I will start off by saying, Robert is the only person who called me back. When I first started looking for someone to detail the outside of our 5th wheel. Robert is amazing at what he does. Easy to talk with and always and I mean always answered his phone. Our 5th wheel paint was just starting to fade. Took it to Robert. I was on a tight time frame. Never dreamed how hard he and his crew worked to complete the job. Amazing work he did and came in on the schedule that he told me he would. Robert is one in a million owners, who really cares about customer service. Without going into more details. We had an issue crop up the night we were to pick it up. Robert jumped through hoops, to help us. He had no reason to put out the effort for us. He had completed his job. I would suggest Slick Mobile Detailing Service before going anywhere else. I can never THANK YOU Robert enough! 🙏

Detailer does a great job on the inside, got my car & husband car done. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of communication. I asked to have a wash done on my car when doing the detail but the guys didn’t do it. Owner states he would come the following Saturday to wash it but no communication and stated he forgot and was out of soap anyway for the day & could come Monday. Monday comes around and still haven’t heard anything I had to reach out to check in and he stated equipment was broken and he was taking it to the shop and would let me know when they could get to it that was 9/2/25 & to this day I have not heard a word. Other than this the detailer is good even though they showed up about an hour or so late than scheduled time. I even tipped an extra $50 per each time (twice) that he came out. We love supporting local business instead of big corporations but I’m not too sure if we will give them a second try. The detailer was also supposed to blow out the boxes on the bed of my husbands truck when my husband asked but he didn’t. Husband was happy enough with the interior to not worry about it

Didn't want to spend the usual $200+, so called and asked if they could only do my windows and I'll pay $40. They offered for FREE people !!!!! I went and Hunter did all my windows perfect, then he got the Vacuum Cleaner, emptied my Trash in my car and Vacuumed for FREE !!!!! Then I asked him, can you clean my front panels plus buttons etc etc And I'll pay you total $100, and he said SURE !!!!! Then he got a STEAM CLEANER and finally after total 40 minutes since I first came in, my car was as good as my NEED required, so I didn't want to spend $220 is the point for a complete detail taking 180 minutes, but for only 40 minutes while having a very nice conversation plus all the work, I was very happy to offer $100 cash and he was happy to accept !!!!! This is the main point of life, good, kind people that have feelings for a guy who is homeless living out of my car for 3 years. It just gets me overwhelmed how dirty it keeps getting. But before you think I can't afford things and not have a wealthy story of my own, have a look at the attached photo of my car regarding this very overall wonderful beyond wonderful EXPERIENCE !!!! Hunter gave me his phone number to go shoot pool sometime and me being new to Billings from Dallas, how to get a rental Trailer so I can overcome Montana No Smoking Laws regarding cigarette smoking indoors, for all this including shooting pool and free domicile legal advice, the $100 I gave for 40 minutes of time is what it's all about !!!!! Call Slick Detail, you will come out a very happy loyal patron !!!!!

I would highly recommend these guys they came out and washed my 53ft cattle pot. Did a FABULOUS job. Looks brand new. They communicated very quickly showed up at the time they scheduled. 10/10 recommend if you need something detailed or washed. Will be using them for awhile.

My wife met Robert at the Home Show this last weekend and gave me his info. I’m a truck driver/ owner operator. I pride myself in keeping a sharp looking ride and with Robert’s help that will remain possible. I have not found a reliable, consistent wash in Billings for the last 14 years. If what Robert did on my truck this week is his usual, then we will continue to do business. Very happy with the service and the results.
