I have been a member for the tunnel master car wash for 9 months now, It has ended today. I always had a great experience until I came across Mr.Danny (The manager) I was hoping for a pleasant and professional experience. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by the incredibly rude behavior of the manager on duty. I felt compelled to share my experience so that others are aware of the unprofessionalism exhibited by this establishment. From the moment I arrived,I was met with a dismissive attitude and condescending remarks. Instead of providing me with helpful information, the manager seemed irritated and impatient with my questions. Furthermore, during the car wash process, I observed the manager being equally disrespectful towards other customers. It was evident that their behavior was not an isolated incident but rather a pattern of rudeness and disregard for customer satisfaction. As a customer, I believe in treating others with respect and expect the same in return. Unfortunately, my encounter with this manager left me feeling undervalued and frustrated. Their unprofessional behavior not only tarnished the car wash's reputation but also created an unwelcoming environment for customers. I urge the owner of Tunnel master car wash to address this issue promptly. Rude behavior from a manager is simply unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of the circumstances.

Since the time I started coming here, I never went to anyother place. If it is closed, I rather wait for the next day. I think they have all the new equipments for cleaning/waxing and drying that makes my car shine every time I go there.Plus you get a free vacuum no matter what option you selected for cleaning ( $5, $8 and $10). I will recommend this to everyone.

Got the Deluxe Wash and wasn't that great. The payment machine asked me to pay extra for items that should or were part of the deluxe wash. In the end all it did wash wash my car with high pressure water and didn't do a good job drying the car either. Had to dry a lot some spots myself. The self serve vacuums do work good. Not great for $9.

Now my car is really clean and feel so good! I moved from Chicago to LA while taking detour course, my car hit many bugs and I was leaving it for a while. Then it was very hard to clean them off but they are perfectly gone now. Highly recommend to choose $12 one and your tires will be shining! I’m assertive that it proves the difference. Take it!

This drive-thru car wash charged me for four extra months more than I consented to pay for. Make sure you look for the fine print whenever you purchase anything from these people. They are not issuing a refund, and the person who took my phone call disclosed that this has been happening to multiple people. Since they are aware that people do not want this, they should stop there sketchy billing practices. I will not be returning, especially since the car wash is not even thorough and my car was never fully clean.

Careful about their program. I bought one, and without any notice or info when I bought it, they charge it every month. Bought from the automat, no employee around, no information provided, no info about automatic renewal. Later, I asked the employee if it ends after the month - he said YES. Also, the quality of the wash is low. Avoid this place!

I'd love to give this place a five-star review but their dry roller always misses the back end of my car so I have to dry it. For the money it's a great car wash all things consider pushing your vacuum your car for free. You can sign up for a prepaid month and get as many washers as you like That's what I do. I go like twice a week. Definitely highly recommend

This thing ripped half my roof rack off this morning. (not an oversized vehicle and have taken it there before. A maintenance guy said he thought the roof roller got too saturated or something.

It's okay and worth it if you're okay with just getting the dust off your car, but the dryer doesn't work. The lady told me it's because my membership doesn't include the drying option. What??? I found out later on that she was mistaken but I think it's worth 16.99 a month. I have tried the most expensive membership for over 2 years but lowered it to the lowest one as it felt like wax/tire cleaning wasn't being done. 16.99 gives you the same exact outcome as the 36.99.

the car wash damaged my car. Owner ignores it hoping that i will go away. After reading other reviews of damage to cars. its apparent that this establishment will not take responsibility for damages that are clearly caused by their equipment. Wash at your own risk.

This car wash never cleans my car correctly and I only use it when i need a fast rinse and don’t have time to do anywhere else. I don’t expect much from it but today it broke my car mirror. The employee working there was so rude and told me told me to “relax” while he went looking for the missing piece of my car. He didn’t even refund me and shoved the part back on which later fell off because a clip inside is now broke and it’s all scratched up. The worst part is how rude he was about it. I will never go again . You can also see how dirty my car still is after going through the wash…

Let’s start off with machine. It does a really bad job of cleaning my car. Every time I’ve gone through my car is still dirty. Secondly, the wind machine which dries the windows never works correctly and leave streaks all over the windows thirdly they only allow you one car wash per day. It’s not actually unlimited on their monthly plan And then to finalize this. They drafted money today and I called them to cancel my subscription due to moving out of state and they told me that I signed some documentation saying that there were no refunds. So bad customer service all around and terrible machines do not recommend ever.!

Terrible terrible terrible paid 12 dollars for spots Dirt and bird poop to remain. Only one vacuum with mild suction. No interior wipes no air fresheners nothing extra beside top dollar for basic wash at a gas station. Ran thru a second time the base where windshield wiper connect still dirty my whole front grill on my 2017 car dusty dirty was able to still write with dirt and dirt and oild caked dripping down my rims. Water spots and poop spots still on car id pay less doing it on my own and buying products. Hige disappointment. Quick 5 in downey off the 710 firestone exit cost 14 for top double Vaccums better suction you get a airfreshner and a interior wipes and!!! You get to get your next wash half off! Just save yoir receipt. Also have machines to buy other products rags fresheners wipes def rather take tbe drive for 100% satisfaction.

Well, used to love this car wash. Not anymore. Ripped my antenna off, destroyed it and bent my fender. This $17 wash will end up costing me $2K now. All they had to say was “you come at your own risk”. Thanks for that.

The drying/towel feature at the end of the wash broke off my bike rack. Had to go onto the car wash tracks to retrieve the pieces. They informed me they can’t even give me a $14 refund but only a couple free washes. Definitely don’t recommend this car wash facility.

I arrived at this car wash today at 6:45 PM, well before the posted closing time of 8:00 PM, only to find the wash already coned off and closed. There was no signage or notice indicating an early closure, and no staff present to provide clarification. If you’re going to post operating hours, please honor them or update them to reflect actual closing times. It’s frustrating to drive out of the way and find the service unavailable well before the stated time. I understand prep and clean-up may be needed, but customers should not be turned away over an hour early without clear notice. I hope management considers making the operating hours more transparent to avoid wasting others’ time.
