Car comes out dirty whether you use self serve or full serve. Brushes way too soft in self serve to even get off dust film. $.75/min. for self serve

My black van is some what clean. I had a lot of salt and water on in and paid for the most expensive wash they had but there was still a lot of spots on it so i went back the next day and they re-washed it for me for free but the spots are still all over like the didnt scrub it very well along the bottom half with the brush.eother time.

I just spent $10 00 , plus a tip. Vehicle was still dirty ? How is that ? . No spray first, started with brushes, great way too scratch the vehicle !!! and then right through the machine !! There was still dirt on the back of my vehicle when I got home. Use to be good & there was 2 guy's doing it.

I take my Tesla here once a week during the winter and they always do a great job cleaning it, they make sure to wash inside the wheel wells and that all the snow build up is cleaned away I've been coming here for years and have always been happy with how my car looks

To call this a pressure wash is like calling a mist a hurricane. I’m pretty sure that a pet rock would have been a better investment in washing my truck rather than the $4.00 spent on the coin wash. To say soap cake out of the high pressure wash is a joke. I rubbed my hand over the dirt the pressure washer failed to take off and it shed off the truck like bouncy balls down a hill. What a joke and a waste of 10 minutes and $4.

I came to wash my SUV and the change machine only takes $1 and $5. So I had to go get change so I could get change! Ended up getting $15 in quarters, used all of it and it still didn't get my car clean. Did as they signs instructed but wasn't able to do the spot free rinse due to running out of money. It didn't even get the bugs off my front end from every day driving.

I have taken both family vehicles to this car wash since moving to the Holt/Mason area. Today as the last day they will receive my business. As I was pre washing my truck an attendant exited the auto wash area and told me "I cant let you do all this" and told me I was there "way too long" I looked at my watch and asked him how long I had been there to which he said he had no idea. I informed him I'd been there 10 minutes and he shook his head and referred to my detailing supplies on may tailgate. I let him know I emptied the bucket of supplies because tireshine spilled and reminded him I had not been there long. His unprofessional demeanor has fully turned me off to using the business and Id like to give the attendants the benefit of the doubt that they would treat all patrons of the wash the same regardless of skin color if in fact that was a factor. Other patrons were there in excess of 10 minutes. This establishment is unworthy of any business, other convenient and capable washes are in the area. They will most definitely not see my vehicles, or any friends or family vehicles there from this day forward.

This isn't a high pressure wash(self serve). My kitchen sink with a hose hooked up to it would do a better job. My garden hose has gotten off more dirt than this wash. i typically just rinse off the salt at these types of washes. I don't use soap so I don't expect perfection. What I do expect though is that the surface dirt will be removed especially on the glass. I spent $3 trying to remove surface dirt and didn't even get it all off. After using the "high pressure" sprayer, I gently wipe my finger across the back window and the dirt came off immediately without even a seconds hesitation. I don't have an even remotely clean car, and I will never get back the 5 minutes of my life wasted here nor the $3.00. Use another self serve wash! unless you just enjoy wasting time and money.

Why is it that when ever I use a self service car wash. The Change I put in the machine does not appear to be the full time that I pay for and that it says on the sign? I can only go so fast at scrubbing with the brush and by time I finish with that part, the beep notification goes off to put more money in it. By time I get done, I've spent about $9... to me, with America that should have free water, I recommend extending the time so a decent wash can be done any vehicle.

The car wash itself is good enough. The staff needs some manners and pointers. This guy tried to have me steer so far to my left I was going off the track and I could feel something against my tires. To make matters worse he was saying I was going right when I wasn't. I don't know why he was this confused. My concerns were ignored so I quickly readjusted onto the track myself regardless of how rudely he was directing me. This isn't hard at all. He was clearly getting impatient for no reason when he was trying to make me steer incorrectly. Once I got onto the wash track myself I rolled down the window to talk to him but he just argued senslessly. I told him he was directing me wrong, and to stop arguing and do his job. They took my money for the wash and everything was fine. I dont know why its so hard for them to direct cars. I didn't even need help steering but still. Just look where the track is...it's their job...I used to love coming here but I won't be back after this. I'd rather travel to another car wash or do it myself.

This place is absolutely pathetic! Worse than any car wash I've ever been to even the washes in Lansing are better. The vacuum suck the self-serve car wash never has any Degreaser or wheel cleaner and any of the Bays. I used $4 and barely had enough time to even apply soap to the vehicle before the timer runs out. I will never come here again

Was able to get in quick to get the ice out of my tires. Car was shaking on highway do to buildup. Auto was lane was closed so i had to power wash it out myself in the cold is only reason I don't give 5 stars but the self serve worked great!

Love this place! Just got my truck washed and it looks brand new! The two guys working were kind and did a great job brushing down my truck before I went through the wash! The new management has really turned this place around!!
