Kevin is manager in Brandon, his staff are some of the nicest friendliest helpful people. I recommend this car wash location anytime anywhere hands-down it beats the others as far as I’m concerned always has my truck clean and shiny and ready to go on our way in a nice clean shiny truck is always the best way to travel

I’ve been to Mr. Car Wash at other locations many times over the last few years, but never thought to get a membership. Today, I finally did thanks to Que at this Brandon location! Without me asking, he broke down each membership and explained how to use it. No one else has ever taken the time to do that. I’d actually save money with the membership for the number of times I get a car wash. Thanks, Que!

RUDE! They don't wave or anything to the customers. The heavy set guy that works in the morning looks at you very crazy when you're not turning your wheels correctly. I will be cancelling my membership and going to Tidal Wave.

This car wash pulled my car into another car. It scratched the bumper on my car pretty hard. The car wash attendant admitted it was their fault but tried to get me to skip an incident report. However, they filled out the incident report and told me someone would contact me in 3 days. What happened? No response. I reach out to the phone number and email address. I get an email back and it tells me to wait 2-3 more days. No response. I reach out again and they tell me "2-3 more days" again. This time I get a call from the location manager who told me there were errors in what they did and it will take a few weeks to resolve. Avoid avoid avoid.

This is the first car wash I’ve found that properly washes my suv, so I was happy to finally purchase a monthly membership. The staff at the Brandon location is always super helpful, especially “Q” who is working almost every time I’m there. Thankful to this place for keeping my 15 year old Volvo looking brand new!
