Superior quality car wash, although it can be pricy depending on what you get. In the end, though, you'll find it's well worth the money. Especially with the new ceramic coating added onto the top level wash you can get. After getting this option, I find my car stays shiny-like-new for literal weeks. I got a wash here maybe 3 weeks ago and my car is just starting to lose it's shine. WELL worth the money, in my opinion.

The young man took time to doodle a happy face on the window next to my young granddaughter. She giggled so much and was sad to see it vanish. Just want to pass along my thanks and applaud Mikes for having such great young people working for them.

I have come to this location for many years as it is the closest Mikes to my house. For the last two years I have washed my lowered 1991 pickup here with no issue. Today I was informed I would not be allowed to go through as my pickup was too low. I explained I had been coming here with this truck for quite some time. The man (presumably the manager as he was the only adult working), measured the driver side of my car which was sitting in the rutted concrete of the drive. After a remeasure he admitted he was wrong and I would be able to go through, by this point I was already embarrassed and decided to leave anyway. He offered me a free carwash which I declined and expressed a “Really?!” There are other car washes in town, I’ll take my business there from now on. Thanks anyway.

I always check my vehicle after I go thru an automated car wash. I have never been as shocked as yesterday. I had to wait a day to calm down. There was soap and dirt still on my SUV after I left. When you're paying $20, you kind of expect a clean vehicle. Never again, Mike.

Ripped my trim off, scratched my car (painted with newly attached trim piece within last year), bent, and nearly ripped off my license plate, but claimed that "these items were likely loose or damaged before your visit." The picture shows my license plate partially bent back into place, and doesn't show the ripped out screws. Customer service rep "Janeese" refuses to answer e-mails civilly or with any substance answer. An absolute nightmare.

Have used Mike's since the beginning. Unlimited since 2008. I give them high ratings because they have been great. Not a 5 star bc like all others the back of SUVs don't get as clean and dry as I would wish.

First time I’ve been in this Mike’s car wash. The gentleman that worked with me while he was a high school kid, but he was very respectful and very knowledgeable with that Mike’s car wash and press. I wish I would’ve known the guy’s name.

So I've been coming to this Mikes location for several years and I haven't really had any problems until today. Normally the associates ask me if It's okay to put duct tape on my fenders since they're rusty and I tell them that's fine so they put the tape on and I get my truck washed and I'm on my way. Today the older guy who I assume was the manager made me get out of my truck and and had me the customer put the tape on my truck which is very poor customer service. I think It's time for this location to get a new manager that cares about their customers and gives them excellent service. I may consider going to a different location or a different car wash entirely if this continues.

So I usually don't go to Mike's because I like to wash my car by hand. I only do for time saving. Today was the worst wash I've ever had by far. I left the car wash looking like I didn't even go through the car wash at all. I am now at home having my cats help me because clearly they do a better job. Will never use again.

I typically use the one on Dupont road. However, I swung by this location out of convenience this week and was rewarded with rotating brush scratches all down the passenger side of my truck. If I'm lucky they'll buff out with rubbing compound and a couple hours of work. Update: I ran my in laws' black Jeep through today and it's still scratching the passenger side. I even took before photos. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! (Whether they make it right or not, you'll be inconvenienced) FINAL UPDATE: Mike's Owner is a liar. They denied the scratches claim. I even took photos before washing it that day, as I had had problems with this location before. Mike's lost a life-long customer. It's a shame, but I guess they're not the only ones in town anymore.

I only go to Mike's when I have a coupon...their car washes are quite expensive and sub par. Nearly every time I go through, my windshield is still covered with bug smears when I get done. Not as pricey as the Tube car wash, but not far off.

Marysville rd. Didn't clean the car. Had to wash 2x .very disappointed with the results. Went through a second time and still have stuff on the windshield and front of the car.

Got turned away from getting my car washed because I was told it was too low. However I’ve gone through it befuwith no issues. On top of this, their bays are not cleaned and I got a bolt in my new back tire that are over $800 for the back set. Do better cleaning your bays and lot.

Ryan and Chris went above and beyond.. which is understatement! I asked if they could spray out a dead bird from my grill, but upon closer inspection they found a GROUNDHOG had hitched a ride!! These gentlemen ran next door to Jiffy Lube for help, then spent almost 2 hours working on removing the little freeloader from my vehicle (safely)!! After animal control hauled “Mike the Groundhog” away and Jiffy Lube made sure my car was safe, I finally got my Carwash! And the guys gave me a free upgrade to my membership wash to boot! Yes, I highly recommend this place! These guys can handle ANYthing!! 🤣👏

I’ve been to this car wash several times and have always had a decent experience, but today was far below standard. I arrived when it was extremely busy and pulled into the self-service bay to clean my car myself. I waited about 15 minutes only to find out the machine wasn’t working. After things slowed down, I got in the regular wash line and asked an employee if a manager could assist with a possible discount due to the inconvenience. The general manager came to my vehicle, and after I explained the situation, I was told there was nothing he could do regarding the self-service issue. There was no smile, no compassion, and not even a simple apology. I understand policies, but I felt more could have been done to make it right given the time and inconvenience.
