running boards out (because I am a car wash expert apparently and should know to retract my running boards?!). The truck has 3 options – off, auto, or out, and I had it in out mode which puts out the running boards when the vehicle is stopped. This is my fault apparently because the running boards came out automatically when I came to a complete stop and put the vehicle in neutral. You’d think employees know what to look for? I also had to quickly park and run back in the tunnel to fetch my running board as it was on the track getting run over by other vehicles. The employees had no idea what was going on. I am glad only 1 side broke, but perhaps the car wash is out of adjustment, or the drive side tire shine machine was jammed. Seems logical that if both sides were getting the same tire shine treatment that I should have been jammed on both left and right sides… If you have an Expedition, Navigator, or other vehicle with automatic running boards, be sure to retract them or you will also be out $3k out of your own pocket to repair them! I will take some pleasure in canceling the $36 x3 subscriptions.

They refused to dry off or rewash your vehicle with a scratch in the windshield Which is really just a mark from the old windshield wipers only cleans up half my wheels didn’t do a very good job at all and was extremely rude. Will never come back.

I’ve been going to this car wash since they opened and never had a problem until now. I got a new car and I took it through here for the second time and now my brand new car has scratches on the rear fenders from the brushes. Not even going to bother trying to report it to them; I just will not return. I’ll go to the touchless car wash on Swigert from now on. I’m giving two stars because the vacuums are nice for kid messes but not at the expense of my paint. Not happy.

Monthly wash is a scam, auto renew Subscription, was never told this. Plus did not clean wheels or bumper despite going through 20-30 times in a month.

Dont know who the bald white guy is but his customer service sucks terrificaly and he treats his coworkers like trash. Seems like everyone else in there knows what they're doing or can at least pretend good enough to get by but that guy is just truly something special in the bad worker department. In my opinion he needs to go. And if he is in management shame on him and shame on whoever put him in charge

They damaged my truck and told me to kick rocks. Absolutely livid from my experience at this car wash. Bought a new Ram 1500 and took it through this car wash. I've never been through an express car wash like this before and after they explained everything I asked if I needed to do anything and they said no. When pulling up the attendant used her hand to eyeball the distance between my mirrors and I guess the wash and left my mirrors out. In the car wash both sides mirrors got flipped in and covered in deep scratches on the outside. Obviously I was a bit upset my brand new truck just had damage done to it so I go inside and make an incident report which they require. I was kind and respectful and not at all rude to staff as I understand accidents happen and figured they would make it right after I fill out the report. I get a call 3 days later saying they "reviewed footage" and saw no damage along the side of my truck before or after. I responded the damage was on my side mirrors which were whacked in during the wash. She replied that's on me since they have signage about side mirrors and it's my fault for not flipping them in. I saw no visible signage there, you can look through their photos and see if you see any as I don't. Besides that I asked the team if there is anything I needed to do as well as the attendant eyeballing my mirrors when I came up. I would give 0 stars if I could. They leave me literally zero options other than small claims which I'm sure would be nearly impossible to prove anything even if I did have their "footage" they claim exists. Absolutely criminal customer service and shame on management and ownership for not owning up to their mistakes and giving me the run around on fixing my first nice vehicle I've ever bought for myself. EDIT: Don't go here people. Just look at other reviews, especially recently. Plenty of examples of them damaging vehicles, many much more egregious than mine, every time they refuse to admit fault. Don't trust your vehicles with this business, they don't know what they're doing and they won't make it right.

On 22 Dec 2025, bought the most expensive car wash at the Flying Ace 202 Beavercreek Indian Ripple Road location because it was advertised as costing $20. When paid to the attendant, he stated that I could receive a second car wash at same price in January. I never returned to the car wash in January for the second car wash but a $20 charge from Flying Ace 202 Beavercreek location was applied to my credit card on 24 January 2026. This charge waws not authorized by me and Flying Ace needs to submit a credit to my credit card for the erroneous $20 charge.

This is a great place that I love to go and get my car washed at. One of the great things about this car wash is that they have a line of vacuums for your use and it is free. The only downside is the Starbucks right next door. It is super hard to squeeze in and out when it is busy at the bucks.

Went through the car wash in December they had a deal pay normal price and get unlimited washes for the month. I paid my $22 didn’t sign up for anything. They charge me $20 in January and now $40 something in February. I’ve been trying to call all morning and it won’t let me stay on hold I’ve been hung up on 5 times.

We went to the other car wash in Kettering a couple months back and it chipped the paint on my boyfriends car bad, so I haven’t been to a flying ace in months. I finally went back a couple weeks ago and I INSTANTLY regretted it. I just got this car in May and it had barely any scratches on it. As soon as I got out to check my boyfriend and I noticed my hood had sooo many chipped spots. I learned my lesson unfortunately the hard way and I won’t be coming going through any flying ace car washes.

Today at the Flying Ace Express Car Wash on Indian Ripple, my wife and I experienced a horrible customer experience. We decided to get our car washed because of all salt on the car. The ‘gentleman’ taking our money for the wash talked us into the monthly wash pass. He put a sticker on our windshield. Our car is newer and has sensors everywhere. We pulled away and our entire info center went down. We lost all use of our controls on our touch screen including our heads-up display, temperature controls, navigation - everything. We drove back around and politely, and yes, politely with a please, asked him to move the sticker up – the sticker very plainly states if removed it isn’t valid, but the car wash attendant told us the guy at the entrance could remove it and replace it, so we asked. He YELLED at us and told us that it wasn’t blocking anything, there were no electronics in the sticker! He refused, then he violently removed it and angerly put it up higher and refused to give us a working sticker. It is ripped and I am sure we just got ripped off!!

I brought my week old car up there to do an undercarriage clean to remove the salt but I didn't want brushes on my car the attendant said not a problem he will hit a button and it will only use high pressure jets and no brushes. We'll I guess he forgot because the brushes came down and left a ton of scratches on my hood in the clear coat. I went home and buffed them for about 2 hours and only got about 90 percent out. The manager said I can file a complaint but most likely the company won't do anything as they have scratch less brushes... of course the debris on them isn't scratch less. They were suppose to be off in the first place. 272 miles on my car and I'm having to use compound on it to get out the scratches... I now will most likely have to get it professionally done to make it right. This was my first bad experience there after using the place many times but wow what a horrible thing to have happen to a brand new car. the line shadow on the hood is from a nearby object but zoom in and look what this car wash did to my car!
