I found a 10 car wash card I purchased in 2013 but the cashier explained management will no longer honor the 5 remaining washes. There is no expiration date on the card. Still had 5 washes to go but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I love this car wash. Employees are hard working and friendly. My car is always clean. They have good deals if you are willing to pay ahead (buy 10 get 3-4 free). No place is perfect and I am sad to see many reviews w/less stars. MACW is a wonderful place to bring my car.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Very shady business practice…. Story time I went in to the car wash on the 26th of April to get my car cleaned inside and out. It started to rain so asked what’s your policy on rewashes they said we won’t re-do the inside but we will run the car through the wash again as long as it’s within 7 day's. I said ok and paid they told me just keep the receipt when you return, I return 5 days later and now the manager is saying this is not a policy of ours.they won’t honor an agreement on something that’s as trivial as 17$ on principle I won’t be returning to this business EVER! and i will advise everyone to go to mission car wash down the street better job of cleaning more thorough and they don’t make shit up just to get someone to buy there service

Super Wash today. 45.00 + tip… The workers did a good job. The management will not give cash for a tip and have an ATM to do that and of course you pay for the use of that. I’ll be going elsewhere or wash my car myself.

Great service by everyone! Rafael is a great manager, he was very attentive to my needs and my Tesla. The area is nice and clean, 20/10 would recommend and make the trip to this car wash.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this car wash yesterday and would not recommend it. When I arrived, I was the only car there and waited over 5 minutes for someone to check me in. During this time, another car pulled up, and when an employee finally came out, they prioritized the other vehicle, even though I had been waiting longer. After my car went through the wash, it sat with the headlights on for an extended period until someone finally turned them off—right as I was about to go do it myself. My car continued to sit unattended for quite some time before anyone started drying it or cleaning the interior. Despite paying extra for mud mats to be removed and cleaned, this wasn’t done. When I pointed this out, I encountered an extremely rude employee who claimed to be the manager. He was extremely abrasive, argumentative, and dismissive of my concerns. As it started to get cold and dark, I tried to wait inside but was told by the cashier that they were closing and I had to wait outside. To top it all off, the cleaning itself was subpar to.say the least. They left their footprints on the back of my seats, and the overall job was sloppy and rushed. The customer service was appalling, and the entire experience was unpleasant from start to finish. I would recommend avoiding this place if you value your time, money, and your vehicle.

I brought my Cadillac for a clay wax because I had tree sap and the sales guy Ruben was very informative and very help full and it turn out very beautiful with the wax that he mention will definitely come back !!

For The Works car wash I am not satisfied, I had to point out dirt still on my rims,my driver's side floor didn't get vacuumed as good as the passenger side,they didn't dry the front of my car,and my driver's side window and dashboard were not cleaned that well. The guy who asked for my receipt was not very friendly in asking for it. I wasted $40+ dollars. That was my second time there and my last.

Too long of a wait. Not worth your time. An hour for a car wash!! They have been getting slower and slower over the years. They wash the car and then it sits outside for 30 minutes plus to get vacuum and cleaned. They don’t care about your time and are rude when provided feedback. I was told an hour wait time for semiautomatic car wash is normal because they are busy. I will not come back!

Update 2 years since my previous review i have continued to come back for multiple years with different cars that ive owned have never had an issue and always been helped generously by both manegers Rafael and Ruben big thank you to both of them

Paid $90 for a hand carwash this is what I got just got home and started seeing all this i didn't do a walk around since I usually don't I guess I'll have to start being more cautious. They do just machine wash but their hand car wash is definitely not worth it.
