My family’s experience with Olly the owner was exceptional! He was nice and professional! The Toyota Camery we brought in and he vacuumed, cleaned, & washed the car. The car was detailed in a manner of 2 hours which was very quick. He made the car look totally new like it just came out of the lot. He also had very great deals & packages for people to choose from! He is reasonably priced! I would def recommend his services for anyone that wants their car ”perfect” and to look brand new.

I went there with my Chevy Tahoe which has only been washed at Rocket Car wash in the past year and I see a lot of bugs and other road debris sticking on my car and head lights that were not going away with regular car wash. My wheels were looking not great either, I took it to Master Chief and there are 5 kids working and they worked for close to 1.5 hours and made it look brand new. Unbelievable attention to detail and great work ethics at a great price. I saved over 50% and got a better service here. If you go there during week days, you don't need an appointment as its usually very low volume, although on weekend's I would recommend getting an appointment. You will not be disappointed by taking your car to their Spa treatment!! Thanks! Raghu

Hands down best detailing I've ever had. I get my car detailed just about every year and found Master Chief ATD Hand Car Wash to be at the top of their game. They provided excellent customer service, easy scheduling, fantastic follow - up (completely unexpected) - and essentially they completely renewed my car with their interior/exterior and engine detail at a very affordable price. Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

Master Chief does an amazing job every time. I’ve had both interior and exterior work done and my car always looks and smells great. The entire staff is very professional and so pleasant to deal with. They do their best each time to make certain I’m happy. My car is always ready in the timeframe stated and their work is well worth the price.

First of all, I was scheduled to bring my car to be detailed at 11:00 a.m. When I arrived I was told that I wasn't on the schedule. They told me that I could leave it and they would get to it. Vacuuming and seat cleaning were done very well. There were large spots on the windshield that weren't even cleaned. All of the other windows were done poorly as well. There were areas in the interior that didn't appear to be touched either. They rescheduled me to come back in so they could clean areas that they had missed and when I arrived the place was closed. Now, I'm trying to reach them and the phone number is going to some lady that says she doesn't know anything about car detailing!

Worst experience possible. Made an appointment for 2pm, they said it would take about an hour so I asked my friend to pick me up from there, and went to kill 2 hours of my busy day for the sake of my car getting washed. I returned at 4:20pm to find there’s no one there. I called and a lady answered, said she would call the guy, he speeds back into the parking lot 15 minutes later and says “I’m not done yet” I’m standing there confused like, it’s been over 2 hours? There’s no other cars other than mine…so I’m like okay I’m gonna take my car then bc I have to leave. So he’s like “that’s fine” drives my car out of the garage hands me the keys and walks away looking annoyed like I’m the problem? No apology, no sense of customer service just straight up disrespectful and no consideration for my wasted time. Awful, never going back and I’ll be sure to let all my friends know. I would never trust them with my vehicle after seeing that response.

Made an appointment for 12, showed up. Signage for Master Chief wasn't clear, they haven't updated the new address online either. The receptionist is answering the phones for both car wash and transportation business. I called and said I was here. The guy came out in a car saying he needs to get more towels, takes 30 minutes. I schedule a time to pick up vehicle. I had to wait another 30 minutes because boss took the man's key and locked my keys in the garage. I inspect my vehicle, the whole passenger front seat untouched. I take pictures and send to the boy who detailed my car. He stated, that wasn't included in your package to shampoo the seats. I have leather seats, there is nothing to shampoo but a simple wipe down as he did with my other seats. All in all, take your vehicle someplace else. They need to be more organized, professional and respectful of people's time.

The ATD in the company name means attention to detail. This company fulfills that description and more. Took my Jaguar XJS car to Master Chief and was beyond impressed. The crew is professional and goes above and beyond to make your car look like new. They have affordable prices and take their craft seriously. Wanted to help a small business. Never again. We dropped the car off at 11am and was told it would be done by 5pm. At 5pm we called to ensure it was done, he said he needed another hour, was short staffed. No problem. At 6, he stated he needed another 45 minutes. Finally at 8:30pm we came to pick up the car and since it was dark we could not see. Once we got home we realized what a LACK of “attention to detail” this was. Car was still dirty inside as shown in pictures. Was a rushed job. When I called to speak to the manager she didn’t even sound suprised., just said to come in and fix it. They did a spot clean of the things we pointed out but didn’t offer any money off or a discount to come back next time. We will not be returning!

Took my daughter's 2011 RAV4 that definitely needs some TLC. Master Chief took the time to make this 14 year old car look like new again, from the interiro, exterior, engine compartment and even the tarnished alloy wheels and faded headlights looked great when they were done! Very impressed and will go back!

I’m not mad, just disappointed. This was my experience… I called and asked for their best package. The gentleman I spoke with said that was for show cars and that I should go with the number 6; he reassured me that this package would exceed my expectations. I set up the appointment to drop off the car at 10am. I didn’t ask when it would be done but expected a few hours. I called at 1:30 and was told it would be ready by 3:00. Longer than I expected, but I didn’t express that I needed it sooner so no big deal. I called again at 4:15 to check in (45 minutes from closing time), the gentlemen said, “whoever told you that it would be done by 3:00 was very wrong! I should be done by 4:45.” Got a call at 4:50 saying the car was done and went to pick it up. Upon my arrival, I inspected the car and found all hard interior surfaces had a glossy/sticky finish, including all touch points. Also, there were several spots on the windows and the instrument cluster with oily smudges, likely from a rag used to apply the glossy/sticky finish to the dash, etc. I wasn’t able to get a good photo of the smudges, but the pictures I did take show some of the spots that didn’t meet my expectations. Once again, as I told the gentleman who billed me out, I’m not mad, just disappointed.

Even with 90% of the bad reviews, I still gave this place a shot because I knew someone personally that went through them and gave a good review but when their vehicle was dropped off it was late so I don't think they truly saw "their work". Pros: floor mats was decent. Outside work was nice and shiny. Cons: Had to wipe areas that wasn't even touched. Center counsel, dashboard, door handles, cup holders, vacuumed in between and under the seats. The biggest thing that bothered me, was he didn't care to ask if I was satisfied with the work. He went to work on another vehicle when asking him to clean something that should've been clean. The price had also changed because of my leather seats and him having to "leather condition them" when I didn't ask for that. I wanted the 4th package and cant seem to find where leather conditioning was included in any of the packaging. Overall. Believe the reviews. This place isn't worth giving your money to because they don't care about their customers and they don't care about the quality of their work. Don't recommend and won't be back.

Tried to help a local business and got burned. $150 cash only (yeah, that seems normal, right) and my car came back looking like garbage.Texted all the photos to the owner told him how disappointed I was and all he said was he’s the cheapest in the area. I guess you get what you pay for. Please see the photos. If you’re smart, you would avoid this business altogether. It’s too bad because the owner seemed really nice.
