Car wash is excellent. Towels not at stations is a draw back also the air nozzles at the stations have been not avaliable for a month or so. When will the repair on the compressor be made. Towels again a bummer. But all in all a good place to get your car washed.

I'm very picky about car washes. And Mach 1 has by far exceeded my expectations. They have two people prepping the car, which is unheard these days, and every single spot on my 2025 Toyota sienna was washed thoroughly even at the lowest price wash. The indoor vacuums with heat in the winter time with such a nice treat as well. I wish they had smaller wash books, spending over $100 for washes is just a little out of my budget. I'd happily buy a book of four or five though if they offer them.

First of let me compliment the staff. Friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Lets get to the negatives. One the air compressor for the vacs is obnoxiously loud. I couldn't even hear myself think. Second complaint they don't have 2 different vac hoses. They are missing the skinny tipped one to get in your cracks and crevices. The floor mat cleaner dont even clean the floor mats. And they have rags available to clean your interior but they dont have any liquid like cleaner to put on them. I must say the old russ’s on secor and laskey is by far the best car wash in this area. But thats just my review. And what do i know. Also the basic wash was $10 base. With multiple add ons available. That is a little steep compared to russ’s as well.

Car wash damages cars and doesn't wash properly. I gave them a chance to make things right and at least give me a refund but manager Matt says "they don't do that". Worst car wash I've ever been to, dodgy and shady

They went downhill, quick. I became a member when they first opened. The place was awesome. Over time, the engagement of the staff fell off, they took away the drying rags and cleaner, then the blow nozzles.. I paid the premium $40 /month and it seems like every time I go a piece of equipment isn't working. Last 3 times I've went over the course of 2 months the tire scrubber doesn't even engage. The have an overhead sprayer that ossilates back and forth and most times it's stuck in 1 position. I canceled my mebership and they didnt even ask me to explain why. Very unfortunate. I thought you had something special Mach 1.

Never use them for my car washes. They had money problems when building this car wash. Plus will not use a business without a sign. . Looks like a shady business. Too many bad reviews and your car wash is damaging vehicles. Not good.

Theyre not open when you really need them, one buffer doesn't work on the left and one brush on the right. Both been down for over a month. The parking lot is covered in ice bc they do not salt.

Amazing place love the indoor vacuum friendly staff very helpful but some of the other costumers i see are rude just toss there mats in the wash and expect them to clean them without tipping any time is get my matts done i make sure to tip them and I also tip when I come through the wash I know they don't make much they do a great job spraying my truck down before the wash

This was the worst automatic car wash I've ever been too. I should have known something was wrong when they have to 'pre-soak' and spot scrub your vehicle down before even entering. They didn't even do a good job of that. The guy on the driver side sprayed it down front to back but the guy on the passenger side on sprayed down about 1/3 of it. There was still dirt all over the passenger side, dirt on the driver side, bird shit all over still, and soap concentrate puddled on the center of the hood afterward. I had to rinse the hood off with a bucket of water when I got home. Plus I'll have to take it to another car wash to get it actually clean. For how expensive it is, I would've expected a lot better. Go somewhere else.

This place started out as a good wash in a convenient location however the service and equipment maintenance quickly went downhill. After a year they still have not worked with the city to get approval for a sign. While other washes have been open, they sit closed at 4pm on a Saturday.

Under new management I can tell forsure. The people are way better now, compared to the last crew a while back. Another thing they have indoor vacuums. During the cold weather who wants to be outside freezing drying their car off and vacuuming it NOT ME. I’ll be back again no doubt in my mind.

Very, very disappointed in this car wash. Its been closed for car washes for days!! Sometimes it closes early or doesn't even open. I have not one but TWO accounts there. Weve called and my husband got a text, a darn text!! They didnt even respond back when we said we wanted to be compensated for the last month we were unable to use. Weve called multiple times and noone answers or calls back. Beyond frustrating!!!

Their website states they’re a family oriented company geared toward customer service. That’s a complete lie. In June 2025, I went through the wash and they had a metal hose wrapped around their brush that broke my windshield, chipped and dented my hood and the roof of my truck causing $7400 worth of damage. They told me to go get 2 different quotes for the damage. Their customer service stated in an email and text message that they were at fault, had received both my quotes, and it would be taken care of. They had me come to the car wash and get cash to pay for the windshield (strange but whatever as long as it was fixed) so they wouldn’t be liable if I were to get a ticket for the broken windshield. After the windshield was fixed, I had to get both quotes adjusted due to the windshield repair. The lower of the 2 quotes was still $5900. Customer Service, along with the manager (Matt) and “his boss” Carlos have since stopped responding to me altogether. Do what you will with this but I would never recommend taking your vehicle to this wash. Their customer service will probably respond to this with “we’re terribly sorry this happened to you.”

I tried very hard to like this place. It has so much potential. But There have been several times during the winter when I went to have the crusty road salt washed off my truck to find them closed during their posted "normal business hours". Ironically all of the competing businesses have always been open. Since starting my service there three of the wash brushes have been dead. They don't spin or operate. They had the building shut down for a week to have repairs done, but now that its open again none of the brushes have been fixed. My billing info has been mixed up with another customer. My plate suddenly stopped scanning and I found out another customers name was associated with my truck plate. So I was paying for somebody else's wash. I am still trying to resolve that issue. I was also double billed in the same month because of this error. Still trying to get my money back. I did speak with the manager but he was not able to resolve the billing problem for me. I do like the indoor vacuums, but again the business is not always open during their posted hours. The building is nice because of the renovation work. Parking is good. There is no parking lot maze to navigate like the old Russ's on Secor. I am ending my monthly service and will try again next winter to see if all the issues have been resolved.

I need a refund. I pay $40/month for unlimited washes .I truly do love this place, so much, that I am willing to drive 25-30 mins from my house, and pass 15-20 OTHER CAR WASHES, just to come here for the indoor vacuums. BUT.... THEY ARE NEVER OPEN!!!! I have drove here 6 days in a row, 25 mins from my house, just to get a carwash in the middle of the afternoon and they have been closed every time with no answer, until today...I was finally greeted by a worker at the entrance... Just to tell me that they are closed today, even though there was a line of cars,wrapped around the entire building. I want my money back!
