These guys are classic! Classic price gougers, that is! They use the classic bait and switch tactic of underreporting their gas price (in this case, unleaded regular at a claimed $5.30 per gallon) to fuel price apps such as WexConnect. Arrive there three hours after their report and the price is actually $5.70 - a full 40 cents (almost 10%) higher! Needless to say I didn’t buy here. What a scummy ripoff! See photo.

If that one guy with a beard is working the area where you get your carwash ticket, AVOID THE WASH, or don't argue with him. He will do something malicious to your car TO GET EVEN. He purposely left a crack in the rear window so water would seep in during the wash. It was open so slightly enough that no one would notice. I only found out because I kept hearing sounds from that area of the car. I know for sure he did it because I ALWAYS pull the switches off all 4 windows when I pull into ANY carwash. My floor mat is completely soaked, and I had to put towels to dry it out. Disappointing.

Seriously awesome! Our old 2001 F350 w/340,000 miles got an amazing, full-service car wash ($16.95 oversize plus .30 off fuel) and we were both amazed at the attention to detail! Wish we lived here so we could visit more often!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First Time Here—Blown Away! I brought my Tesla Model Y to Madrona Car Wash for the first time, and I have to say—I’m beyond impressed! My car was filthy inside and out. Between the dust, road grime, and my dog constantly making a mess of my white seats, I wasn’t sure how clean they’d be able to get it. But wow… they absolutely delivered! My Tesla came out looking brand new—the exterior was spotless, and somehow, they managed to restore my white seats to perfection. No streaks, no leftover smudges, just crisp, clean upholstery. Even the smallest details, like the door panels and center console, were wiped down perfectly. The staff was friendly, fast, and thorough, and the whole process was seamless. I was in and out in no time, and the quality of work far exceeded my expectations. If you’re a Tesla owner (or just picky about your car like I am), this is the place to go. Definitely coming back! Great car wash service in torrance that will get your car sparkling like new. I’ve taken mine and my wife’s car here several times and I have been overall impressed with the service and attention to detail. Today I took my new Tesla for a hand wash and they did not disappoint. They cleaned the car top to bottom (including door jams and under floor mats), plus they cleaned my daughters car seat and stroller.

Terrible job. I got the full ceramic shine for $40, and some spots were not taken care of. The windshield is still the same. The windows are still dirty. I am not coming back.

I am here on a Saturday afternoon. They have snacks and drinks, coffee machines. You can also buy things for your car, like a steering wheel cover, car charger, etc. inside as well as an ATM. They do a decent job. One of the better car washes in the Torrance area. I like they have a small fenced in area for your dog.

I went there for my first time. Paid $130 for a detailed cleaned. I was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours to clean. I waited for 2 1/2 to 3 hours early in the morning when they weren’t busy. I told them I had a meeting in 2 1/2 hours. I had no time for them to fix anything. When I got in the car smelled like body odor- it still does. I was told my dog fur would be gone. It’s still clearly there. The front of the car looks nice.

They really do the best job on an interior and exterior cleaning. I just really hate how expensive they are, so I make sure to not get rushed and read the menu carefully and then make my choice. I think the best deal us to sign up for a monthly plan.

My 10-year-old car was in dire need of some TLC, and I am absolutely amazed at the transformation. I live in Ventura County & have not been satisfied w/different places I have taken my car. Especially, getting the headlights cleaned. The Team at Madrona worked magic on my vehicle and now it looks brand spanking new! The attention to detail was impeccable, from the meticulously cleaned interior to the sparkling exterior. I have to give a special shout-out to the detail Team for the exceptional wax work! My car's paint hasn't looked this glossy since I bought it. It's obvious that the staff takes a lot of pride in their work, as every inch of my vehicle was treated with care and expertise. Their details are worth it! I'm loving driving my Hyundai around! ......Bottom line....if you want your car to look brand spanking new.....Madrona Car Wash is the spot!

Scam place. They never washed my car. It’s all my fault that I believed them and left the place without checking my car. When I get home and noticed that my car is still dirty. I came back the place and showed them. Their manager who is older Hispanic male said they washed my car and when I show all dirty spots he says this is how they wash the cars. When I asked them to check the camera they refused to do. These are the pictures I took less than 30 minutes after the car wash. Never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away from this scam place.

I had one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve ever had at this location today. My fiancé recommended this place since he used to come here a couple of years ago and always had a good experience. I trusted his suggestion and drove all the way from Long Beach to Torrance specifically to get my car washed here. Unfortunately, things have clearly changed for the worse. When I arrived, I explained my situation clearly, my car had been parked under a tree for about a week, so I mainly needed the outside washed, and only a light vacuum inside (without moving or touching anything). The employee called his manager over, and from the start there was poor communication and judgmental behavior. The manager questioned the condition of my car, even though it’s a brand-new 2024 model that I purchased straight off the lot. I used to work at a dealership, so I know what proper detailing should look like. They recommended a $150 detail, which was well over what my fiancé said the washes used to cost. After explaining my budget, they agreed on a $65 wash and wax. I paid cash inside the attached gas station and received a yellow receipt. From there, everything went downhill. While my car was being washed, I noticed employees constantly looking over at me and talking among themselves, it honestly felt uncomfortable, almost like being at a nail salon when you know they’re talking about you. Then they started waxing one small area of my car and switched to polishing instead, as if they didn’t know what they were doing. After partially polishing the back, the manager asked me to come over, then decided to cancel the wax and only charge me for the wash, promising a refund for the wax portion. Inside, the cashier gave me an attitude and said she didn’t know how to refund the money, even though it’s the same business. She printed out a card-style refund slip and asked me to sign, even though I had paid in cash, which made no sense. At that point, I told the manager I just wanted to leave, the experience had already been stressful and frustrating enough. To make things worse, when I returned to my car, one of the workers was spraying chemicals inside the car, even though I clearly said I only wanted it vacuumed. He sprayed directly near the USB ports and open cable areas, which could cause electrical issues later. My car was still running when I got in, but it wouldn’t move at first, I had to restart it, and the workers were laughing at me while I was trying to figure it out. For $65 (even $25 would’ve been too much), I got a half-done job, poor communication, and rude, unprofessional customer service. The interior wasn’t even vacuumed properly, there’s still sand in the back from a recent beach trip that they clearly didn’t bother to clean. I don’t understand how this place maintains good reviews on Google, but after reading the one-star reviews on Yelp, I completely agree with every negative one. Terrible customer service, careless workers, and a manager who doesn’t take accountability. If you value your time, money, and vehicle, avoid this place completely. I will never return and will make sure to tell my friends, family, and community to steer clear of this location. Note: see videos on yelp for better understanding of review
