I visit this store everyday. I will never go back because of the new workers are so rude. The gas pump sprayed all over this lady and she went and let the staff know and the workers was so rude and disrespectful.

Lines always long with only one cashier that never has a sense of urgency! If you go inside for anything be prepared to sit in line for 10 min! There’s nothing convenient about this store

Great pit stop. They are amongst the lowest gas prices in town. They offer a great selection of snacks and drinks-home of the Polar Pop! Always have excellent and timely service from they're friendly staff. Of the five convenience stores lined up next door to each other- I pick them every time. Thank you Old Spanish Trail Circle K.

This location was recently closed after an employee was diagnosed with coronavirus. Today was my first attempt to visit since the closure. I never actually entered the store because I was the only person with a mask in sight, INCLUDING EMPLOYEES. If they aren't bothering to enforce a statewide mask ordinance, than I can not trust they are wiping surfaces appropriately. I didn't risk my health. I went to the competition, which was in compliance with the law. I won't be back to give this Circle K a third try.

This is a very good convent store. The employee are great with customer service & speed, among other things. But because every time I go in there they always have one long line. They need to let two clerks run a cash register when it gets busy. Great gas prices

Bought $40 worth of gas. Stupid can't understand normal thinking clerk that was working around 15:15 on 02/13/2025 wouldn't let me use the restroom. This has been one of my regular stops for years. I will never stop here again.

I'm going to go on somewhat of a tangent, perhaps, for sure this visit, now I can say definitively, for the majority, the water wells are empty, smell of sour sponges due to the wands not properly rotating they are of no good use. I never see the longer wand anymore either. I'm handicapped and it's imperative to properly clean my pickup trucks windows. I'm sure most would agree that fueling up and checking their vehicles reseivors . It seems to be that the checkouts are mostly self help. THAT it is really an injustice to the stores reputation their workers (2 or 3) , at times, just behind the register, esp. at slower times due to that fact. It would definitely help some of the stores inside foot traffic if the pump stations were up to par.

I’m right through this review about the employee you have him there he’d like a tall American African with red Gotte he is very rude. He refused to serve me when I ask him to do two transaction for four bucket of cigarettes and he told me to go wait on a side to take another customer and after that he say, I don’t wanna serve you don’t back to my location.

I am really disappointed with the rudeness today May 2, 2025 by the gentleman at the counter at the 979 Oack Harbour Blvd location. At 4:00 pm. I went to exchange a winning power ball ticket and purchase an additional ticket. From the beginning of the transaction I was forced to deal with a noticeably upset and rude person who said he couldn't understand what I wanted and then escalated to telling me to get out of the store or he would thrown out. I've gone to this store for years and have never been treated so rudely. I seriously suggest to perform further training in customer service in this location. I know dealing with the public is a hard thing to do, but a negative attitude is not needed at the beginning of a transaction without even saying the first word. Sincerely a previously loyal customer

Employee attempted to steal 9 dollars in lottery tickets, then had me tresspassed from site. Site regularly has credit card information stolen at pumps.
