I've been a repeat customer for several years with Metro Honda, the service has always been excellent. The technicians are quick, helpful and informative. I never feel pressured to perform any services that I do not want to have performed on my car just yet. I appreciate the people hear and the services that are provided. I especially like the car wash and the self-serve vacuums offered.

This car wash works really well! Drive thru. Got my CVT transmission fluid changed on my 2019 Honda civic LX Coupe at a really low cost and in a really quick timely manner, and a free quote on future auto maintenance, plus another free car wash...Michael

This place is awesome!. Finding decent honest folks in this industry isn't easy, especially when your a single female. The people here never try and sell me on products or services I don't need. My Honda is going to run forever, part in thanks to the people here. Mike is the best, he always makes me feel like a valued customer and has me in and out under 30 minutes. I would recommend this place, and have recommended this place to everyone I know, regardless of the make of your car.

I went today as soon as they opened to use my Groupon for an oil change. Was told that the employee doesn’t handle Groupons, and I need to wait for the manager and come back another day. Canceled my Groupon. Will never come back and I’ve loved this place.

It was a pretty decent automated wash and came with a free self service vacuum. I honestly would have never gotten my car washed there as it’s out of the way. The only reason I did was because it came with my oil change. However I will be returning fairly often now as there was a worker named Daniel, super cool guy, We had a nice chat about car as there was nobody in like behind me. Really made my day to see someone as enthusiastic about cars as me. I tried to call several times to reach a manager and tell him about my pleasant experience, however it seems like nobody working inside answers the phone, a shame really.

This place has one of the cheapest monthly subscriptions you can get. Usually, it's not too busy. On Sundays, they only have one employee, but they all work hard, so the wait isn't too long. Only issue is the wash itself can never dry my car, I spend 10 mins drying each time. Definitely not a big deal, but if you're in a rush, something to note

Although is a good express car wash, they close whenever they want and last week we closed and today Sunday 22nd it's still close. It's frustrating these people don't update Google or edit their hours or even post " temporarily closed" and you drive over there only to find out it is not operating at all.

Came early in the morning on this wonderful Friday 2/28/25 and this place is still open. If you are seeing the temporarily closed notice in google it’s wrong. Glad I stopped by to double check as I have been coming here for over a decade and they always do a great job and look out for you as their customer.

Bought a Groupon for a semi synthetic oil change. Checked their website, which said they were open until 6pm. Came at 5:20pm on a Friday, leaving work early to do so. Manager Adrian said that Groupon could only be used when Manager Jose present, which is Thursdays until 4pm. Did not care that my work hours would not allow me to come then. Started another customer's oil change right in front of me and said they wouldn't do mine that day even though I could not return at the time indicated, stating that they had to close (this was at 5:28pm). The limitations Adrian stated were NOT part of the fine print on Groupon, nor are they indicated on the company's website. Simply put: this business is deceptive, both on Groupon and its own website, in order to get you in the door. If zero stars were possible, that would be the rating. AVOID them at all costs. Your blood pressure will thank you.

Great place for a quick carwash. They offer monthly subscriptions with different price points. As you enter the wash an attendant runs a brush over tires and rims. Although it is a very thorough wash, the air dryer tends to leave a little extra water than other car washes I have been to. They do offer a free vacuum, it is located to the right as you exit the wash, a good place to finish drying off the car. Also located there is an oil change place so essentially you can get that done and will receive a free car wash. All in all, I did get the monthly subscription and have used it multiple days in a row 😁.

Oil change service performed. Hood was not closed properly, had to pull over to close it. When I got home, I thought hey why don't I just give it a once over, turns out the tech did not even wipe up the undercarriage of engine oil that was left from filter removal. Come on guys, simple process, but customer should never bring a oil drippy car back home after a service.

Went because they said would honor my Groupon, which seemed like a really good price, I regret it now should have gone to my mechanic, I ended up paying 3 times more than my Groupon price, 60 dollars for extra filters, 9 dollars for 1 extra quart, disposal fee tax. That hurt , sticking with my mechanic he gives one price no tricks

Went to the car wash today. The machines are old and outdated. There was hardly any soap coming out and did not clean my SUV very well. Need to maintain their equipment better.

Name changed to extreme car wash the only thing extreme was how extremely bad the car wash was. The attendant wasn't onsite at the opening time so I came back in the afternoon. He waved his arms at the pre-wash instructions but that was the end. No scrubbing bugs from the taillights or headlights just leaned on the brush. The rest of the carwash was broken, sprayers leaking water, dingy rusty clogged equipment and an over all bad job. The truck was previously washed 3 weeks ago and not driven. The dust and the rain made it dirty so a simple hose would have worked but this janky carwash should either be fixed or decommissioned. If you like lots of hand detailing after a car wash then this is your spot. Otherwise go anywhere and I do mean anywhere and you will probably get a better $7 car wash.

Been bringing my Hondas to Metro Express for routine service since 2008. 2008 crv 363,000 miles. 2012 civic 167,000 miles and 2019 crv 144,000 miles. All pass smog and run perfectly. Always quick and professional.

First time washing my car here. I was using my Groupon discount. The quality of the wash is so so, the other express car wash that I usually go to did better job but this one is cheaper so can't complain... 😁 This place gave free self vacuum which is a good thing.

Don't waste your time or money! I went in today for an oil change. As usual, the manger tried to upsell other items which I'd rather have my mechanic confirm and service. After paying for the expensive oil change, I arrived to find the content of my car's glove compartment completely thrown on the car floor. When brought to his attention, the manger did not apologize, instead he called the young technician and told me to bring it to his attention. This was very unprofessional and I explained that it was his job to manage his staff. The manager quickly walked away once the tech put the glove compartment back together and apologized to me.
