Came on a Tuesday and it took almost two hours for a simple car wash. This is just unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN!

Very strange way of making business, I was never asked what kind of wash I wanted, nor was asked to pay. I did pay inside but the guy washing my car never even asked for a receipt.

Don’t go to this place! They put their buddies in front of you! They let them pay to go ahead of everyone else. The little short FAT GUY with his cap turned backwards that calls everyone SWEETIE even the MEN! Really! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!

I have been washing my cars in 3 times the first time it was good to clean the outside and inside but the second and third time I went inside the cars did not leave me well and do not charge so cheap for the work they do ...

Decent and it has machine that accept debit cards also has the quick blow dry air for cars..i didnt have a towel to dry my car so that blower was perfect

GO HERE. If its 30 minutes away, it's still 100% worth it. I am telling you this is basically a $13 detail. I asked them to shampoo a seat and they got rid of every stain in the interior. They go over it with a cloth when finished and really inspect the work. This is the best car wash I've found from la to inland empire, and I go at least once a week. I make the trip every time I'm anywhere close. If this place was in a busier location the line would stretch down the street.

It's no longer Mike's Car Wash it's now Bryan's Hand Car Wash. The service was friendly...prices are good....car wash was on point...but they have Spanish music playing and my thoughts are when the majority of your customers are Black you should show a bit more consideration and play English music.... not sure if I can sit another 30 minutes listening to music I cannot understand.... please think about it Bryan and I'll come back in 2 weeks just to listen.

I’ll paid before they finish my service. Never again will i do that . life lesson. I also purchase car mats which way over priced. my vehicle on the inside.was half cleaned I told them that my car was super dirty because of my children I thought that they will be considerate and actually clean my vehicle well but my vehicle is super dirty still on the inside it’s like it was never cleaned. I will not be doing business with this small company again horrible. A waste of money at time spent. And when I called to express my concerns, no sympathy no apology Customer service is horrible.

Unfortunately the old owner has sold to a gentleman by the name of Bryan. What I will say is that the gentleman here are kind and really clean your vehicle, but the pricing for anything larger than a car is expensive, to the point it impacts tipping the workers. Hopefully he reconsiders the pricing format

The guy advised me to get the deluxe package instead of the standard package, because he would clean my rims and interior better. The interior was not clean at all. They didn't bother cleaning the back seat of the car. The rims were still dirty.
