Making the appointment was very friendly and professional. We were able to get our Tahoe in same day. The entire customer service aspect was professional and timely. Kinda disappointed. The man was very nice over the phone. Price was reasonable but service was mediocre. I sent pictures before bringing my vehicle in to show what condition the car was in and asked specifically for the roof to be cleaned.. roof was not cleaned at all plus I felt when I shampooed my vehicle it came out wayyyyyy better..kinda sucks because I was looking forward to it, paid money, and now it looks like I'll have to work on the cleaning also.All the other reviews said they were good at getting stains up, but not in my case. Pictures included
