Go there to get drinks and snacks and I love how friendly they are. Occasionally I’ll get gas as well.

Very elderly blonde lady is extremely rude. Showed her my I'd for a nicotine product. She seemed to have trouble reading it so I told her the birth date on it. She got an attitude and told me not to come back. All I did was tell her the birthdate, didn't know that was a crime in Alabama.

Been buying gas weekly at this store for as long as station has existed! Then, all of a sudden you can't purchase a car wash at the pump and have to go inside to purchase! (Past year or so) Now last two weeks car wash is not functioning! I will not buy gas there ever again and spend my money at the station at 69 N and Mitt Lary Road!

It's a gas station, folks- but the staff do a great job of exactly what I want from gas station staff: they are attentive to the line, get you in and out quickly, and if you do need help or want to order a pizza or wings, they'll provide some great service. The pumps and car wash work and the restrooms are kept clean. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that they close a bit earlier than I would love. Other than that, top notch!

I don’t write reviews but I was treated very rude. Usually when I go it there’s a dark haired lady and she is the sweetest but she wasn’t there. There was a older lady there to start off she was rude but I got a pizza and told her I was going to get other things and I go back to the register and she was talking about me to another customer while I was right there.

1 star #1) I’m not a local, I was visiting a friend & stopped here to purchase car wash after traveling etc. I purchased, physically drove my vehicle into the car wash. After doing that twice (they have cameras) went inside to ask if I can get access to car wash and showed my purchase receipt. JONATHAN was extremely polite, helpful by explaining the manager will be available tomorrow I can call or stop by and having my screenshot receipt should be able to refund my purchase. Totally content with that prob wouldn’t have returned except I needed gas on my way back out of town so I stopped in and was met with a greeting from Jonathan who at first didn’t recognize me until I got to the counter. I noticed a woman counting out the next register & Jonathan said to her this is the person I was telling you about the car wash. The woman obviously the mentioned manager, had the most rude & awful facial gesture stuck on her face looking at me and saying “the car wash door is down because it’s broken.” Ok, I replied it was not down yesterday. I asked for a company I could contact (the company the owner is contracted with they don’t at any point know my husband OWNS a gas station+grocery +restaurant + bait & tackle all within the gas station so I am familiar with the people we would contact if your Pepsi didn’t come out of the machine outside that you just paid for etc. she declined to acknowledge that she was probably responsible for closing car wash door when it first stopped working which she didn’t and I believe the other words she spoke after telling me the car wash door is closed(I keep receipts period) she said something along the lines of “the owner” long story shot she said there’s no refund she can give me a code that is all. I do not care about a refund or a code it’s the awareness of the incompetence AND loss of means to a business with Jenny I think was her name that type of person being of management. Now I understand why my husband refuses to hire just anyone instead he works shifts himself because those type of employees are the face of your store. Her face and attitude were worth driving out of the way & paying more for gas. You can be respectful and polite regardless of what you can or can not help with a customers issue. Soooo I have the contact info I need and it will cost me my time which is more than a $10 car wash because this manager is prob definitely neglecting a lot more than the laziness of closing a car wash door (like a storage garage u pull it down and it’s closed). Ps. Thank you Jonathan for providing what use to be normal; polite and customer service. You seem more of a management fit vs current manager who’s not able to perform the basic job description. Thank you amen 😁
