Good car wash, 1 bad part. They put in the special scan lane for unlimited pass but it's almost useless bc they check the regular car washes in in the single file lane, so even when you scan through the unlimited lane, you still get stopped by the people paying for the regular wash in the single file lane. I'm pretty sure they are supposed to be checking them in where there are 4 lanes BEFORE it comes down into 1 lane.

Mikes Carwashes properties are always clean and you are greeted with a smile and the carwash gets my car clean. I also get great assistance at the main office if I have questions. Natalie has answered my questions promptly and efficiently.

I had a monthly subscription until recently. I cancelled mostly due to not using it more than once a month. However, I also was worried about going through because I kept losing my rear windshield wiper blade. They are a little expensive to replace, and I had to replace it 4 times in one year. Nice employees though. Always very friendly.

The new 'express line' is sweet! Time saving. A lot of time when I arrive staff is just standing around. Why not put someone on the sprayers for both sides of vehicles instead of only rinsing off the drivers side? Oh well, at least one side of my car will be clean-ish.

I gotta say, I was annoyed after getting out of the wash & having to clean my car!! But, I asked for a manager, Braden very sweetly came & looked at my concerns! He explained why some places didn’t get spic-n-span (the style of my car, which has been true other car washes). He quickly ran me thru again after some extra spraying & TLC! Top notch!!! Handled it perfectly!!! Gladly will return!

I want to take a moment to acknowledge Mike’s Car Wash on Lima Road. We all have that go-to car wash, and for me, it's this one. The staff here is not only friendly but also genuinely knowledgeable without being pushy. As someone in sales, I appreciate their focus on putting the customer first. A special shout-out to Braden for his politeness, kindness, and informative approach regarding the services offered. I will definitely be returning!

The customer service here is friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the product itself leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve been through this car wash four times now, and the first few times my Jeep actually came out dirtier than when it went in. On my most recent visit, the wash didn’t even rinse the soap off completely. I’ve since canceled my unlimited membership, as the vacuums still require an additional payment.

I've been more and more disappointed every time I go to any Mike's anymore. They don't seem to get all the dirt, the dryers just push it back so there's a mess I always need to clean at the bank of the car. I got the wheel wash but I'm the one who ended up cleaning the dirt out of my rims. Lots of soap running out my trunk lid and down the bumper. Mike's used to be the best wash in town, now there are several I will choose before I go back to any Mike's locations.

The guy cried about my generator secured in the bed. He cried about my fire extinguisher (securely mounted per DOT regulation). He cried about my mirrors. But he didn’t cry about the $500 cell booster that DID break. Unbelievable! All dude could keep repeating was, “this wash was built in the 40’s”. Not sure what that has to do with cautioning 3/3 items that had NO issues. Only to break an item that was never mentioned as a concern. Tried mentioning this, but same dude just walked away saying it was an “old car wash”. Absolutely mind-blowing 🙄

Evidently the manager here thinks regular paying customers aren't as important as the monthly customers. He tried to get me to back my car up to let some guy driving entirely to fast through the gated line so he could go ahead of me even though is was already in line before him. And he also yelled at the young guy that was taking the orders because he felt like he should've made me back up.

Look at pictures, you can't be serious that this is the best wash. I would hate to see what happens if you take a really dirty car here. I actually trusted they would do a good job here, so I didn't get out and check after I left. Unfortunately I live 1 hr from this place, so I guess I'll just and rewash it at home. Every single panel on the car still has dirty spots on it. Honestly it looked better dirty. Now it just looks like a 2yr washed it.

The manager here makes everything easier and she is very professional... I had a book that had 5 ultimate car washes I've had for almost 2 yrs and 3 out of 5 were messed up hard to read wouldn't scan ... I didnt ask her to do anything thought it was (my) fault they got wet n couldn't get used now ....but nope she took it upon herself to fix them and make it right that was amazing cuz that's not exactly the cheap booklet either...I just moved like 2 miles away but b4 that I went to a different one downtown they would not even accept one of them let alone replace them it was amazing thank you!

Do not even spend your money at this car wash. My car never comes out clean, every time. I always have to come back around to get my car washed a second time because the equipment cannot even take off simple bird poop. In addition, when I got the clear coat, it does not even distribute it well, it only just leaves white bubbles all over the car. The only good thing is the staff is very nice and greets all customers politely.

Okay car wash, a lot of bugs left on the front of my truck even though they had an employee prewashing / spraying the grills as the cars entered. Used to be a better wash but they have not been as good the last couple of years. Lots of new car wash facilities open in the Fort, they will have to step up the quality to keep business.
