After having my boat detailed last year, my wife wanted her Ford Escape detailed for her birthday. My boat was sold for a premium price, because it looked so good, besides operationally intact. My wife's car interior looks like it day the day she brought it home, and the exterior shines, just ready for the warm weather. I appreciate the 'detail' Ryan puts into his work and the quality of the final results. I highly recommend a full interior & exterior detailing along with a complete wash.

Just got a ceramic coating from Max Detailing. I hesitated because of the cost but the closer I looked at my paint the more surface scratches I saw so I knew I had to do it. Talked to several places but I luckily came back to Ryan. I dropped it off and crossed my fingers because you never really know what will happen to your baby when you drop it off somewhere. But I had nothing to worry about. He did his top level service which includes paint correction and ceramic coating and it exceeded my high expectations. This is a man who has been doing this for several years but he still gets genuinely excited to show his customer their "new" car. The shine is unbelievable and it is so smooth I can't stop touching it. I highly recommend Ryan at Max Detailing.

I love my wife, she's a great human being, but she is not very aware of her cars condition. She's the first owner of her 2012 Nissan Sentra. (Since college). Never really ever maintenance washed. There were a ton of leaves, and dirt buildup on exterior edges that I never knew were possible. Ryan and his team were up to the challenge. When they were done the car was white (including edges) Areas of mold buildup were properly addressed and the interior looked like it just came off the new car lot! AMAZING! We have a new born (our first) and we both have piece of mind knowing that the car is fresh for baby car rides. Thanks MAX Detailing!!!! I'd highly recommend. They do mobile too!

This was a birthday gift for me from my husband, and they did a great job!!! We went with the professional interior detail option and my car looked new when I got back into it. We had a lot of dog hair embedded into the floor board and there was not a spec of hair left when they were finished! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I chose Detail X Detail Shop based on the rave reviews I found online, as I was looking for someone who would care for my car as much as I do. I was initially excited, but when I got my car back for the first time, I was disappointed. The quality didn’t match the expectations set by the reviews. What truly sets this company apart, however, is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to make things right. Even though I had only purchased a wax and wash, the owner personally stepped in when he heard I was unhappy. I took my car to Ryan @ Max Detailing for paint correction and ceramic coating. I mentioned the PPF installed by dealer can only have Revivify coating apply on top in order to maintain factory paint and PPF warranty. Ryan then did the research and got himself certified with the Revivify Coating company. Now he applied the proper coating on my car and also the only person certified in Knoxville for Revivify coating. Not only he did an awesome job making my car look better than from factory, he kept up with periodic update on the status of my car. Can’t ask for better person to keep my car clean and protected.

I was looking for a good place to get my brand new car ceramic coated and Max Detailing did not disappoint. If your on the fence to find a good reputable highly professional detailing work done on your hard earned vehicle, look no further and do yourself a favor and get your vehicle taken care of here. I chosen the Professional+ Ceramic Coating package. Which includes all painted surfaces, glass and wheels. The product they used was called Jade Pro which uses new nano tech called graphene oxide. I am amazed as to how smooth my car paint was. It was slicker than the paint from the car manufacturer when brand new! Water beads up and rolls off when it rains and has improved rainy day driving visibility. Washing the car was very easy because of how water just beads and rolls off. I blow dry my car with a leaf blower and do not need to towel dry. All the staff was courteous and professional. Ryan the manager there is a great person to deal with. And they were prompt, when they say it will take two days ceramic coating to be done, they were done in exactly two days. When they tell you an interior and exterior foam cannon hand wash is one hour they finished exactly in one hour. They even parked my car inside their garage when i told them i could not pick it up until the next day. Very happy customer here and will be using them for years to come. Thank You Max Detailing!
