Was coming here for a while but no more. Asked the worker to remove some dirt on the crack of the seat and under the floor mat that got missed initially at the vacuum stage but apparently that was too much to ask as the manager got snotty and condescending with an attitude and informed me that asking for the dirt that should have been removed at the initial vacuuming stage but wasn't was now part of a 'detail' and not part of the regular vacuum/wash. Done with businesses that think doing their job with integrity & pride is something of the past and I should feel lucky they took my money. I certainly wasn't asking for a re-wash or complete interior service detail just removal of some dirt particles that got missed. Buyer beware, just smile and say "Thank you" even if the job wasn't done right as he might threaten you as well to not come back to Miami's Auto Spa.

Manager Vince is ALWAYS incredibly rude. Not sure how he is managing anything. He knows nothing about customer service. I pointed out a broken piece of my chair in my BRAND NEW CAR and he completely dismissed it. Then I pointed out the fact that I very specifically asked to have my trunk cleaned and paid an extra free to have it clean. Dalia promised me that it would be and Vince while being extremely rude decided not to clean it or give me any type of refund. The service at this place and quality has downgraded significantly. I will not be coming back.

I came in for kind of a basic clean. To only find I had over spray on my car. With no idea as to where I had paint on my car, I had to now deal with this.... I'm not going to lie the price to have this correct was up there, but I've been coming here for years, and they have always taken care of myself and my vehicles. That being said, you get what you pay for wish I had better photos in the sun, but here are some before and after. With a glass finish, my car looks 1000 times better than the day I drove it brand new off the lot.

Love this place!!! I’ve come about 6 times. Every time has been consistent. The customer service is friendly. The prices are super reasonable. The people that check in my car are awesome at helping Choose the right car wash - that my car needs and not overselling me. The waiting room it’s cute and tidy. Coffee area are great!!! The areas were customers weight are always tidy and have a little shopping too!

Unbelievable that this place stays in business with the manager Vince the guy whom takes in the cars for washing. Extremely terrible and hostile attitude very unwelcoming. I left after I asked the car to be vacuumed carefully , he got upset very passive aggressive. Very unprofessional will never go back feel bad for the owner. Funny thing is I sent a friend there and he had a similar experience.

I paid for the supreme wash. $49.99. My rims were not wiped clean , the inside of my car was slightly vacuumed, I still had dust on my dashboard and my door handles area was not cleaned at all. I havent been there in 7 years and I thought I would give them one more try. I will never go back.

I have to say that I was a bit disappointed when I left here. I paid $30 for a complete inside and outside wash and it took over 30 minutes from the time I left my car until I was able to leave and upon inspecting their work once I'd left there were several areas of the interior that weren't vacuumed or wiped down. I didn't buy the least expensive wash because I wanted a complete cleaning, that I didn't get. With all of the competition I'd have expected a thorough job.

Purchased a Supreme service at $49.99. Did not notice Wheel Bright, Exterior dressing and Ceramic Armor services. Each wheel only minor clean. Still notice a lot duty marks here and there from car front and front pillars. Cannot recommend this place.

Surprised to see all the bad reviews. This was my first time going here and I was satisfied. The car looked good (as it should for the $360 I paid for inside and out detail) The manager Vince was friendly and the workers did a good job. I can't afford this all the time but I would go back.

My car wash included rim cleaning, but since mine had a lot of brake dust they recommended the extra rim detail for $40 more ($10 per rim). There was a significant amount of brake dust left on the wheels which I had to clean myself after. They also missed cleaning spots on the interior and exterior of the car. For almost $100 with tip I do not feel like I got good service

Stopped by on a Tuesday around 11:00am. No wait. Kyle happy to see me - very helpful! Didn’t rush me as I purged an enormous amount of randoms to the trunk - even offered to throw away my trash for me. Jasmine - cashier inside was great! Place was very clean with seating marked closed for 6ft distancing. All employees wore masks. Free wifi while I waited. Seating available both inside & outside. Wash completed within a reasonable amount of time. Will def be back again soon!

