I hired McKinley to clean and wax my sailboat hull. He came out, worked for a few hours, said he needed a different compound then left and never came back. He sent someone else who came out a week or so later. He worked for a few hours and said he was done. It looked like a kid did the work. It was patchy and foggy. He said it would dry to a shine in a few days since it was so cold at the time and if I wasn’t happy he would come back. I made the mistake of paying him in full. He never came back. I called several times and was told it is what it is. No pride, no guarantee. Their policy is get the money and run. Save yourself the frustration and hire the neighbor kid.

Highly recommend McKinley’s marine and auto detailing. On time, great service, and most importantly professionalism. Competency and knowledgeability of automotive detailing is hard to acquire these days but McKinley’s did not lack in either of these departments which is a huge deal when you have high end vehicles.

I found MMAD on Facebook about two weeks ago and started a conversation on messenger. They gave me the price per foot for my boat and scheduled a date almost two weeks away. It rained for a week straight prior to our start date and I figured they wouldn’t show. But they held their word and still showed up on our predetermined date. Rad did an incredible job on our 36 year old boat and made her look new again. It took him a couple of days but was always there and always happy. I am very pleased with the whole process and will definitely be using them again for my boats and my vehicles. 👍👍👍

He did amazing with my Jeep and I will not go anywhere else! He doesn’t just clean he also does installations of different sorts. He installed my Jeep headlights, fog light, and rocker lights. Changed out my broken back windshield wiper. Ordered the parts I needed. Came to me where I needed. He is amazing!!!

I will definitely be using this detailer in the future. First, I reach out via the message portal within Google and received a respond back within 15 mins. The owner was able to provide a full break down and pricing and a 24 hour turn around window for appointment. Overall the typical detailing would take an average 3-5 hours but Frank and Steve did it within 2 hours. My entire vehicle before detailing needed some TLC. I was able to see my vehicle at its best, which I'm very please. Frank/Steve, were very professional and wonderful customer service.
