I used this location for the inside/outside cleaning service and I was super impressed with what these folks got done in an hour! Between toddlers and dogs our cars are a mess and they did a really great job getting them cleaned up. The price is very reasonable and the staff are very friendly, I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them for this type of service!

Stopped in at the MasterLube off 27th (2650 4th AVE N). Spoke with Joe because my washer fluid was working. I was coming in to pick up my niece from the airport and had filled my washer fluid tank twice since Rockville and still was not working. They checked for any leaks and discovered the line had been cut by the hood. He quickly spliced it together and got me back in the road. This was up and beyond anything I would have ever imagined. The roads were snowy and melting so to have clean windows were needed. The Downtown Manager there is Rachel. Well Rachel you have one awesome team. You should be very proud of them!!! They were all very professional and polite to be around. Thank you very much. Donna.

Fast, efficient and I have never seen two people move so effectively at their job! They work together and speak nicely to each other and get the job done. I was very impressed as I use drive through oil changes everywhere and couldn’t quite believe how Rachel and Angie looked after me and I would highly recommend everyone to go to this place! I have never had service like this! They washed my windshield and checked my tire pressure too.

I just took my wife's 2014 Hyundai Sonata to the masterlube downtown Billings. I walked in and asked how $$ for a oil change? All people said they didn't know they would have to look it up and couldn't tell me a price $$ till they were done... Huh makes no sense... I sat there and watched them work on my car. One guy supposedly vacuumed and and washed the windows...if this guy wipes his butt the way he vacuumed and washed my windows then I gurantee his butt stinks really bad ...my windows looked worst then before he started and I could not even tell he vacuumed I can't believe this is a service you all say is done but there is no accountability for how it looks afterwards...I paid $61 I could have went to Walmart and got 3 oil changes for that price $. I wanted to try somewhere new and I totally regret my decision I should have just taken it to Walmart...at least Walmart is honest about the the pricing. I will NEVER go here again I will tell anyone that will listen to not go here...if I knew the price $$ of my oil change before you all started the job I would have told you nevermind got in my car and went somewhere way cheaper for the same services...I really feel like I just got totally ripped off!!!

Ok , I have TO finally say this. After 10 years of having my trucks SERVICED either by oil or washing/cleaning in and out..IM DONE !! Now let me explain. First of all i always tip after i have my trucks cleaned. For the last 3 years the quality of service in the car cleaning department has been horrible eveytime in the last 3 yeara i go in and for the 109.00 charge isnt worth it. I always have to clean up after they are done. So ive complained in the past , it never seems to get better. They guys seem to rush the job and not take the time to make sure quality sevice is performed. So today (10/2/25) i went in for full service oil/wash/interior clean. The bottom of my truck and bumpers were dirty. I again had to grab a rag and finish cleaning it myself. The interior dash/inside window was dirty. So i got home ,called the manager and her response was "maybe you should not use our service anymore because its not up to your standards" REALLY? Couldnt believe it. So master lubes standards in service has droped...prices went up and my standards are to high? How pathetic of a stafement to make. Now that there are tons of competition out there , no need to bring my 2 trucks, my wifes jeep and my camaro in any more. Ill spend my money elsewhere that provides better service for the money i spend. Also ppl i know i wont refer this place as well. I try and be loyal and patient but enough is enough. Btw 6 years ago i had items stolen out of my camaro , the owner did do right by replacing it .

My visit to Master Lube to get the oil changed in my Acura went very well. They were very professional, very quick, and precise. I just stopped in after work on my way home. Very convenient. My engine was clean no drips after the change. They even cleaned my mirrors and vacuum my floor boards. Definitely will be back
