Showed up at 8:30 I knew you didnt open until 9am on Sunday. So I figured I could clean my car out for 30 minutes. At 9:16 no one still not there to open the wash. Several customers besides myself were waiting to wash or vacuum. The redeeming quality was a young man that had been sitting in his vehicle since I pulled in at 8:30 came over to tell me that he was new and it was his first day and the employee with the keys was running late. I appreciated that. We are all human and things sometimes happen. I have unlimited wash and the service I've always received has been great with excellant customer service. I will continue to patronize this location.If there were any complaints from this morning please extend grace to your employees God Bless!

I’ve been to the Alabaster and Green Springs locations and I went to the Hoover location today. It was hands down the best one!! . Dallas, the supervisor was very nice and helpful. He even gave me an air freshener and a hand towel. I highly recommend!!!

Vacuums have decreased in suction over the past few years. Some of the hoses don't even work at all. The car wash itself is a joke. I tried the "Graphene" wash because they told me that they had a special running for this month. The brushes barely touched half of my car, a small Scion xB. They left dirty marks on the sides of my car and the rear hatch. This place has gone downhill greatly compared to just 5 years ago. I do not recommend wasting your time or money here.

I’m new to the area and this was unfortunately one of my first impressions. I understand that equipment goes down sometimes, so the car wash being temporarily unavailable wasn’t the issue. What was unacceptable was the behavior of one of the employees. A bearded employee looked directly at me while explaining this and then spit on the ground. That’s incredibly unprofessional and honestly disgusting, especially at a business that’s supposed to be about cleanliness. I’m not a member, and based on that experience, I never will be. Customer service matters, and first impressions count. this one was a bad one.