I took my car for a car wash. It took an hour Half of my front windshield was wiping half of it was spotty. The back of my car was not vacuumed or wiped I called the manager to let him know that they did not do a good job cleaning my car. His response was “you should’ve looked before you left” Lousy Customer Service I would never recommend anybody to go to this car wash and I will never go back again

(Review from 03/2023, updated 1/2025) I’ve been coming to Miami Auto Spa on and off for a couple of years, when I used to own my 2016 Nissan Sentra (but got into an accident and it was considered totaled ☹), and now with my Toyota Corolla Hatchback. The workers that detail the car there do a great job cleaning it inside and out, even for their regular car wash services. They finish quickly, especially when it’s not busy so it’s a huge time saver compared to cleaning or detailing the car yourself. Unfortunately, I stopped coming here for about two years and neglected my car for a while, and the result of this really shows. Hard water spots, stains from bird droppings, and other pollutants have accumulated within that time frame, and it’s noticeable after washing the car myself, before applying any wax spray. I haven’t gone back in two years until today since as they say, if you take good care of your car, the car will take care of you. When I arrived at Miami Auto Spa, many of the services they offered had changed over the last two years, and they recently added a new service to their menu called “Ceramic Armor”. It offers longer lasting protection, 1-2 months give or take, and a brighter paint shine compared to using spray wax. Though actual ceramic coating is expensive and time-consuming, this service will look similar to it. For $50 I went with this car wash service and was impressed with the results. There’s a night and day difference between my car with just wax spray applied, and the car with the ceramic spray product applied (difference shown in pictures below). I was surprised that it made my Corolla Hatchback look like it was brand new again and concealed almost all the water spots and stains that were visible before, especially from far. On the other hand, what I didn’t like is that it made swirl marks and other clear coat scratches more visible, but mostly when inspecting the car up close. Regardless the car came out looking great and the wheels are really clean! Just have to deep clean the inside of the wheels since it has embedded brake dust, which doesn’t come off easily. The employees at Miami Auto Spa are usually friendly. The receptionist is the first person that came and helped me with picking which service I’d like. She was very knowledgeable and made good suggestions on any problems I had with my car, such as offering a clay bar service to be able to remove all the contaminants and hard water spots on the car paint, and finish it off with a buff and wax. I didn’t get her name, but she was really cool, along with Vince who I’ve seen since I first went to Miami Auto Spa years ago. They are awesome and I hope that they keep up with their customer service! I feel that their work in detail is overlooked sometimes, even for a regular car wash service, but they put effort to give your car a clean look as fast as possible. Overall, I’m satisfied going to Miami Auto Spa and will be coming for more regular car wash services and interior/exterior detailing services. I think their prices are reasonable to help protect and maintain your car, especially when considering that you’ll also save a lot of time compared to diy'ing it. (UPDATE 1/2025) I've noticed that there are scratch marks after they dry my car with a microfiber towel every time. If you want to avoid accumulating micro-scratches on your car paint it'll be better to wash the car yourself by hand or pay more for a professional detailer. Also they don't clean as thoroughly as before anymore, and they didn't vacuum the back seat of my car which had glitter everywhere. Their quality in service has been declining, and months after paying for a $250 exterior detail I realized that they left buffer marks on the car, and compound residue is still everywhere on the sides of each panel which is hard to remove. I'll probably not be coming back for their car wash services in a while.

2 stars because my car looks incredible, but I must say I’m disappointed in changes they’ve made to their price model for regular hand car washes. I could easily justify going to Miami’s for good service at a great value, as I’d be able to get my car looking pristine for under $30 with tip included, so it made sense to spend the money as opposed to driving an additional 15 mins to BMW where I get them for free. Not anymore! Their multi-tiered car washes have been replaced by just 2 options, one at $30 and one at $50, the latter including ceramic wax. They also removed the detailed breakdown of what is included in that price and as somebody who values transparency as much as I value consistency, I highly doubt that I’ll be back.

Definitely like coming here. Prices are reasonable for the area and great customer service. My car comes out clean and fresh and the waiting period is not too long. They give you free air fresheners when you wash your car and they give you rewards points every time you come.
