Is a regular practice to ask a unlimited user, Does there pass work? I've never been asked that. I asked the driver behind me if she asked him did his pass work. He said no, so why would she ask me? I really feel like she was accusing me of trying to steal!!! The attendant, who is also the manager, needs some customer etiquette training. Is it normal procedure to ask and unlimited pass user if their passwords works? I've never been asked that and I've been to most of the car washes in Fort Wayne!

Excellent customer service! The employees are courteous and extremely efficient. They also have great product knowledge. Yes, it may be a bit more pricey than a regular car wash but, considering how many people are tending to your vehicle, it's well worth it. The tunnel of dryers alone was worth it.

Not too good of a wash. Paid extra for “Wheel-Bright” but got a uneven sloppy job of “tire shine.” Half of each tire still dull and dirty. Hub still very dirty, and that dumb shiny spray got on the brakes and caused horrible grinding noise. We took it to a do-it-yourself carwash to wash that shiny spray off everything—no more groaning noise. Spotty windows too.

The chrome on my 2010 Chevy Silverado truck was damage after going thru the carwash. Just purchase the vehicle 3 weeks ago. Put in a claim, received a letter today stating they "will not accept responsibility for damage to to classic vehicles (over 10 years). I have been a customer for 25 years and never had a problem until now. Since they won't take responsibility, I will take my business elsewhere. So long Mike's carwash! Carwasher Be Aware!

I have scratches all over my new car after going here. They do not clean the dirt off well enough and all the grime gets scraped into your paint. My wheel wells and hood were still filthy after going through.

It was really busy that day. The soap wasn't coming out of the brush very well. I didn't have the time to go get someone to help me with it. But they're usually good to compensate you for any problems their equipment is having. I'd give them a 3.5 for that day but usually a solid 4 ✨

Great experience! The person greeting me at my car to pay for the wash was very polite and professional. I then started to vacuum my vehicle and there was an issue with the suction. I walked into the office and Stephanie greeted me kindly and came right out and started working on the vacuum. She turned on another vacuum for me to use and gave me all the time I needed to get the car cleaned out. She was very generous and great customer service!!! I recommend this car wash for sure!!

Once I was at this car wash and I was waiting in the far left lane (there are *FOUR* lanes)… another car came zipping thru the adjacent lane and essentially “cut” me. I was a little upset so asked the attendant what was up. They were nonchalant and like “yeah we have 4 lanes so use them all.” OK. So on Saturday 10-28 I go to the car wash (I am a regular customer, pay for a monthly unlimited pass) and the two left lanes are backed up, so I go thru the 3rd lane (just as I was advised by an attendant do to so before). Up runs MADISON (nice they have name tags at least) waving her hands like a police officer with the whole Karen body language looking like she wants to pick a fight - very unprofessional. I roll down my window and she is like, “BACK UP BACK UP: you cannot cut everybody in this lane.” … There are 1,2,3, *FOUR* lanes. I’m in one of them. ?! I said no, you’re not picking on me today, I’ve been through this before with another attendant and was told to spread out and use open lanes if there’s a line. Madison bears down, isn’t listening and is just completely adversarial from the get go and horribly rude to a customer, demands I back out. I said no, I’m not backing out and she was like YES YOU ARE. She has 0.0% authority but there was no other attendant so what was I gonna do? I had to literally put my brand new vehicle in reverse and try to back it out between the lane pillars like an obstacle course. Absolutely absurd. What she SHOULD had done if she had common sense and customer service skills is approach with a smile, calmly explain the situation and be like “next time…” and let me go ahead since I already drove past the columns. Also it was embarrassing to be treated like a chump getting the whole “to the back of the line” drama from Madison in front of other customers on a busy Saturday afternoon. So yeah, got treated like a chump for being a monthly unlimited member at “Mike’s Carwash.” Likely canceling my membership due to her, unless management owns up. Hope it was worth it Madison, enjoy the notoriety! NOTE: I have frequented this location all summer and every other employee was super friendly and professional and I never had an issue, that’s why I gave 2 stars instead of zero.

Paid and tried 2 different vacuum stations, No suction...... thier on and trying, but there is not enough power to pick up a leaf, literally. If it was free vacs I would get it but we pay for these. I like mikes and thier usually good, but there is something wrong with this location.
