I have been going to this car wash ever since it was established. The service is amazing. I'm very picky, and very detail oriented. I never once had an issue with the customer service. One time, there was a small smear on the back part of my light and they let me wash it again free of charge. I have many family members that go there and speak highly of them. If you're not satisfied I guarantee you they'll make sure you're satisfied. You just have to let them know. They can't fix a problem if you don't let them know. I don't see how anybody can give this company a negative review. Because, if you have a problem they will go out of their way to fix it. I even made sure to go to their car wash before my Real Estate photo shoot. Blue F150.

Good evening, I've been paying my monthly fee for over six months, and today the employees slammed the door in my face and told me there was no more service, demonstrating terrible customer service and a very poor attitude. Customer service is truly awful.

I had an amazing experience at this car wash! The service was incredibly thorough and customer-focused. Wess was especially helpful and attentive— he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch. Great service. Quick and efficient. Good quality equipment. I got the Ceramic Coating package. The staff was friendly and responsive. Only concern was during the tire dressing. They did scrub my rims but I could still see a dirt and grime with scrub marks after it. I already reached home so couldn't do much about it. I'll just do a check at the place next time.

09/21/23 UPDATE: The management team from Magic Touch reached out to me in order to make things right. I returned to their other location that’s a little closer since I live almost a half hour away from the original location. The manager was very attentive and passionate about making things right. The follow up and customer service was 100/100 so I definitely appreciated that. The van looked much better this time around. Many business get complacent or lazy when they’re successful but the great ones rise to the occasion when things don’t go right the first time and Magical Touch stepped up. So I’m gonna add another two stars from my original two star rating. END OF UPDATE I had high expectations after reading many of the reviews and even more so when I arrived to a fully staffed facility and no cars in line. I figured I’d have the luxury of a few guys spraying and attentively looking over my van. Boy was I wrong. I purchased the Silver package which included a tire shine and wheel wash and shine among other things. I generously tipped the crew after they towel dried and applied the tire shine but was really disappointed when I got home. Keep in mind it was a beautiful dry and sunny day so none of the dirt you see in the photos occurred on my drive from their lot to home. They earned the the second star only because I was greeted upon my arrival and the crew “seemed” professional otherwise it would have been a one star rating.

I visit the Redford location all the time and have the membership. I guess the membership is taken out on different days and I was unaware. I got to the Dearborn location and the guy taking the payments made me feel like a criminal. I watched him go inside, look at the cameras and then come out to whisper to his coworkers and stopped the systems then once he told me what was happening I tried to explain and show my receipts of how I’ve been getting charged for the membership. He didn’t care and said they do whatever at the Redford location. What I do know is I will not be visiting this location again because the customer service is FAR from the service I receive in Redford. Felt uncomfortable and discriminated against

I paid $18 expecting a full wash that included rim cleaning and tire shining, but neither was done. The rims were still dirty, and the tires looked exactly the same as before. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not get what was promised. The staff didn’t seem to double check their work either. Definitely not worth the price, and I’ll be looking for a different car wash next time.

Was great at beginning but the quality of service been terrible car getting rushed out no wash or dry and you dnt get service you paid for be ready to wash your car dry by yourself cause if you complaining about the poor service workers get attitude and expect you to tip em on top had to cancel my membership owner solution was to go to a farther location where his family work cause this worker over here are ruining the experience.

Ok I’m going to update! Customer service 💯 I was contacted by the owner. Apologized and 100% will correct my issue. That’s the type of company who cares. Thank you Nick I’ll come see you next week. My daughter took my car to the greenfield location on Monday to help me out because we are going on a trip. She got the full in and out. The only thing was spot on was the vacuuming. Tires were shined up but rims still grimy. The back lift was still filthy. The window all streaked (said was because of nicotine) back seat windows still dirty. Dash was disgusting. The dash wipe down was a swipe and that’s it. The grim in the crevices and in the doors and the back trunk. I appreciate my daughter trying to help. But spending 1.5hrs cleaning up what she paid for is frustrating. The before and after so now I can pack my car.

When you pay almost 40$ to clean your car from inside and outside, you expect a good service. Unfortunately, i didn't get it. price is very high for such miserable service from inside. car from outside is clean and good, from inside is terrible cleaned. i highly recommend washing your car here from outside, don't even think about inside. i did once wash it from inside and outside here, and it was good. today i don't know what happened. but i am really disappointed.
