Waste of money! The girl at the counter was extremely rude when I went in to pay them I had to go back outside to get a ticket and paid $26 for a barely washed car and the interior was hardly touched. Do not waste your money go to Big Lou’s even if the line is longer…

Recently moved and switched from the Mi-T-Fine Carwash on Greenville Ave to the one on Alexis Dr. Had great service and attention to details at Greenville Ave. Unfortunately that was not carried over to this location. On my experiences the clean of my vehicle was inconsistent with the same level of service and they did not always grab a clean/dry towel to clean off the car and were not always willing to come back and wipe something they missed, even if slow. The few times we went in to talk to customer service for something they were rude and acting like a spoiled child taking them away from their precious screen time.

Just got my car washed and received my car like this. Then they tried to tell me that they didn’t see the rim when I pulled in and that maybe I damaged it before pulling in. Nice try. Typical of establishments like this to lay the blame on the customer.

I'm going to start this off with how amazing my first experience was... it was my wife's 2009 Honda Accord and they did a very great job and made her car look better than it's looked since we first got it. That is what motivated me to bring my personal vehicle back there. So today (08/21/2017) around 1230 pm I took my 2016 Ford F-150 in for a wash. Because of my first experience, I was not worried at all handing the keys over to them. I absolutely baby my truck though and make sure she's top notch. Leaving in a rush to get back to work, an individual runs my antenna out to screw it back on. I thought nothing of it at the time. When I got back to work I did my walk around to admire it and look at it just to see how clean and nice it was. They did a mediocre job on my truck but it did have a lot of bugs on it which I know are tough to get off. But then I noticed more. A scratch where the antenna was where you can tell they used a tool to pry it off. A random scratch on the back near the bed that goes from the top to the bottom. And lastly a large amount of damage on the roof of my truck. It is not a lifted truck but it does have a leveling kit. It's a hard rubber area of trim that is damaged and not the aluminum body but it looks awful. I now have to get in contact with my insurance company for something I could of addressed at the location. I have no way of proving it was them because I left the scene instantly after. I did not even try to reach out to them also because I know there is a bit of a language barrier. I have a brand new truck with 10,000 miles on it and I absolutely know this damage was not there before I went to this location. Be cautious with this place people, I am very displeased this happened. A car may be fine here but I don't believe a truck like mine should of been at this car wash.

What my first time here and so confusing. People were nice ok no complain on that. But the service no good. It was not even busy at all for my car to be like this on a Monday.

What I thought was going to be a quick errand became a negative experience. The man I initially met was rude and gave me no instruction on what they wanted me to do next. They opened the door to the back seat with my son still in his car seat and started vacuuming. He understandably freaked out. We went inside and I stood in front of the cashier for several minutes while she was on her cell phone and got no reaction from her. I eventually went to go sit down and she said “do you need to pay?” And proceeded to give me attitude when all I was trying to do was give them my money. When they were done with my car they just walked away from it and didn’t notify me and left it in the middle of the lot by the entrance where it could easily be hit by a car entering. All that and the inside of the car was just as dirty as I left it. Fingerprints on the screen, shoe marks on the door. Needless to say we will not be returning.

Worse car wash ever! If I could give zero stars I would! Lady at counter is so rude no customer service. No one speaks English outside and to pay $30 for a crappy car wash that barely cleaned my car because it broke half way through is ridiculous!!! Never coming here again

I came and got the interior dressing because my car needed the interior done. They finished a lot faster then I thought it should take, about 10 min or less. When I got inside there was still dirt on the floor, there was a bunch of debris still in the cup holder, as well as dust on the steering column. Seems like they just wiped very top dash and didn't seem to care about the rest. I will not be going back to this place. Exterior wash may be ok but This is my second time they have done a lack luster job at interior.

Very terrible customer service. Car wasn’t clean and they upsell you as if it’s something different than the made exterior car wash. The majority of the vacuum cleaners don’t work and your car is still dirty when you leave!! It’s a waist of time and money.

The wash tunnel was damage my wheel. Their manager refuse to apologize or to do anything. He told me that was my driven not him. What's kind of service and answer I have ever heard? They should have well protection at entry point. Don’t go this place if you want to protect your car.

Overpriced and damaged my car. The manager says they are not responsible, as "it's not a part of the car." I highly warn anyone who thinks about going here... if you value your vehicle and the "things that are not a part of the car," dont.

I have been coming here for years and today I was surprised and beyond disappointed at the service of my car wash. I will NOT be coming back to this location or company to get my car washed. This is unacceptable and they lost a customer today!!

Vacuums are horrible customer service horrible !!! They vacuums don’t get anything up and when I came to them about it they said oh that’s just how it is oh well and walk away save yourself time and money

My car was damaged by the man wiping it down. I was told to get 2 estimates and call the corporate office. It's been 13 days and no one from corporate has returned my call. I'm now having to take legal matters.

I used to want to come to this car wash all of the time for the Manager’s Special but recently the service has been substandard. I had to call for the manager to view the car for all of the spots that were not cleaned, I spoke to him and he didn’t even reply back. Incredibly rude and made a bad face. This used to be a 5 star establishment but recent visits have proven otherwise. I’m sure a good chunk of the staff care for the service but what Pee Wee the manager showed in his expressions turned me off as a customer. Better spend your $18 to $25 somewhere else.

Purchased a full service wash and a MIT GLOW for $25. This is what I got. When it was pointed out to the employees, they said they couldn't do anything about it. It was easily wiped off with a wet cloth.
