You should clean your car after you get a car wash here. I don’t have anything to say other than that. Despite many people giving feedback it’s same. Accidentally purchased a month wash here. This is worst car wash I have ever used in Ohio and Indiana

The good: The employees were friendly and helpful, even when i called back to share my concerns about the terrible wash. The woman named Autumn was professional and was helpful. The bad: The space at the credit card kiosk is very small and tight, not made for wider vehicles like toyota trucks or vehicles with wider stances. The very bad: They do not offer a "rewash" if the carwash leaves your vehicle dirty, after the wash. Also, they do not spray, scrub, or prep your vehicle for the wash. I wonder if they don't offer a rewash, if Take 5 should do a better job of making sure that they take the time to pressure wash, scrub, or clean dirty spots on a customers vehicle. Our toyota sequioa was left dirty, water spots, dust all over the body, bumper dirty with bugs, wheels dirty, windows dirty, and several other places were dirty. How does Take 5 compete with other washes like The Tube and Mikes who offer a better wash? Mike's sprays off your vehicle and even scrubs dirty spots before you enter the wash, and they offer a rewash if it is not cleaned, for $11...$1 more than Take 5 carwash. With busy schedule, salt on my car in the winter, and money spent, I'll prefer to get my car washed correctly. 2 stars instead of 1 star, because of the friendly service, but unfortunately, the friendly service does not clean the car.

Read if you have a bigger vehicle. Got a $20 wash and the back of my car still had dirt and dust. The manager said if you have a fin above the back window it doesn't always get it clean. They sent me thru again but it didn't make any difference. There was also still dirt behind all the door handles and there is no fin above those. Sticking with Mike's from here out. UPDATE 3/18 emailed as they instructed and have had NO REPLY.

Entry lanes are to small and will damage you car. Significant amount of tires run off proves this and no one cares. The car wash it self is not properly calibrated and will potentially rip off your side mirrors as it nearly did to my car. Not to mention it takes at least two washes to get the job done. Avoid not worth the damage to your car unless the close to address the problems.

Reasonable membership price of $22/month for unlimited washes. I don’t like that they are closed on cold/snowy days because other washes are still open. Other than that good service & complimentary cleaning supplies and vacuums. 👍🏾

Very friendly people. They were willing to wash it again for free. But the posted pics are from the second time through. Like others pics, the back and bottom barely got touched. In theory defence, I got the $10 wash

I bought the membership the ultimate pro plus, the place is epic. The people are nice. They give you all the tools you need to clean your car efficiently the car wash part. Well, the car wash part is great way to keep the car clean. I guess the ladies do a great job with guiding you through the car wash. I love that you can vacuum your car out anytime you want ladies and or employees here are very helpful. any questions you have you can ask them and they will be gladly to help‼️💯

Idk when I pay 20+ for a car wash I kind of expect the bugs to be off my car.. the very first time I went through they forgot to turn on the car wash so I sat through and told the attendant after and she put me back through. 2nd time it was actually on, I pull around to the complimentary detail center which was awesome only to notice there’s still bugs all over the front of my car. The attendant let me go through again andddd still bugs all over my car after the 2nd wash. The attendant and complimentary detail center were cool but the car wash itself sucks. I bought the 16$ package and was told by the person at the kiosk it included underbody spray, a main reason I wanted my car washed. Didn’t ever touch the front or rear bumper, let alone spots that aren’t perfectly flat. If you could guess, it didn’t get under spray either. I was told I could take it through the car wash (that was unable to wash my car) again after I had gotten home and seen the state of my “freshly washed” car. They can’t refund money. I’d definitely just go to Mikes Car Wash. Similar in pricing and rarely leaves me less than happy. Also asked if I wanted a membership after being informed it’s my first time through…glad I said let’s see how it is first.

My go to car wash. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Free vacuums and air gun are very good. Always interior detailer, glass cleaner, and towels stocked up. This car wash is an absolutely amazing deal for the price. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a clean car. 1 Year Update: They are still amazing.

I’ve been an unlimited customer ever since they opened. For the first year, things were great. However, it’s gone down hill over the last 5 months. They don’t open on time anymore and they never have the free towels, which was their greatest value proposition and the main reason to visit. The actual car wash is good, but the dryer is mid-level, which is why the free towels were important. I’m canceling my unlimited membership and will be moving on to a better option.
